I had the worst experience yesterday at Verizon Wireless. The person that was helping us left and started helping another customer knowing I had T-Mobile on the phone waiting for the PIN to transfer two lines over. I had to interrupt her with another customer to say T-mobile was ready. She gave me a pen to take down the info and didn't bother coming back to assist us... her original customer. I ended up having to flag down a different person to help us finish getting two phones from their store! Ridiculous. Furthermore she didn't tell me about the add-ons that I didn't ask for. She put insurance on all of our phones at 19.99 each, assigned the HBO/Netflix bundle to the wrong phone. Didn't go over everything because she never came be back, didn't tell me about the line activation fees which could have been removed; that's an additional 80 dollars we could have saved. 23 years with this carrier and the treatment was substandard. The store people are on commission so you must watch everything. This is the second time I've had a negative experience in this store and the crazy part is this same lady was involved the last time. My bill went from 147 to almost 300 dollars. After speaking with customer service ( not in the store) My bill is 244 so I actually saved acouple of bucks because I was paying 100 per month for the other two lines at T-Mobile and will save 30 more after enrolling into autopay so I'll be paying less no thanks to her. read more

Give the man a raise! Jeff was an absolute perfect employee today! Cheery eyed, beautiful smile, and oh so helpful and patient. So why only 3 stars? Read till the end. Jeff was day and night to when we walked in to the store today. My happy-go-lucky self was like oh, you guys are probably wondering whether to talk English or Spanish to me. And I just got looked at with a blank stare. Not even a smirk. They did ask if I needed help, and I thought I didn't. A few minutes later I asked, do you have something for, "dis-abled." That'd be thanks to a birth defect. All I got was a no, cut and dry. And a, "sorry." Then I see the California Lifeline sign. I did let the clique know of my accidental discovery. So I asked Jeff about it, he explained it. Ahh! Reminds me of a job I once had. Where I did all the interactions while everyone else just clinged to co-workers. Last year I went in and had an issue with Sam lying to us when setting up new phones and trading in old ones. Went back recently because I was having screen issues and of course it was Sam that was waiting at the door to "help" me! I decided to give him another chance which I shouldn't have!! I was asking questions as he was trying to explain my options and he then rudely asked me if I wanted to hear what he is saying or keep interrupting him, by asking questions! I left and willingly spend a lot more money going to the Apple Store just so I didn't have to deal with them anymore! I will NOT go to that store again! I have been calling faithfully everyday to see why verizon customer service cannot resolve my issue with a bill that is their fault (ticket 9550894). I have a balance of 215.15 that is for a 5g box that has been returned but its as if they don't want to resolve my issue so I finally just give up and pay. This box was first issued to me when it was not available in my area by the sales rep. The 5g box worked like crap so I returned it with the promise of verizon to not charge my for the time I had it but nothing has been done. I will be trying out AT&T. read more

@ 10:02 on 20241208 I arrived at the Verizon store at 12821 Main St Ste 100 Hesperia, CA 92345 United States. All access doors were locked and we continued to wait until Sam, Light Skin, shaved head, black beard, opened the door. Sam agreed to help with our problem. My newly purchased iPhone 16 Max Pro had been transferred from my old phone yesterday and today, the Apple messaging app would not work. The screen remained black with zero information this form of communication is a failure on Apples responsibility. Sam would make us pay $50 for a restocking fee for their products failure and did not have the phone I wanted to change to, a Black iPhone MaxPro 512gb. Sam failed his customer and Verizon with this sort of disrespect to the customer who's dollar bills worked perfectly. Apple has failed its customer by letting this inferior product make it our of the manufacturing site. Apple and Verizon have failed. iPhone Serial# FW3V794P27. I'm convinced they are racist. I felt almost out of place at this location and unheard in a matter of minutes. My entire experience has been horrible every time I come here. The manager couldn't even fully help. She didn't even know what she was doing. Only one employee was willing to help and actually had an upbeat attitude about himself. They kept offering promotions and giving time dates for certain things and was not integral with any of the offers they were supposedly giving me. One of the WORST locations I've ever been to. My mom went here last Sunday (11/26/2023) for help on her account and instead of helping, the employees didn't offer any assistance and instead gave her a post it note with a number telling her to call it for help. Verizon - Mobile Phones Near Me - Hesperia, California

