When I got there before I even opened my mouth, I guess they saw the equipment in the bag. A little bug eyed Manager said we do not take it here "this is a wireless store". He would not look at the email from Verizon with the return instructions and locations. I was very upset and may have said a couple of words i should not have. He threatened to call the cops on me if I did not leave. This is a terrible store with terrible customer service and a inadequate Manager. If you dont believe me look at all of the "1" rated reviews. I was greeted kindly by a man at the door but immediately noticed at least 6-8 employees standing around looking bored plus another several back behind the desks. There may have been 1 other customer at the desk. I explained my situation and calmly expressed frustration that previous visits to get help fixing this problem were unsuccessful. The man politely asked if I had a Verizon app. I let him know yes but it was not allowing the change. Previously I received some help from another employee there and a phone call, but still the autopay did not function. He let me know that the only way to update auto-pay was through the app. I again looked around at the at least half-dozen employees looking bored and stated that if it is more work for me to fight with an app then it is to sign up with AT&T I could just go do that. At this point a tall man standing in the center of the group of employees quickly interjected himself into the conversation and said something along the lines of "That's fine you can go do that". I had my 3yo along with me and so chose not to engage any further. I walked out in frustration and disbelief at the interaction. If this is the current culture of customer service at Verizon, I'm out. I am now, after nearly 25 years as a Verizon customer, in the market for a new carrier.

Which makes it impossible for me to sit, stand, Bend and lift. Verizon Telecom workers comp refuse to pay for my surgery. Leaving me disabled from working and unable to earn a living. Over the years, I didn't feel like they cared properly for their customers and saw that also extends to the employees . I sustained a lot of abuse and saw a lot of abuse occuring. My manager, James Warren , knew I had a spinal injury and did everything he could to make the job difficult for me . Deliberately taking my organized vehicle and substituting it for a vehicle that was in the worst of conditions. Human resources​​ told me he could fire me if I refuse to get in the truck and work. Supervisor pulled up chair from underneath a pregnant technician, in an attempt to make her fall on the floor. Technicians will constantly targeted by management ​for not making, I and other technicians were moved far to garages farthest from our home , in an effort to make us have to drive further and get up earlier in the morning . Management joked and called it Alcatraz. It was made clear that it was punitive. So just know that Verizon is also one of those companies that abuses its employees.

Our Jetpack had failed AGAIN due to the swelled lipo battery, a common problem. As expected, we spent more than an hour on the phone to resolve the issue they could handled in less than 30 minutes, if they had been willing to do their jobs. We were taken better care of last year in a San Antonio Verizon store, where the employee knew it was just a matter of submitting an insurance claim and sending us off with a new Jetpack.
