We completed a sale over the phone and the salesperson made sure the over the range would definitely fit and was the right product. The installers came out when they were scheduled in a timely manner and called before they came. Once here, they were extremely efficient, friendly and so experienced in what they were doing, it was installed in a record amount of time. They were neat and left no mess behind. We can't say enough about this store and their installers. That level of service and care hasn't been seen by us for a very long time. We were very impressed with the entire transaction. This local business hasn't forgotten that they deal with people and their needs....not just net profits.

I asked the installers to correct it and they said that's just the way it is we can't do nothing about it and left. I immediately called the store and was told the owner isn't there right now and he will have to address this. After 4 days they have not called me back yet. We get here and head to their toy department and the section in general is a mess. Lots of empty shelf spaces, slopped up displays, etc. Also, of course, said items were nowhere to be seen. Also not to be seen were any employees to ask for help but eventually she tracks down someone over in electronics who calls someone, who calls someone, who calls someone who confirms that the website is wrong-no they don't have this item-it's supposedly not available in store as he claimed it was online only. So be it except we decided on our way to the hotel in York to stop at the Target there on York Crossing Drive and naturally they had it in stock. Never. Again.
