There was no line to get in no wait. Best part was I needed to update my modem mine was finally outdated so was the plan I had. Not only did I get a new cheaper plan but they were able to activate my modem at the store so when I got home all I did was plug it in and it worked right away. I was even able to find the new wireless connection on my phone while I was there and had that set up and ready for when I got home. I definitely had for the first time ever an excellent experience with Xfinity today.

I am so completely unhappy with Dish Network. I watch very little TV, but the 2 shows I do watch,…read moreor used to watch, I now have to pay to watch on iTunes. After DROPPING AMC, Sundance and IFC some time back, I've been waiting patiently for Dish to come to some sort of ageement so its customers would be able to get these channels back. Apparently they have PERMANENTLY dropped these channels. The neighborhood that my family lives in cannot get any other service. We are locked into Dish if we want cable or satellite. So now I am going to have to pay to watch Walking Dead. I just paid to watch Breaking Bad as well. Replacing these channels with others that do not even come close to measuring up is unacceptable. I will not only NOT recommend Dish network to any of my friends or colleagues, but when we move I will NEVER return as a Dish customer. I WILL ALSO BE DEDUCTING THE COST OF HAVING TO DOWNLOAD THESE TWO SHOWS BECAUSE OF THIS DECISION. Greedy, corporate nonsense makes me sick. I have been paying for your service for a long time and to have these AWARD WINNING shows unavailable to me because of this greed is absurd and shows just how little Dish cares about its customers. Petitions have been sent to you, complaints filed, thousands of phone calls expressing the need for these channels to return, but obviously money talks and is more important to Dish than customer satisfaction.

Thats rediculous at the price they are charging. Never had any good customer service with them, they always seems ignorant and cocky, we had to always call in because of slow service or because the service had just quit working, and god forbid if we ever needed anyone to come out to the house, that was like pulling teeth. The man who usually came out to the calls seems like a cool guy. Anyway, finally got tired of them telling us that "well, everything on our end looks good" I'm writing a review on yelp purely due to the fact that there is no way the owners of that company arent writing fake reviews on google to up star there company. I lived in a rural area and everyone knew everyone there, and we all only had the option of double dog, and not a single person had anything good to say and we all had the same issues with them.

After close to 45 minutes I finally asked for a new cover. He asked what kind of phone it was and I said I wasn't sure. I then realized he didn't know (or want to know) what kind it was. He was clearly uninterested. I looked all through out the phone and couldn't find it. He returned to helping the other people. Finally he helped find the model and discovered they didn't have a screen cover I needed. He told me to look at another store. He didn't apologize for anything.

My dad has been a customer with Dish since the beginning..literally. I never got involved with his…read morebills until recently (to help him learn how to pay online). I was astounded when I saw how much he pays for this service! He watches around 10 channels, 15 at the absolute maximum. Dish needs to come out with an option where we can personalize what we want to watch, not what THEY want us to watch. It's not fair that we should have to pay such an absurd amount of money for something we don't use! Plus, as soon as it starts getting cloudy we lose signal! Forget about it it rains or the wind blows faster than 5mph, our signal is gone long before then! Which brings me to my next point. We've been losing a bunch of our channels due to "complete loss of signal" for over a week now. After a 20 minute conversation with a representative I couldn't understand and a bunch of "tests" he had me run, he finally set up for a technician to come out and fix it. Fast forward to the next day, the technician assessed the issue but long story short, he couldn't fix it. Before he left he asked to use the bathroom. Which we, of course, allowed. The next person to use the bathroom noticed that the water was still running in the tank of the toilet. My dad came to the conclusion that the technician broke the flapper by pushing too hard on the handle when he flushed. Not an expensive/difficult fix but that's not the point. Moral of this review: I do not recommend Dish. Not one part of this company is worth what you'll pay.

The store is located in the back of the York Town Center and is easy to find. The lady at the front of the store was more than helpful in guiding me to where the TVs were, and to get someone when I needed a product brought down from the storage racks. The selection of TV's was excellent. Where I will lightly criticize, is they needed more of the smaller models on display, and more of them stored closer to the ground, as I did need employee assistance to retrieve one. Checkout was easy and fast. Overall solid experience.

They told us it would be a three hour install and it ended up being seven hours and they still did not have it done when we arrived. The radio was protruding from the dash and not flush, and the technician was slamming his trunk shut, which then bent the bracket and broke off the trunk's trim piece. The trunk then would latch shut. The manager told us there was nothing he could do about the trunk, but that a technician could look at it and the radio the next day. So now they have our car for two days to install a radio a rear camera. When we returned the second day, the latch to the trunk was still broken and we were told that they couldn't do anything for us, but now the radio was flush in the dash. They returned our install fee wow (insert sarcasm). Because we had to take our car to a shop to have the trunk that they broke fixed we come to find out that the technician also installed our reverse camera in a spot that was meant for our trim piece to be attached. So the technician breaks our trim off the trunk's then proceeds to improperly install the camera through said trim piece hole. This cost us an additional $96 to fix the camera that they improperly installed. Overall, we were out an additional $325 to correct their incompetence. I called the store and was told the manager if geek squad forninstalls would follow up in 48hrs and have yet to receive a phone call. I've sent emails which have also gone without any response. I would never recommend anyone bring their vehicle here to have anything done by their technicians.
