When it came to trying on an item, the staff just pointed at the dressing room and said "over there." One staff member, presumably the owner, did provide information about the polish ceramic items after I'd been pursuing for a while. Overall, this shop has a nice assortment of items and is pleasantly appointed, though could improve in customer service.

Phone had no option to talk with anyone, quite annoying. Around 3 we got call asking where we were. Four hours after we were supposed to pick up someone calls, really? To add to the poor overall service, the app never showed the arrangement as ready, only that it was being arranged. Very disappointing on our 50th anniversary.
