It was an amazing experience with just the right amount of food. I had the "Kate's Cup" tea, my mother had the "White Wedding" tea and my sister in-law had the Chai. The 3 little girls had various teas as well. I really enjoyed the teas and accompaniments. The chocolate scones with clotted cream really stood out and were delicious! We had so much food and it was all very tasty. We had a young man for our waiter who was very attentive and able to answer any questions. Overall it was a very good experience and I'd highly recommend it.

The shop is located in the heart of Glyndon next-door to a delicious candy store and has decent parking. I was immediately greeted by the shop's friendly dog though was completely ignored by the other staff. I overheard the other custoners receiving warm greetings and thought when they left the shop, perhaps staff would be more solicitous. However, I wasn't assisted for at least 15 minutes after the other guests left. It's pretty surprising in the customer service industry. When it came to trying on an item, the staff just pointed at the dressing room and said "over there." One staff member, presumably the owner, did provide information about the polish ceramic items after I'd been pursuing for a while. Overall, this shop has a nice assortment of items and is pleasantly appointed, though could improve in customer service.

I enjoy going in and ordering my sandwich there but they do plenty of online ordering. I have not had a problem at all with the service. The staff does a great job of making your sandwich in no time. The place is small but sells lots of other stuff like coffee, tea, and of course their pork products. There is a seating area that is comfortable and clean.
