Update on my review of this store and customer service representatives. 6/2/26 People watch out for this store not using your true address for the contract. Got scammed into a contract by the manager around a year ago just so they get that commission and they added a couple boxes and told me they were giving them to me and my wife and don't tell you you are being charged for them more commission money. Once I started having problems I called customer service hours on the phone they never told me I can't have internet for my house at all because of my address and finally the last customer service representative looked up my address and told me I can't have their service at all finally a person that was truthful. I quit making payments on the phone do to a fraudulent contract and they took me to collections on a fraudulent contract how stupid is that. Also if you're late on your phone payment they will text you that you have 40 sexual texting complaints against you and I had to tell my wife what I was being accused of and at the time my wife was on hospice care . Ya I got a hold of BBB let them know what was going on with T Mobile. A couple days later or so the guy in charge of my complaint called me and told me I was not liable for the phone or contract anymore lol. The guy in charge of my complaint told me the way they signed me up at this store wasn't fraud well BBB thought differently lol. This store and almost everyone from T Mobile customer service representatives literally lied to me on the phone never telling me I should not have internet through T Mobile at all. One representative told me it was an Apple problem or facebook problem. Good luck people if you want to do business with scammers fraudsters and liars. A lot more happened but fingers are getting numb from doing other reviews today on facebook of T Mobile advertising. Ya they keep taking them down so nobody can read them but I put my reviews right back up lol. read more

If I could give 0 stars I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD. My parents went in back in January to upgrade two phones and whoever helped them added a bunch of trackers that they didn't need as well as an additional phone line with AN ADDITIONAL PHONE that my parents have been paying for. They were scammed!! I can't believe that one of your employees did that simply because my parents are older. SHAME ON YOU! Luckily I am due for an upgrade & saw that there was all these numbers added onto their billing. Please do not go to this store, & if you do beware of the charges on your bill. Apple valley T-Mobile. Had great customer service!!! Was amazing Ryan was very professional with a great sense of humor! Only one complaint and that is i had to stand for almost 2 hours!! No chairs only 2 small benches!!! No chairs for the customers at all!!! If Ryan was so kind and understanding I would have left!! No chairs!! Crazy!! Where's the customer service in that!!! I was in T-Mobile today, located at 12218 Apple Valley Rd #106 A.V. I came in the store at 12:05pm and both associates ( 1 woman and 1 man) had a customer at the counter. After waiting 15 minutes....without any form of acknowledgment whatsoever, from either of them , the woman associate finishes w her customer and took off for the back room... again, without a hello OR we will be right with you, nothing. Finally another 10 min goes by and I asked the associate, when will another associate be available....he just said, what do you need!? I stated I needed to get some information on international phone service. He said, like what? I said well on texting, calling... he said ( while w his customer still) well I need to know what plan you are on.....I then said I don't know, I will need you to look it up. Another 5 min and I left. THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE ON ANY LEVEL AND IT'S APPALLING. It's truly unbelievable this goes on in any customer one on one business. I had been in this store once before and wasn't impressed then, the lack of acknowledging a CUSTOMER. I will not be visiting this store again and will definitely be vocal to others when T-Mobile comes up. BTW, I would give 0 starts IF it allowed me to. read more

I went in to buy a new phone, I was told I was not allowed to buy the phone without buying an accessory. The manager told me it's a "option" once I declined, she told me she would not sell it to me. Asked me to go to another store to buy the phone. Unprofessional, bait and switch practice's. Do not waste time doing business with this store, drive less than 5mins to another T-mobile, was in and out with my new phone with no issues. read more

Employees here are super unhelpful and seem to hate their jobs. My mother in law went in to seek help with her 1 year old phone that kept dropping her calls and not receiving any pictures through text messages. The lady there who was assistant manager kept telling her "we don't fix phones here. Geek Squad can help you." She didn't seem to get it through her head that they can very much help her with phone if it's not working at all! She kept trying to get her to buy a brand new phone claiming a 1 year old phone is already too old and insisting that she needs to buy a new phone. This is the 3rd time she keeps trying to seek help from an employee and they keep giving different excuses. Looking at all the reviews, it seems they have something against seniors. read more

