That didn't make much sense. I think he should have said "well it could take hours so would probably be better idea to do at home". Oh well, still not bad experience. I liked the lockers.

I remember that carrier well. ~ We changed carriers and  our new cell phones were purchased back on . November 26- 2024. That's practically 4 months ago....and just on this past Wednesday upgraded our iPads. I must say Bayron is the man. Most knowledgeable, very professional, has patience and puts his all into his time here at Verizon   I notice other customers waiting just for him.  As he problem solved their issues. Smiling and joking with them. He seems very well like and appreciated- As I myself waited for him to free up. He actually looks and comes off has enjoying what he's doing. He's great at explaining everything in detail. And hands you a print out, so there's no confusion later on.. He made transferring our over service over very easy. Also the set up of the new phones. IPads too ! He made himself available - by his cell phone number, which we texted and also through the store. He gives one the sence that he truly cares and wants you to be satisfied and happy with your purchases. I am reaching out regarding a serious issue involving my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra following repairs…read moreperformed at the authorized Samsung repair provider, uBreakiFix in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. On April 29, 2026, I brought my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra to uBreakiFix for a back glass replacement. Aside from the damaged rear glass, the phone was fully functional with no operational problems whatsoever. I specifically chose this repair location because they represented themselves as an authorized Samsung repair center using OEM Samsung parts and procedures. I paid approximately $110 for the repair and was advised that the device would undergo testing before being returned to me. When I picked the phone up, I immediately noticed one side of the replacement back glass appeared slightly raised and not fully flush with the frame. I questioned the technician about this concern before leaving the store and was specifically told that this was "normal" because replacement glass would not fit exactly like a factory-installed panel. Trusting the expertise of an authorized Samsung repair facility, I accepted that explanation. Over the next two weeks, the same raised area progressively worsened until the back glass began visibly separating from the frame of the phone. I returned to the store and showed them the issue. At that point, I was informed that the separation was not normal and they agreed to repair it under warranty. I left the device with them again, and shortly afterward was told the repair had been corrected and the phone had been fully tested. Unfortunately, later that same day, the exact same side began separating again. After continuing to use the phone during normal daily activities, the loose back glass eventually caught on my pocket while removing the device. Earlier that day I had been exercising outdoors and sweating. Shortly afterward, the phone stopped powering on completely. Before returning the device to the store, I documented the condition of the phone on video because I was concerned about the repeated repair failures and wanted proof of the device's condition prior to surrendering it again. When I returned to uBreakiFix, I was initially assured the issue would be handled under warranty. However, after waiting several hours, I was informed the warranty claim had been denied due to alleged water damage. I explained that this was the same device that had already undergone two failed repair attempts involving the improperly sealed back glass. One technician stated that the phone had arrived sealed and that there was no way moisture could have entered because they had to use a hot plate to remove the back glass. This directly conflicted with the visible separation issues I had already documented. When I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager, I was initially told there was no supervisor available and that I would need to contact corporate myself. Multiple employees then reiterated that the warranty was void due to water damage, despite the documented history of the back glass repeatedly separating after their repairs. At no point was meaningful consideration given to whether the failed seal and repeated repair issues contributed to the device failure. As a long-time Samsung customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I trusted an authorized repair provider expecting professional workmanship and accountability. Instead, I have been left with a non-functioning device after multiple failed repair attempts. I respectfully request that Verizon/Samsung review this matter and assist with a fair resolution, including a review of the repair history, workmanship, and warranty denial. I…read moredon't have great phones very much and I usually don't need services very much of other individuals but each time that I have upgraded over the last 10 years I have gone to this location and I have been treated very well by the younger generation who works there. They treat senior citizens with respect and they take their time to explain things so we can understand properly and make good decision decisions. This past week was no different. My wife and I walked to upgrade our iPhone 12 Pro to the 17 Pro and the good individuals of this location easily able to explain the best plans for us and within an hour we were upgraded and out of the shop. In today's world, it's not always easy to find younger people with empathy and understanding of some of your constraints, possibly. Wireless zone has taken care of us tremendously well over the years and granted not everything is perfect but really what is perfect.? I will continue to patronize wireless zone. They take good care of their customers for the most part.

We got great service from Yasser. They are conveniently located in the Pompano Citi Center on US 1. There's ample free parking. We left happy with new equipment and a new cell phone plan. If you're looking to save money -- and especially if you can take advantage of their veterans' discounts and or aarp discounts -- you can't go wrong. They use the same towers as AT&T so service is not a problem. We are glad we came.

I came in with a phone that had a small crack in the front left corner, and a spider crack on the back. I needed it fixed simply for a trade in with my own cell phone service provider, who requires the phone to be in perfect working condition. Moe "claimed" that he repaired it by replacing the front and back of the phone. After waiting for 30 minutes, he handed me a completely different phone, stating that it was mine; he had just switched out the back to another color. I knew it was a lie, but I didn't feel like the hassle. After I left the store, I remembered that I had my old memory card left in my old phone, so I called him the next day to retrieve it. He goes and gets my old phone that he claimed he only replaced the body out on and hands it to me. It's bad enough that you try to get over on people, but don't be so stupid to realize that sometimes some of those people might be law enforcement or undercover officers. In my line of work, I a lot of shady people, so handling an unscrupulous person like this would not be hard to do. To top it off, he got smart and mad with me because I pulled his trick card. PROCEED TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!
