She never went over the return policy, the additional cost of insurance, etc. When I tried to return the phone and accessories today (since I don't need accessories for a phone that I'm not keeping), they would only give me $165 out of the $280 back. They told me that I couldn't return the accessories and I had to pay a restocking fee on the phone. All of this because their employee sold me a phone that she never should have sold me in the first place because she wanted her commission (it is all she talked about). In addition, my old phone was on the old network and they can't put me back on it so I now have no cell phone at all. I will give a shout-out to Hugo though who was working today. He tried to make it right, but the manager of the store wouldn't let him.

We even paid an extra fee per month for insurance which was not even through Boost, and never seemed to be able to offer any help whatsoever. They wanted a deductible based on the original cost of your phone, anywhere from $50 to $300 just to review your case, and could never give me an answer as to how long I would have to go without a phone, which is extremely unacceptable when attempting to secure a job, or simply have a phone you're paying a bill for that you cannot use. I highly recommend checking out Sprint (which is very affordable, and the employees are extremely friendly, super knowledgeable, and more than willing to assist you) Verizon, or AT&T before giving Boost your money. Sorry Boost, you just aren't on your game, I suggest all of your employees get on the same page, and work on your professionalism.

She took the time to review our account which was an older grandfathered plan, did a comparison and helped us save money which was very nice. Amanda also explained everything about our new phones so when we left we felt good using them. The store is very clean and well organized and comfortable ! We did a few other purchases on a charging base and a really cool speaker with Alexa. Brittany also jumped in and assisted with getting us going. She also was very professional and friendly. When I go back to get my phone, they added $10 to the original quote. I asked if the sensor needed replaced, and the girl told me no. I told her what I was quoted, and she went to the back, and said the sensor was replaced and that they'd give me $5 off. It was only $15 and was close to what I've paid previously to have my phone screen replaced, so whatever. I was in town for the holidays when I dropped my phone. I get back home, and now whenever I press my screen, it changes colors. Obviously cheap material and cheap work. Go somewhere else. They'll also try to sell you leggings. I don't know what else is in Westminster, but I'm sure there are better options elsewhere.
