We returned all tv cable equipment. Went home and internet did not work. Next morning, spent over an hour online chat with CS rep named Ravinsh. Explained the change and the problem that the internet was not functioning. He spent most of the time chatting about eligibility for a mobile line and upgrading my internet service. I was asked to confirm an email to have him correct the problem. This email included "upselling" the products he wasted my time discussing. I ended the call because the problem was still not fixed. Went to the store and was told that at the original appointment my self owned modem had been deleted from my account and that was the problem. ‍. Terrible customer service.

Call and get someone to can't speak English or go in person and get disrespected. Either way you loose!!

Then you charged me for march and it shows me as an active customer still. Every time I call in it takes forever to get any help or resolve to my issues. You owe me money in a refund. This is out of control how horrible your customer service is and how little you care to take care of your service and customers. Ten weeks later update. It took a week of no service to cancel. It took them over a week after that to actually remove the internet. Then they never refunded the month of February. They charged me for march. And they owed me money for over charging me from months before. They refuse to pay me so now we will be going another route to handle this. I would avoid this company like the plague at all costs!!! Even the supposed owner who replied has no clue what her or the parent company have done or are doing. In today's business climate I can't belive that this kind of customer service is tolerated by anyone. They have to be paying people for reviews or offering deals to get them at signup. .

I have been waiting since July 2025 to receive my refund for damages to my furniture and wall done during a move. I should have canceled the TV mount service being that I used. He is not a carpenter nor know how to properly mount anything. I should have known better than to give him a second chance. He caused a 55 inch TV to almost fall on me due to another improper installation. Which caused damage to the wall. It is now May 2026 and still nothing we had originally agreed per emails and text. All he kept saying was that I cause damage to his business. Instead of taking accountability and fixing the issue. Dwayne is not to be trusted. It is now February 2026 and still nothing we had originally agreed per emails and text. Original Review: Last year, I had Dwayne and his crew move me from Lancaster Pa to Manchester PA. The move was great they took very good care of my Antique furniture and other containers. So because of that I reached out to Dwayne to handle my move to Alabama with a stop on the way in Maryland to pickup my partners things. Upon arrival she was told that everything may not fit. Which was very unprofessional when there was more than enough room for her things to fit. Especially, when the truck had more than enough room if packed correctly. Once they began packing all had fit and what small things didn't go we packed in the car. As we got closer to evening Dwayne advised that he was going to get a hotel and arrive to the house in Alabama in the morning. We arrived to the house at 9am and no call, text, or email from Dwayne. We went to get breakfast still no call, text,or email. I called while at breakfast and was told by Dwayne that the helpers woke up late and they will be at the house by 12pm. Upon their arrival at 2pm (5 hours late), Dwayne called and advised they were at the house and decided to unload the truck in the driveway. As we pulled up to the house from picking up cleaning supplies and water for the guys we noticed our stuff on the driveway like it was a garage sale or something. It was so unprofessional and disappointing to see. Then, after they moved the things into the house Dwayne seemed frustrated and annoyed when I asked about him installing the TV's and assembly of the beds which was part of the agreement. He proceeded to install the bed and TV's. He seemed to struggle to install a TV wall mount and TV on the wall. Then, I went out to the hardware store to pick up more proper screws for the TV mount. Not sure what he did with the screws he removed in Manchester for the same mount. All the screws were packed and labled to make the installations smooth. But while I was gone he assembled 1 queen frame and a twin futon. When I came back they placed the TV on the wall and I looked at everything that wasn't till wrapped in plastic. They brought in the final piece of furniture. It was completely destroyed. I told them to leave it in the Garage. He decided to leave it right at the entrance of the garage door. So I had to move it to the side wall myself. He said it was fixable and its not. We went to sleep woke up the next morning sat back on the bed and the bed shifted with a loud bang. Noticed that the bed wasn't properly assembled screws missing and loose. I immediately checked everything. The twin bed was missing screws and shifting left and right. My antique coffee table was scuffed in mutiple places, dinning table scuffed, dressers scuffed, bed frame chipped and scuffed, some China plates cracked and destroyed, desk missing a part, screws checked and noticed screws were loosened and had to be tightened and the motor bar was disconnected, computer monitor mount was chipped like it was dropped on the ground. I was emailed by Dwayne to sent photos was told by email that they did their best and I would be fully compensated. I'm still waiting.

    The best thing Brightspeed ever did was make me appreciate Comcast…read more Brightspeed contracts out cable companies that they cannot contact who hire persons who don't speak much english and install things poorly to the point where it disrupts the function of your yard. One of the "flowerpots" was so poorly installed that I hit it with my lawn mower and severed the cable. It took 16 days of 4 hours a day phone calls and about 5 different technicians coming to my property to finally restore service. I have also filed a claim against the company for the damage done and only a year later has the cabling company they contracted finally contacted me. The cable company sent out a team to fix this in January, but finally contacted me today. The team they sent went to my neighbor's house and disrupted his lawn for a second time without his permission and never actually fixed the core issue no matter how many times I told people or sent them pictures. When I called Brightspeed to cancel they immediately of course tried to entice me with faster speeds, but I informed them my issue was not the product, but the company attached to it. Upon leaving I received the same speed from Comcast, for $10 a month less, at a five year locked in rate. So I say again, the best thing Brightspeed ever did was get me to appreciate Comcast.

After DROPPING AMC, Sundance and IFC some time back, I've been waiting patiently for Dish to come to some sort of ageement so its customers would be able to get these channels back. Apparently they have PERMANENTLY dropped these channels. The neighborhood that my family lives in cannot get any other service. We are locked into Dish if we want cable or satellite. So now I am going to have to pay to watch Walking Dead. I just paid to watch Breaking Bad as well. Replacing these channels with others that do not even come close to measuring up is unacceptable. I will not only NOT recommend Dish network to any of my friends or colleagues, but when we move I will NEVER return as a Dish customer. I WILL ALSO BE DEDUCTING THE COST OF HAVING TO DOWNLOAD THESE TWO SHOWS BECAUSE OF THIS DECISION. Greedy, corporate nonsense makes me sick. I have been paying for your service for a long time and to have these AWARD WINNING shows unavailable to me because of this greed is absurd and shows just how little Dish cares about its customers. Petitions have been sent to you, complaints filed, thousands of phone calls expressing the need for these channels to return, but obviously money talks and is more important to Dish than customer satisfaction.

I call them this morning and tell them that wasn't the date that was picked that was 8 February And they said well that's what was putting in the computer so not only are they not turning it back on, I have to pay my bill in full plus another 200 for a reinstall it. Because it was their fault. When I spoke to a supervisor, the supervisor said, we could go back-and-forth on this, but it's not gonna matter because once you get the email that you're being shut off, there's nothing more he can do. It was the biggest scam I've ever seen. I've been with them for years and all of a sudden recently, I started getting these emails from them saying that my bill has been running late which it hasn't and that my payments were dollars short which they weren't and I kept sending proof over. It was terrible. They finally I told him just keep it off. I can't deal with you guys anymore
