Today near 5:35 pm I went to the store for help because my iPhone screen was broken and I had pay for insurance for the past 2 years. Employee BRYAN FLORES give poor customer services and told me that this location they ONLY DO SALES and send me to different location. I ask If I could call customer service from the phone inside the store since my phone screen was broken and he didn't allow me to use the phone. He makes me feel really uncomfortable and didn't want to provide appropriate customer service. I was at this location yesterday around 1pm. I went to get my phone protector cover changed. There were 4 of us waiting outside , there was not ONE SINGLE CUSTOMER INSIDE THE STORE. there was a little old lady and you can see she was in pain having to stand outside waiting for the sales person to work on her account. the sales person did not offer the elderly lady to go inside until she said to him " I'm sorry my knees are hurting I need to sit-down please. I would give zero stars if I could. We were lied to about what we were signing up for and how much we would need to pay per month at the store. When we tried to handle through customer service we were given run around excuses and more lies. When dealing in store the next day we were there for about four hours with two reps on the phone and one in store and they couldn't honor what we were told and to return everything in less than 24 hours we would have to pay restocking fees of$360 for something that isn't our fault. Even the manager was unable to do anything close to what was told to us or waive the restocking fees. Tmobile has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. read more

I popped into this store to upgrade my phone, because I had a rare occasion of extra time on my hands on 09/11/2021 at approximately 5:30pm. There were 3 employees at the time. 1 employee went to the back, and the other 2 were helping other customers. Upon walking in I was not greeted. I watched the sales person greet a wife/partner of the person who he was helping and still not me. When he finished with that sale. He still didn't greet me. I had to ask him can he help me. When I get up to the counter he asks me if I'm Sprint or T-Mobile now this is a very tricky question because I was Sprint but now since I have a T-Mobile SIM card my phone says T-Mobile. When I tell him that... In a very rude and condescending manner he stated to me "you're Sprint and we need to know that so we can pull up your account " He then asked me what phone I wanted, I told him I don't know, I thought I saw a free phone online. While I was logging into my account on my phone he then states "if it's a promotional phone you won't get it today" DEPLORABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! I told him I would take my business elsewhere. I went to the other T-Mobile on Apple Valley Road the ladies that helped me were very friendly and professional.. I was greeted upon entry.....and I purchased a phone that I got same day. Took a fall off a ladder today and my cellphone took some of the brunt. My phone appeared trashed. I came in to have the damages checked. I met with Nina at the T-Mobile store. She acted like a skilled surgeon. She found the screen protector (thingy) was shattered and the phone was fine. She repaired my phone in nothing flat. So I came here with my family a while back to get a new phone for my mother. The person who helped us asked if we wanted to lease it or buy it and we told him we wanted to buy it not lease it. Well he went ahead and put it under a lease anyways and I didn't find out until a few months before the time to jump the phone or keep it. I didn't want to make a big deal about it so I continued the payments, but now that I wanted to put a little money extra towards this phone it wasn't letting me. I called and I was told I only had the option of paying it completely off or to just continue the payments. I asked why and they said because of how it was a lease before and the new agreement is not like the original buy out leases. But that's what I wanted and one of their workers messed up. I called the store and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I had called the 611 support number and they were willing to just pay off the phone for their mistake but unfortunately the contract was with the store not them so they couldn't do it. I was told to talk to the manager at the store in which I bought the phone and he didn't even really care about it. You can tell they do not care about their customers and they do not have great listening skills. Don't come here at all. read more

Went in to sign up for a new plan. Sales guy told me that we trade in the phone and get 600 towards the new iPhone 11. We then continued to pay off what we thought was the remaining balance (about 150). Asked several times that we had the phone paid off and didn't owe anything and could leave whenever we wanted. Went to switch phone plans and found out that the phone was placed on a payment plan that gets paid from a credit of our trade in phone balance. Found the signed contract and it has three pages that were never even showed to us and the signed page we were told was authorization for a credit check to open the account. Now I'm stuck with Tmobile for 19 more months or I lose out on 500 dollars. read more

When she went in to pick up her new phone the manager Jeremy was very rude, dismissive and short with her, and told her she couldn't have the phone because hers was damaged. I came into the store to get a new phone activated after having a long drive. Chris was in the Store as the representative that was assisting me. He has very good communication skills outgoing personality and on top of that he's very professional and understanding. He set me up with an iPhone and he even offered variety of colors that I can choose from. I decided to get a red phone since it's easier to find when I misplace it. He went Far and beyond then what he is obligated to do. He helped me with my Apple account n even helped me get a few friends to switch over to T Moible since they are paying more with other providers. I went in for some accessories I seen on my T-Mobile app and the system was running really slow not letting the employee (I believe his name is Chris or Christian) do his job to his full extent. However, he made my experience go from what I thought was going to be a quick 30 mins in and out to about an hour and half of just socializing with all 3 employees (Chris, Paul and another wonderful woman who's name I don't remember) and the other two customers that were in line. We were having conversation and laughing together like we've known each other for years. Best customer service experience by far in any store. Claimed the phone i was exchanging had exstream damage , most likely so he could sell me another one the phone has 2 very minor scratches on the back hardly even noticeable . i have taken pictures of the phone in case he does something to the phone after he takes possessionession of it. I have only had the phone for 10 months it turns on then goes off within 10 to 15 seconds. i am working with a nice lady from T-mobil direct Lynar. My phone had died on me. I went in hoping that they could check my phone and possibly retrieve my contacts and photos. I was told that because the phone would not turn on, they would not be able to do anything. I worked with Alex. He did try to access my Google account to see if we could retrieve my contacts that way, but Google was requiring 2 step verification, linked to a tablet that was at home. I am sure that I never signed up for 2 step verification, so I guess Google is now forcing that on us. I had fully intended on purchasing a new phone on this day, but Alex said that he could get me a phone for free. I also wanted to change my phone plan to one of their senior plans. There was a lot of going back and forth setting it all up, entering info, moving my number etc. When it was finally finish and I was about to leave, it dawned on me that I had not seen a charging cord. Turned out that there was a cord in the box, but it did not include the part that plugs into an outlet. So I had to pay extra for that, plus some other fees. So yesterday I logged into the T- Mobile website to sign up for auto pay and discover that the "free phone" was on some installment plan??? The plan included a monthly discount, which significantly reduced the monthly payment, however, I was not aware of this, and would have preferred to just pay for the phone. I was finally able to retrieve some of my contacts thru Google, but not all of them, and was not able to retrieve my photos. read more

Alma stole me away from Verizon. I went in to get some additional info on the veterans discount program. Alma was by far the best customer service person I've ever dealt with at a cell store. She was patient, she has tremendous product knowledge that she communicated in a straight forward easy to understand format. She answered all of my questions regardless of how elementary. She knew all the phones capabilities and features inside and out. After awhile Alma had removed any reason I could find to say no. I ported my number over from Verizon and opened my account with 5 lines for my family. Alma is fantastic and should be considered for promotion going forward. I hated every time I ever had to go into a Verizon wireless store. I had been with Verizon for almost 10 years. Alma was such a breath of fresh air. Thank you. read more
