Bought a new battery and put it in per CS instructions and were told to then call them back. Upon callback, they refused to assist w/o a service call. Due to the continuous screeching, and to throw breaker. I have had ZERO lights to my upstairs beds/bath since May! Was still told need service call to house but per initial instructions, they would walk us thru thr process. Now they are refusing to assist without me paying a service call! Noone will return my calls either. Left msgs on manager VM w/o return calls. Going on 5 months that ive paid for the service and have no lights in my upstairs. Per last conversation, they stated that CS provided me wrong info but wont stand by what we were told. W5f is really wrong and and which side. I hate this company as much as much as I hate bright speed! Guess they could care less about their customers. Thats ok, word of mouth prevented them from 3 new customers. Make it right WFX!!!
