He welcomed me accordingly, unlocked call screening feature, researched the answer and activated the WIFI calling which unlocked my second line. I went in to store to upgrade my phone and the two employees there were completely uneducated, untrained, and very unprofessional, rude and had extreme attitude.We left because they lied to me about the promotions and I told the representative that going to report them to the AT&T customer service and they told me because I going to complain about then they're not going to sell me the watch for my son and the tablet . read more

This review is for an Employee. His name is De'Angelo. He is an outstanding young man that should get recogination. He went above and beyond to help me. I have been trying to get my phone unlocked from At&t for a year. (off and on) I was at the end of my rope with this situation and De'Angelo promised he would stick by and help me till it gets unlocked. He called At&t 800 number and put in a request. Maybe a day later I finally get an email with my UNLOCK Code!!!! I was sooooo relieved, finally somebody knew what they were doing. Again I don't recommend AT&T service. Can't say thank you enough to Erica and Angelo!! They helped me get into my brand new iPhone that would not let me set it up. I bought it at a different store yesterday, but they were no help to me getting the phone up and running. The employee at the corporate store at the Tustin market place told me to watch a YouTube video on how to do it (insert eye roll). I would not go to this store just bought my phone about a month ago been having issue from day one went in to get fixed pulled SIM card three times would work for second then go out then third time replaced SIM card which they charged me for worked for 5 minutes then again went out this time I go back in manager there basically tells me it's not there problem go to apple I bought the phone from them and have insurance on it I use for business so I can't have my phone down is what I tried to explain manager basically told me not his problem worst customer service I would not go to this store they have many more locally that you can go to with out the condescending manager talking down to you and giving you a attitude stay clear WARNING you he is rude read more

Service was awesome! Can't remember name of who helped us but she was young Hispanic girl with dark hair and glasses. She was amazing and truly helpful. My only complaint is, it SMELLED! Maybe like mold or like when clothes stay in washer too long. Not a desirable smell. I would've left because of that but we stayed because of the person who helped us. read more

Do not shop/receive services here. I have to give a star to be able to write a review. I went to upgrade a work phone. I didn't have the other phone with me as it was in use in another county. I simply wanted to purchase the device so that the service and phone could be activated at another time. Without asking and only notifying till after she had done it, the employee de-activated the work phone. In fact she said "Oh wait, did you still want to use your original phone?" After she had already deactivated it. Why would I want to turn off the work phone to the person using it? 3hrs in the store and my service still isn't restored. They said it can take up to 4hrs to fix the ATT employee's MISTAKE, IF they can reverse the employee's mistake. I will never again go this store. They never communicated that they would turn off service to the current phone prior to doing so, even when they were aware the phone was still needing to be used. The employee said that "you should've known that when you don't PARK the upgrade, it will deactivate the current phone." As a customer, I don't activate phones for a living, they do, and should communicate that information. If you want to go in and leave the store with your phone service useless, despite paying for the plans as we as customers all do, then come here. You too can be a just a mistake away from a useless phone and service you can't use. read more

I am very disappointed by the customer service. Daniel was fine and kind when we got our phones. We got two phones. We purchased a wireless phone charger (AT&T brand) about three weeks ago. The charger stopped working after two weeks. We were told that there was a year warranty and we were given the impression that we can come back and get it replaced if it didn't work. We went back 20 days later and D'Angelo said they could not replace it then and I had to through customer service and it was beyond the 14 days return policy. Mind you, he never looked at the receipt. I got the impression he didn't want to help us. Jen the person in charge was rude. At first, she affirmed the 14 day return policy. I told her it was an AT&T product. She said that they are not authorized. I was upset and started getting names. She later said " she would do this just once but would not do so for such a little thing,". Needless to say $40.00 for something that didn't work after two weeks. Nowhere on the receipt it says anything about their return policy. Jen although eventually conceded to our wishes, was very rude. She needs retraining at best if not fired. Making a customer return seem trivial and insignificant is poor customer service. I am contemplating closing out the account due to the bad service., regardless of what it costs. Daniel D. Is clearly related to an employee. If I could give this store a negative star rating it would receive one. I attempted to unlock an $800 phone that I OWN and received absolutely no help from the two girls who use the store as a place to gossip about friends and lunch. After being told by customer service to go to my local store that clearly was the wrong answer...because they gave me the customer service number to call back and get help from. After being on hold for 45 minutes I got low level assistance after getting my 4th customer service representative (apparently 2 supervisors later all whom possessed English that I was only able to understand every fifth word). All these conversations on customer service were taking place in the store...while the two employees spoke so loud about their lunch I couldn't hear the supervisor on the phone. Nobody here is interested in customer service, and it's apparent by management's and the owner's willingness to solve this problem by getting in touch with the people who have written these bad reviews. NEWS FLASH...my phone still isn't unlocked...and the girls were still chatting about friends and lunch when I left. DO NOT purchase any AT&T services, and if you must, DO NOT do it from this store. You'll be writing this same review after your contract ends. read more

If I could give 0 starts I would. Please do yourself a favor this holiday season and do not visit this authorized retail location. I have had nothing but problems since the moment our name was officially on a contract. First, one of our numbers was ported incorrectly (wrong number input a.k.a. human error). Second they created 4 lines when we only came in to get 2. Third they charged us for the total of an iphone7, but we came in for the free phone promotion. And of course tried to stick us with 4 activation fees, 4 monthly installment plans and 3 phones. They sold us a broken lg g5 and have refused to fix ANY OF THESE Problems in a timely manner. All of this was just a lovely surprise that landed in my mailbox a month later. A bill the total of over $1,100.00. NEVER AND I MEAN NEVER WILL I EVER BUY ANY AT&T MERCHANDISE OR GO TO ANY STORE LOCATIONS. I am now counting the days until my contract is up to ditch these scumbag scam artists. They are incompetent and don't care if they sell you garbage then try to charge an arm and a leg for it. read more
