This was great customer service devoid of any financial benefit to the store. These guys were totally professional and a great asset to AT&T.

The guys here are meant to sell you a product and while they can do some customer support functions, don't be surprised if they give you a number to call for more detailed help. (IE. insurance issues.) While AT&T is one of the higher end mobile carriers, others are catching up and offer similar services at a better price.
