After DROPPING AMC, Sundance and IFC some time back, I've been waiting patiently for Dish to come to some sort of ageement so its customers would be able to get these channels back. Apparently they have PERMANENTLY dropped these channels. The neighborhood that my family lives in cannot get any other service. We are locked into Dish if we want cable or satellite. So now I am going to have to pay to watch Walking Dead. I just paid to watch Breaking Bad as well. Replacing these channels with others that do not even come close to measuring up is unacceptable. I will not only NOT recommend Dish network to any of my friends or colleagues, but when we move I will NEVER return as a Dish customer. I WILL ALSO BE DEDUCTING THE COST OF HAVING TO DOWNLOAD THESE TWO SHOWS BECAUSE OF THIS DECISION. Greedy, corporate nonsense makes me sick. I have been paying for your service for a long time and to have these AWARD WINNING shows unavailable to me because of this greed is absurd and shows just how little Dish cares about its customers. Petitions have been sent to you, complaints filed, thousands of phone calls expressing the need for these channels to return, but obviously money talks and is more important to Dish than customer satisfaction.

I call them this morning and tell them that wasn't the date that was picked that was 8 February And they said well that's what was putting in the computer so not only are they not turning it back on, I have to pay my bill in full plus another 200 for a reinstall it. Because it was their fault. When I spoke to a supervisor, the supervisor said, we could go back-and-forth on this, but it's not gonna matter because once you get the email that you're being shut off, there's nothing more he can do. It was the biggest scam I've ever seen. I've been with them for years and all of a sudden recently, I started getting these emails from them saying that my bill has been running late which it hasn't and that my payments were dollars short which they weren't and I kept sending proof over. It was terrible. They finally I told him just keep it off. I can't deal with you guys anymore

I decided last evening that I wanted to take advantage of that special and was in again working with Tori and Nikki. They were both excellent! Tori is in training and was great to work with! I asked if they would review our current plan when we were done and they ended up saving us a good bit of money. The staff are all excellent. We declined a protection plan for a phone, found out when we got home she added it anyway, we didn't want the internet service but she somehow forced that down our throats. Then she even went to go add a home protection plan on my mom's account when upgrading my phone! She didn't even tell us about that one just went ahead and signed us up for herself and signed for my mom! not to mention she told us that since i had the next up thing i can upgrade my phone for $2 a month, AFTER we signed and charged our card she then told us it would be $55 a month for the new phone. Never said why there was suddenly a $53 difference. We were given the wrong receipt so we don't know what she was tapping our card for- which she tapped it multiple times and never really specified what for even after we asked. When we were doing my phone i had one payment of $35, we said that's fine we'd pay it, she tapped the card. after that charge she said there was a $90 charge we needed to pay and that by tapping the card it would be the card used for autopay on the account. i am on my parents account who do not use autopay, we told her no we don't want autopay. she then said "it'll just be autopay if you don't pay your bill"... logged into the acc and she still set up autopay! THANK YOU! this whole time she was holding our card up in the air like it was being held hostage or something so im sure the other customers in the store could see my card info if they were looking. so now we are trying to fix the mess that she made because she went tap happy with the card and added whatever tf she wanted to. she also promised us a $100 gift card in the mail so let's hope that turns up. i don't recommend Kemily but im sure the other people are better!... hopefully.

This place and the company Xfinity has come along way and has changed for the better. Had a great…read moreexperience today at this store. I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked into the store. There was no line to get in no wait. Best part was I needed to update my modem mine was finally outdated so was the plan I had. Not only did I get a new cheaper plan but they were able to activate my modem at the store so when I got home all I did was plug it in and it worked right away. I was even able to find the new wireless connection on my phone while I was there and had that set up and ready for when I got home. I definitely had for the first time ever an excellent experience with Xfinity today.
