DO NOT SHOP AT THIS AT&T STORE If I could give zero stars, I would. This store is completely dishonest. They will sign you up for an AT&T Business account without telling you and add on insurance you never agreed to. They'll give you one "estimated total" for your monthly bill and then when your first bill comes, it's DOUBLE what they promised. Once I finally figured out how to log into the business account I never signed up for, I went back to the store to speak to the manager, Robert. He was rude and acted like I was the problem. Told me I shouldn't have a bill since I just opened my account and what I was looking at was wrong. He told me his associate, Jessica T, should have told me that she was signing me up for a business account and should have told me she added insurance. I reminded him that while all of this was happening, I clearly remember sitting there waiting for Jessica to come back from the back office , while he was busy chit-chatting with a couple about how he sells tiny homes , saying he only works at AT&T for a steady paycheck since he has kids blah blah , I even told him I watched him give that couple his contact info for the tiny homes, and his face went completely white when I said it. I also told him I had questioned Jessica at the time because I received an AT&T Business email, and she quickly grabbed my phone saying, "Oh, let me see," and held it for a few minutes now I understand why. Mind you, Jessica was sitting right next to me while I was talking to Robert about her and she had nothing to say. Robert still tried to tell me that the business plan was "the best plan" for me and that he couldn't switch me back to a regular account until I had been with AT&T for 30 days. I was told my monthly bill would be about $65 I logged in today and my first bill was $156. Do not trust this store. They are misleading and take advantage of customers. And on top of all that AT&T has the worst service in the High Desert. It's extremely slow and unreliable. You're better off going with any other provider read more

I would give this place. "0" if at all possible. I've visited this store and the same two service personnel were there. I should have gotten their names. I was once told to call the help line and then just today and the attitude was uninterested and rude when I was trying to figure out my phone. After waking up and discovering my phone was completely dead I tried to charge it up using different chargers. Nothing worked so I drove from Lucerne Valley to Apple Valley store. I have been in the store before and they always have been nice and kind and friendly. Jocelyn was very professional. On the first day, we could not get the phone to work at all so she sent me over to Best Buy to talk to someone at the Geek Squad . The young man put my phone on the computer in the back and the phone still wouldn't work. I returned to AT&T store and we called Apple Support?. My phone was still under warranty. The nearest Apple Store was in Rancho Cucamonga, but the store is closed due to renovations. I decided to come back the next day to see about adding another line. The manager Nyla ask for the phone and she plugged it in. Surprise , surprise. The phone started to charge. Never did figure out what was wrong with the phone. Change the personnel, specifically the rude woman that gives you an attitude as soon as you show you are not there to buy anything but to ask for warranty. People like this shouldn't be on the retail business specially customer service read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! This place is the worst!!!! They took advantage of my 88 year old mother who went in to change from T-mobile to AT&T. She called me and told me they gave her a "free" Apple Watch. My mom has difficulties using her iPhone and had no idea how to use the watch. She also had no idea that they were charging her! They then gave us the run around and told us we had to return it to AT&T. Called AT&T and they said that was a lie and to go back to the store. Then the manager said she wouldn't help us because I accused them of upselling (which they did) and I wasn't "nice" to these snowflakes. They also lied and told us we couldn't return the watch. They never looked up the sale. They were the biggest bunch of liars and horrible people. And then the manager told me she wouldn't serve my mom because I talked mean to her. This is an authorized reseller of Att and they will slam your account and put charges on your bill without telling you. This is a clear violation of company policy. Called Robert, the store manger, several times and he doesn't know how to call someone back at all, he doesn't know how to use the POS system and he blames everything on something else. The customer service was horrific AT&T should not be allowed to Be so dishonest. I've been a customer since they were called Cingular wireless , I have 10 lines with them since my children were in middle school and are no in their 30's. I have a two year plan that as longe as I have automatic withdrawal I pay 10$ for two years plus taxes the phone is free. No after a year in a half thy have raised my bill in order to pay for the phone they promised would be free. They disconnected my phone for none payment I had to pay the bill with the higher price and is now paying over five hundred dollars per month. They claim it should have never been 10 $ a month , but it was their very own promotion. They hang up on you because they are wrong, why did it take a year in a half to figure out their mistake when there was never any mistake even if it were so which it's not I would be able to pay what I agreed on. This WAS my go-to store! Since I moved to Apple valley, i tried the Store up there! At no fault of their own, they were not able to help me, since they're not a corporate store. I had to make the drive to VV again... by my luck, VANESSA helped me out again... she sold me my iPhone X & IPhone 8 last year... she's quick, smart, knowledgeable and has a great personality... perfect for dealing with customers. unfortunately i walked in when there were some obnoxious desert trash who felt it was their job to entertain customers as they entered while they wasted the staff's time. this put a foul taste in my mouth from the start. fortunately the staff was very helpful and courteous and took care of all my problems.
