After consulting with my local High-End Audio Store, I wasn't happy with my Customer Experience, and their complete lack of flexibility on $30,000.00 plus components purchase. I discovered Stereo Barn was not only an Authorized Dealer of the top brands, but could also handle repairs to audio gear that usually needs a return trip to the Manufacturer. After an in-depth consultation, I had some components sent for repair, came to an agreement on a trade-in and ordered several new units. My new equipment was delivered, unpacked and set up. The delivery was a 5-Star experience by a super-friendly Gentleman who took his time, answered every question, and even fixed an annoying issue I was living with, that I couldn't figure out on my own. He then took the almost 100 pounds of packing material and pallet with him. My new system is FLAWLESS, my repaired unit works like new, and the value I received left me with a huge smile. I…read morenotified the salesman that I already had a wall mounted TV and I contracted for the Geek Squad to perform the install for the new set. On the day they arrived, Geek Squad informed me they could not install the new set with power cord routed in the wall, that they needed a special kit to install in the wall, which they did not have with them. When I bought the TV nothing was said about needing this kit or I would have ordered it. We re-scheduled the Geek Squad to come back when they had the install kit. Since then, they cancelled one week ago, rescheduled for a few days later, when some non-geek squad subcontractor showed up with no kit and no idea what was needed. Rescheduled again for today, only to cancel again at the last minute because the team "had called off"! Now, I'm supposed to have another week to wait for the install. I am so pissed off now, that if they fail again I will return the entire $3600+ transaction and go elsewhere. I'll never buy another thing from these clowns!