I had the absolute best experience at this store, it was on 09/11/21 at approximately 6pm. My sales rep was Heaven and she was assisted by another pleasant lady, I'm sorry I don't remember her name at this time. I explained I had just walked out of the other T-Mobile store in Apple Valley on Dale Evans Parkway due to poor customer service. Yami and Britney were AMAZING, Yami is so incredibly knowledgeable and knows the best deals to ACTUALLY help her customers, Britney was patient and sweet, together as a team, they helped me greatly and took their time helping me, without me feeling rushed. I needed assistance completing the transfer of my Verizon mobile number to the T-Mobile iPhone I purchased from a T-Mobile store that is no longer in business. I visited this store, which was within a mile of the original store, and explained my situation. The young lady I spoke with said I would need to contact Verizon to complete the process...they would not be able to assist. I explained the original store started the process, but did not complete it, and that I was told I could return to complete the transition. The staff at this store, including what was presumably a manager, were emphatic...they can't do it. They were totally indifferent, I guess because they were not going to make any money from me. A total lack of Company support. Returning home, and quite angry, I called T-Mobile's 'help' line and spoke to James. The experience was the complete opposite of the 'store'. He informed me the store could and should have helped me at the store level. Within 10-minutes, over the phone, he completed the process. If you are inclined to use T-Mobile...I suggest you don't use the Apple Valley Rd store....totally useless in my experience. read more

What a joke! Walked in to get customer service for my scratched phone and these 2 girls had no customer service skills... I paid to have a protective shield that supposed to be life of the phone and they both where fast to say internet down we can't help you .... What a complete waste of time. Dropped into the Apple Valley Rd store to ask a few questions about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. There were two girls/employees helping other families...neither seemed to have any idea what they were doing. Constant phone calls for outside help and asking each other questions. This went on for over thirty minutes as I stood there, never being acknowledged by either of them. The two families being helped seemed to be getting antsy at the amount time it was taking. I went in a few days ago to purchase an Apple Watch, Melissa told me about their promotion that I wasn't aware of so I ended up walking out with two watches because of their offer. Awesome!! Darien, Yamenah, Melissa, Rosalinda & Adreeahna were all so helpful and made a super stressful time fun and not so bad. They each helped and unfortunately the phone could not be unlocked. I was actually going to Starbucks but when I parked I saw the T-Mobile. I had just got a new phone the day before. I started playing with the phone. Then all of a sudden it asked me for a code to get into the phone. I had no idea what code it wanted. So I headed into the T-Mobile store. There was three employees there. The young woman walked over to me with this beautiful smile, greeting me with a cheery good morning. I hadn't had my coffee yet so I wasn't as cheery. She ignored my crappy attitude and killed me with kindness. I told her about the phone and she said we xan fix that! I stood there for a sec then said do you mind if I go get some coffee? She's said no go right ahead! I started to turn and then I said what kind of coffee do you like? She laughed and said no you don't need to do that! I told her she either tells me or I will just get her a random drink. She laughed and said what are you getting. I'll have that. Okay so we got a venti caramel macchiato with a quad shot. When I got back to the store she was standing there smiling. She said it's all fixed!!! I couldn't believe she did it so quick! She even helped me with other questions I had. That was the first time I have been in a T-Mobile with such amazing customer service!!! I will continue going to that T-Mobile for now on! Her name is Rosalinda!!! I have to tell everyone about how awesome this lady (Jovan) is at T-Moblie in Apple Valley. I have had a billing issue for over seven months. I have wrote numerous letters to T-Mobile but to no avail. So on July 16th I went to T-Mobile where this nightmare started, but they had closed down. So we found two other T-Mobile in the area. Both had over 45 minute wait. So by now I'm really pissed off. Let's go home. We live over a hour from T-Mobile. My husband saw another T-Mobile and said let's stop here. I said no way, because I was ready to kill by now. But I went in there anyway. I had a additude when I went in there. Because this was a such a thorn in my side. This beautiful sweet lady Jovan, the store manager helped me. I told her the whole story and she listened to me. Even after I was using bad language she just remained totally cool and calm. She got my problem resolved in no time at all when I couldn't get anyone from T-Mobile to help me'at all,she did. This beautiful young lady went above and beyond her job. This is what customer service is all about. She definitely deserves a raise. I have been a T-Mobile customer for a long time, and when I saw that this location was opening decided I would go there when my current phone died. That just happened, and this location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and patient. The service is excellent. A note to customers though, please be courteous to the staff there, too, because they will not say a word when your kids are running rampant through the store, but it is disconcerting to those of us who need to focus on conducting business. I could not believe how patient the staff is there. If you take your kiddies in, please take something to occupy their time. Sometimes getting a new phone takes a couple of hours, and it is difficult for anyone to not get antsy in that amount of time. Also, we purchased some gizmos for our car, and needed to exchange one. The staff stands behind anything they sell and customer service puts you first. They know all the plans and are saving me $$$ with the same great service. YAY. This is a great location and the staff should keep it very successful. read more
