If ZERO STARS were an option I would give that. These incompetent fools erased my mother's phone before verifying that her backup was complete! They spent a total of EIGHT HOURS in that store. What a joke. AVOID AUTHORIZED RETAILERS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! (Notice how there is no large signage signifying that they are NOT an official store, as they USED TO BE) The manager and the employees are idiots. read more

Att @ Queens gate.. shoutout to Gabriel thx you for helping me with my phone. Five star goes out for this gentleman thx you once again !

Went to store to pick up phone that was ordered online. Had to plead case as to knowing phone was there and had actual AT&T customer service on phone with the store to prove it. Phone was a gift and not going to be activated right away, was told if any issues activating on my own to bring in to store and they would help. Well that day came and was told that phone that the store gave me from secured area in back of store from previous store employee with paperwork was reported stolen. I was kept in store for over 4 hours trying to resolve issues and prove phone was mine as was ordered and picked up from their store. District manager called to assist and was told they had to look at store footage to see if I was a "thief", his words. I asked for his name and number and was given Gary Hinkle's name as the district manager. I reached out to him on multiple occasions and has yet to return any phone calls to remotely apologize for falsely naming a loyal customer of over 20 years a thief. AT&T can't help as they are a franchise location read more

Been waiting here an hour and 15 minutes for a simple sim card replacement and have not even been acknowledged that we are here...multiple customers have came & left without being helped. In that time...its like this everytime I've come here in the past 5 or so years. At&t has the best reception hands down but their retail store need some help!!! read more

I was in the Springwood Rd. store today and was assisted by Max. He was great. The best servive I have ever had at an ATT store. I wish more reps were like Max. He showed me how I could switch plans and save money. read more

Zero stars if that were possible. I went into the store to see about upgrading my phone and was 'helped' by Javier. He was very short with me, acting as if I was uneducated. I am assuming this is because I didn't want the latest and greatest phone. Towards the end of our interaction he actually told me to go to another cellular carrier if I could find a better deal. Than he refused to even look at me or acknowledge I was still standing in the store. If it wasn't for AT&T customer service I would have canceled my plan. read more

I called last week spoke to nice gentleman by the name Riley p and filled out nice survey about how he answered my questions about hotspots. He told me the information that I was given in the past was incorrect about $100 more a month to get this and would only be about 50 more. However when I called the following week I was told this was wrong and tried to charge me $100 when I referred the person I spoke to they told me it was not noted what he said and then proceed to ask me if I spoke to this person or that in this department or that. Mind you they can see it in front of them. So they didn't want to honor what was told to me. If this is how it is then when my plan is over I'm jumping ship. Don't go to AT&T cause they do not honor what their own employees says. read more

Worst experience with AT&T and I've been a customer for 10 years. First time at this location. Was told I would have to pay for a new phone number to replace my broken phone. I asked why since I already have my service though them and was told because that's how it is. I mentioned I had gotten replacement phones before without changing my number and was told that's impossible. I just wanted to purchase a new phone, not change the number I've had for 10 years. Drove a hour away to Westminster. Those people were helpful and helped me buy a new phone. The workers in Gettysburg are lazy and rude. read more

Went in because my phone was glitching and Face ID wasn't working and was told my phone was glitching because I used my full capacity of storage so while I was there I bought more storage and then the phone was still doing the same thing and I said my Face ID still isn't working and the worker said "well aren't you pregnant?" Obviously I am 9 months pregnant I'm due in 4 days and don't know how that would have to do with anything about my Face ID said my face changes when your pregnant and I think told him it's worked my whole 9 months and he simply responded "why don't you just reset it?" Never have I felt so disrespected I went to Best Buy for my issues the next day and walked out with a new phone that day as well. I will never go back to this at&t for any support and been a customer of at&t for 15 years how ridiculous!!!!! read more

I went after work to get a new phone and I had to wait nearly 2 hours. A rep even took someone last on the waiting list before others because they requested him and they looked like they knew each other. That's not acceptable and at least 5 other people were in the store that may not have been helped, because the store closed pretty soon after. Otherwise, when I did get a rep, she was delightful, and I got a new phone pretty easily. I probably should have just done it online though. read more

I gave two stars last time I reviewed and I see that was a mistake... 0 stars isn't possible unfortunately. This is the worst AT&T I've ever been to. Every time it's a issue.. uninformed associates is the major issue.. Edward is the worst we have dealt with, he messed our account up so bad, we had to come back in the day after he helped us. We upgraded our phones and were told the one we didn't have to trade in so we could give it to someone or whatever so I told him I wanted to sell the phone he said that was fine it's paid off and good to go.... I sold the phone and guess what it wasn't paid off. I had to go to the person I sold it to and get the phone back, thankfully she was a lovely woman and very understandable. Edward needs retrained or he needs to find another area of work.. obviously he doesn't know how to do his job without costing people money. We were rushed out of the door after the phones were set up and never got our iPad on the account like it was suppose to be. He was more interested in pushing direct tv down our throats even after we all said no thank you we have cable and continued shoving it down! Might have to drive the extra distance to a new AT&T store. Last time they cost my mother in law a lot of money with one of their mistakes and thankfully the guy no longer works there read more

Just came from the store, They did not have enough staff to handle more than the two customers they were serving. I hate to think what would happen if they got more than 3 people, interested in their products, which are available in multiple places, or rather anywhere. I asked for a restroom and the guy says to me, "You can go to Nittsny Pizza. We don't let anyone in the back because we have stock back there" I know they are under no obligation to have a public restroom, but I don't think anyone getting a new phone can complete a trsnsaction in less than a half hour. So much paperwork, identification and security measures in place. It all takes up time. Very poor customer service. I had to open the door to the back room to get someone to help me. The guy was sitting at a desk, in the back, and one of the sales clerks went back to talk to him and never said anything about anyone waiting. There are too many places that offer cell phones and AT&T, so you don't need a turn off with such poor customer service. And make sure you go the bathroom before you get there, read more

Contrary to the other reviews I read on this ATT store, I had a very good experience in the Springwood Road store in the Queensgate Shopping Center, when assisted by a very competent associate, Marquis Bowens . Due to a change in needs, I wanted to switch my ATT phone plan from postpaid to a prepaid plan. ATT requires you to do this in a store and an online representative made an appointment for me at the Springwood Road store. Marquis was with another customer when I arrived, but greeted me and said he would help me as soon as possible. I told him which plan I wanted and he worked to get it set up exactly as I wanted. He showed me the steps as he progressed to be sure I was getting what I wanted. He navigated the ATT labyrinth of questions with skill and double-checked that all was correct before setting up payment. I had stopped at a different ATT store in York County the previous week, but left when I found 5 customers waiting for service with no service person in sight. If going to Springwood Road store, you will be satisfied if Marquis is the one to help you. read more

horribly run, not enough staff to check you in to their computer waiting system yet that is the way they deal with you, so you are forced to be a jerk and say I was here first just to not get skipped over.... after already waiting.... they need to put a sign up sheet out or take numbers like the deli, second time I stopped in trying to buy a phone... second time I walked out frustrated, I will not go back read more
