She told me no manager on duty til 1pm... it was around 11:30. I asked for a business card for that location and she went in the back room to grab one and returned with Surprise surprise... a manager. She told me she found a manager. No business card in hand, he tells me (respectfully) that I can go to Zagg store and they won't know the difference and will replace it for me. I still wanted that business card and he went to the back to grab me one. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS HAS AT&T TURNED INTO?? how do you not honor a product you sell with a "lifetime replacement warranty" and not honor it?? I knew better than to go to this location but I was in the neighborhood... this location is HORRIBLE!!! By the way... I googled the "lifetime replacement warranty" and it still comes with the screen protector purchase.... So why was it not honored??!! I can understand new purchases, if you discontinued it, but I bought mine with that warranty!! HONOR IT!! Never will I go back to that location nor would I recommend it... heed the warning.

Got scammed into a contract by the manager around a year ago just so they get that commission and they added a couple boxes and told me they were giving them to me and my wife and don't tell you you are being charged for them more commission money. Once I started having problems I called customer service hours on the phone they never told me I can't have internet for my house at all because of my address and finally the last customer service representative looked up my address and told me I can't have their service at all finally a person that was truthful. I quit making payments on the phone do to a fraudulent contract and they took me to collections on a fraudulent contract how stupid is that. Also if you're late on your phone payment they will text you that you have 40 sexual texting complaints against you and I had to tell my wife what I was being accused of and at the time my wife was on hospice care . Ya I got a hold of BBB let them know what was going on with T Mobile. A couple days later or so the guy in charge of my complaint called me and told me I was not liable for the phone or contract anymore lol. The guy in charge of my complaint told me the way they signed me up at this store wasn't fraud well BBB thought differently lol. This store and almost everyone from T Mobile customer service representatives literally lied to me on the phone never telling me I should not have internet through T Mobile at all. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. First off, he told me that I could not buy the phone outright, I had to open a phone line or transfer one over. This would turn out to be the only accurate thing he told me. The phone was advertised with a full retail price of $160. He insisted the price was $180, even when I showed him the official Cricket Wireless website. Fine, whatever. Then he tells me that my son has to have the $50 unlimited plan, even though the website states that even their 2 GB plan for $30/month is acceptable. Again, whatever, I just ask for what the out-the-door total price is, since now that we're opening a phone line, the price of the phone drops to $120. He tells me I qualify for a coupon on a phone case and screen protector. I say sure. Then he tells me the total is $270. I do some mental math and ask to see a break down. Here's what I see: $40 for a phone case $40 for a screen protector $62 for the unlimited plan (not $50) $18 activation fee (which he tells me he discounted for me, it's usually $40, or so he claims) EIGHTY DOLLARS for a case and screen protector? He points out that the coupon gave me $10 of each so it's only $30 each. I tell him he needs to remove those but he insists that the price of the phone "will go up to $180" and then tries to tell me that the phone is going to be $180 with or without the case and screen protector. I start trying to purchase the phone from Cricket directly but he tells me that the price will be the same. Not wanting to waste anymore time I go home and buy it off of the official website. $159.29 No bull crap accessories. No activation fee. The $30 2 GB plan. And some taxes. I don't know who runs this store but this was my first and last time in a Cricket Wireless store. Trying to rip people off and having the balls to try to sell people $40 cases and screen protectors is bold, but bad for business.

When I came back the young lady told me that the transfer was not done yet and it showed that it will take 9 hours which I questioned never having to wait that long for transfer. I wanted to be sure it will work because I need my phone for work and she assured me it will and it was because I had a lot of data. 1 hour and 1/2 later the transfer time was still 9 hours and I knew something was wrong.Went back to the store and dealt with a young and visibly knowing man that fix the problem in 15 mn having my transfer time from 9 hours to 2 minutes. Nonetheless to say my day was very inefficient because of this . I understand things happen but an apology of sort will have be nice because obviously the first time it was done wrong. Of note , I like their dress code which is very sharp and I love the grey and black mix of the outfit.

Parking is easy and never full in a huge shared plaza lot with Us Bank, Vons, Ross, Petco, Pizza Hut, Del Taco, Gator's (2), and much more. Customer service is prompt and friendly and even though I'm not a local anymore - whenever I'm in town and in need of some assistances this is the first Vz store I go to. Currently a Samsung Galaxy Ultra 23 users, not quite ready for an upgrade but inquiring for the future. Plenty of people to answer questions or offer assistances. Accessories can be a little steep compared to deals you can find online, however they are convenient and discounts arised, especially around the holidays. I will note that I'm not an iPhone user by any means so I can't speak to any issues with the 15 or even 16 or issues with Trade-in/upgrade to those devices.
