I went there to get a new iPhone 16 since my old one was broken. The service was fantastic and they did it in a reasonable amount of time Since I am in college and needed my dad to be on the phone they were awesome with helping us out. I loved the service and this was the best Verizon I have been to. Never had customer service from Verizon like I did when I was there. If I could give this store zero stars I would. I've been a customer with Verizon for over 10 years and have had no problems going into a store until this one. Unfortunately this is the closest store to us now and we have been here 4-6 times and every time walking out within minutes because I am handed a slip with phone numbers to call instead. The employees practically ignore you even if you are there and they just seem incompetent all together. I can go 30 minutes away and get more help at an authorized retailer. read more

This physical location and store staff seem to be ok for the most part. But Verizon as a whole is turning out to be some st8 garbage! They lock you into these plans and promise you the world then turn around and break every promise they l made on these contracts! I've been fighting with "management" with Verizon over an inflated bill contrary to what has been agreed upon for several months now. I went to the Verizon on November 9-2023 To purchase internet for my home.I entered the store and was approached buy a store sales boy .He went and asked the store manager.He said yes he can help me with that .I waited for 2 hours.I couldn't wait there any longer. I told them I had to leave.So the store sales clerk suggested for a appointment for me at another time. There were other women in the store asking for help with there cellphones they went to the black man working there. A he just laughed out loud. They ask what's so funny he didn't answer. Went in yesterday and the lady checking peope in was Rude, Sarcastic, and gave me excessive attitude about trying to get a device on an old, closed account, fixed. When she insisted on seeing my ID, I pulled it out and showed it. She actually growled, then asked in a snotty tone for me to take it out of my clear protective case and show it to her. When the gentleman who had previously helped me (I went in last week trying to sort out the same issue), she grouched at him for trying to help since he remembered me. She was curt & dismissive with the elderly lady ahead of me in line. This place got me signed up for service, gave me no paperwork, didn't help me set up my phones, & sent me on my way in Oct, and I am still straightening out issues with my address on file, my passwords, phone numbers, etc. read more

Great experience, long time Verizon customer, went in for a new iphone and "Megan Specialist" knocked it out of the park, she had us in and out super fast and was a pleasure to deal with. The guy at the store is likely the only overweight associate who works there with glasses and a horrible attitude and likely always sitting down. He will try to demean you and deny you service when you express your opinion in a non-vulgar way. He should be fired. I am doing all I can to get him out of the company. We went in to Verizon to buy a new iPhone. We were met by a very courteous young man. However, when we told him we wanted a new iPhone he immediately told me he wouldn't be able to transfer the material from my old phone to my new one. When I asked why, he replied, "It would take too long. You would have to make an appointment." Then he added, "... and I wouldn't be able to give you much on your current phone." When I asked if we could purchase the new iPhone anyway, he replied," I really couldn't sell you one when you could get one so much cheaper on Black Friday. Give me your number and I will send you a link in a text." It was the most peculiar encounter with a salesperson I have ever had. We left but decided that the store must not have any of the new iPhones to sell and the salesman didn't want to tell us. He never sent me the link he promised and I really don't think he ever intended to send it. I gave two stars because Jason was very polite but the shopping experience was bizarre. read more

These guys are amazingggg. I was visiting my family here in Chambersburg for only three days and my phone completely stopped working the evening before I flew home. Jordan was the tech who helped me. He was incredibly knowledgeable, a fast worker, and attentive. I only had to wait ten minutes before he was able to assist me. I luckily only ended up needing a new SIM card, which Jordan installed, and sent me on my way. The store was clean and the staff all seemed polite. I will definitely visit again next time I'm in town and need assistance. read more

This store and the people that work here are the least helpful and most dishonest sales people I have ever experienced. We were lied to from the salesperson about when our new iPhones would arrive and when we complained to the manager about their late arrival she did absolutely nothing and could care less. Had we ordered the phones direct from Apple they would have been here as expected. There was no incentive or discount to actually buy from this store and based on my poor experience with sales staff here I will never buy anything from their store again. We actually contacted a different Verizon store in the area who helped get us phones the day we should have had them. Which goes to show the laziness and incompetence of those at this particular store. read more