So yesterday in the afternoon 3-13-2024 I went to this store to get accessories and have my phone setup. I received my iPhone 15 Pro Max from Verizon's website not a 3rd party. This is important moving forward. Since my last time being at Verizon, they now have a $30 setup and go fee. I don't mind that because it does take time. It's new but probably necessary to have this charge. I called my son to check and his concern was this was a third party store. I confirmed this is a Verizon corporate store so I was in the right place. The person helping me wanted nothing to do with me. This is his explanation. If he can get a new line he would be glad to help or an upgrade but because I bought the phone online through Verizon he doesn't get credit towards his quota. His comment was that I needed to go to the Apple Store if I had questions on the phone. I'm 75, it is very hard to get places and I was told by Verizon that they could assist me at the store. I did NOT buy the phone at a third-party retailer and have been with Verizon for over 15 years. I bought accessories hoping this would ease the tension. It did not. I asked for a wireless chargesr a case and screen protector. At this point I asked his name and he said Sam. My son called me and I told him what was happening, and my son asked to speak to the manager. Sam said the manager was busy. That never happened but my son who is the principle on the account called VZW customer service and reported the issue. Sam put all of my accessories in a bag and handed it to me and incredulously asked if there was anything else. First, he sold me a wall charger and I was too afraid to ask for the wireless charger I originally asked for. Secondarily, I hope this is not Verizon. So, to sum up my visit, if you have questions about your phone or just need a little help this is not the place for you. Unless you can benefit the salesman to help with their quota you are human trash. They won't help even after you pay the $30 fee to "Setup" your phone. They want new lines and upgrades. If they help people with questions, they could have been helping with people that want a new line or upgrade, so they want anyone with questions out of the store. Thats the sad state of how I was treated but I felt the need to pass this on. When a customer becomes a number do they stay loyal to the brand. read more

Went in today with my husband, i was transferring my plan from a different carrier to his plan, upgrading my phone, and linking my watch. Kacey helped us today and she was AMAZING, she's very friendly, personable, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We spent quite a bit of time with her working through hiccups while transferring my phone over and she just went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Ordered my iPhone 14 pro max with customer service. I drive semi. It's easier for me to do stuff over the phone. I was advise to go into the store to finish up my activation and port. I go into the store. I told them the situation. They told me. I can just call different numbers to get that done. If I known that. Why did I waste my time going in the store. I went in today to get a new phone. My current phone has been acting up in several ways. When they brought out the new phone I was told there is a $35 fall or activation fee that cannot be waved. Then I was told that they are just selling me the phone and I have to do all the set up myself as for switching all my information over via iCloud. First time I was told this. On all the previous iPhones I have purchased the Verizon store I went to did that for me. All they needed was my to put in my password and Apple ID. I left without purchasing anything. Please read I came in trying to do an exchange (online order from corporate) and was turned away from Cesar. At least Tony and Joe tried to make an effort in helping but Cesar was just rude and dismissive. I picked up the order from Victra, called corporate and they said to return it to a corporate store. Ended up waiting about an hour to close time and nothing was able to be done, Tony got corporate on the phone for me at least... even though the guy from corporate just hung up on me and never called me back. Cesar told corporate he couldn't process the exchange. Again, super dismissive attitude when he realized it wasn't a possible sale. Thank you Tony, Joe and Erma for at least making an effort, the negative rating shouldn't affect these people (and nothing against them) because my negative rating is all based upon my experience with Cesar and corporate. Big fire started near my home in the forest on Saturday night, by Sunday afternoon we lost our Wi-Fi, landline phones, cable TVs, and our cell services, (and electricity for several hours.) Being in the midst of a wildfire and having no communication with the outside world made life stressful. Verizon was the very first company to step it up and Monday night they had a temporary portable cell tower in place so that you could drive nearby and get service. The very next day they had a second tower up. I now can use my Iphone at home to make texts and phone calls and even make video calls and do the necessary Internet things like banking and get news. I am a long time Verizon customer and I'm proud that they were quick to act, possibly saving lives. The airplanes and helicopters are still making drops and the fire crews are still battling the flames! read more

I've been to many corporate Verizon Stores and have always received excellent service. Not at this store. Employees were more worried about socializing than helping customers. Asked them to move the data from my old phone to the new phone and was told that they don't do that. Then the employee talked down to me and said all they do is move the SIM card and we could have done it ourselves. Any other Verizon store gladly backs up the phone and gives you a new SIM. Verizon Tech Coach told me to go to a store to resolve an issue with iTunes that came with my plan. The store said if Tech Coach couldn't help, there was nothing they could do and I needed to call Apple. Apple resolved it in less than 5 minutes. I will never visit this store again. They need supervision and training. read more

Going to one of these places is never fun. Unless you are getting a new phone, and even that can be draining. I went in about a month ago to purchase a wireless hotspot. Something that should have taken 20 minutes, but I was in there for well over an hour. The guy I was working with talked me into getting the new plug-in internet( which, by the way, is trash), but it was cheaper, so I went with it. He also started looking at my phone bill and made a recommendation to upgrade to 5G and said we would end up spending less money. He walked me over to a sign which was in Spanish and then tried to explain it to me. I should have known then that something was fishy. Why would you take me to a sign I couldn't read when there was the same sign in English? All in all, when I finished the transaction, I realized I had been misled entirely. Our monthly bill ended up being more expensive, and he said the only way to get the discount was to enroll in autopay which he never disclosed upfront. I would not recommend this store. read more

Don't ever go here. The worst experience will be expected. First I took my mom with me. Wanted to upgrade my phone then give her my phone to her. It was 7pm and no one in store, but the wait was two hours, my mom is too bad of shape to wait that long. I told them that and they said to come in tomorrow. They have no service for handicap. So I came in next day without mom. I told them what I want. They want to charge me $30 more a month to give my mom my iPhone. I asked Spanish guy John and he said that was only plan available. They were up selling me all these streaming services I don't want. Plus, they had no phones in a phone store. Why is this place even open? With no phones to by. They said they don't even sell last gen iPhones. They all just left me and went in the back. I left and called sales at Verizon, his name was Jose. They do have other plans and last gen phones for sell. Verizon will sell you cheese burgers and make you pay extra for the cheese. Don't know how this place is still open. Needs a no star! Absolutely hate this store, every time I go in I have a hassle or the people or rude. I have been called a liar even from one of the workers. Manager told me once to come back in next week and he'd take care of my issues and the phone I wanted, I go in and he is gone on vacation for a month!! Latest one I am in the store with my family for an upgrade for my mom which is on my account, we have 9 lines on my account. We sit there for a good time and as we are checking out I ask if I could use the restroom to tinkle since I am 9 months pregnant. Manager Tells me no and went about his business so cold and rude as I am doing the pee dance. I pay $600 a month to Verizon. Paying off all my lines next month and will be gone. Our experience with this store as far as cell phones go is fine....thats why they got 3 stars. Our Fios experience is another story. That would get ZERO stars. We got Fios 1 yr 11mo. ago. They lied about what incentives we would receive,and the benefits of switching to Fios. Then they send out USED DVR, boxes and remotes. When our remote quit working last month, they told us we would have to pay $15 for another remote! It was used when they sent it to us! I told them I am not paying for another remote, and I would be switching providers. We'll yesterday I called to cancel our service, and guess what? They offered me a free remote! TOO LATE! We went back to our old provider, who does replace remotes without any hassle at all....lesson learned. read more

I've been utilizing this verizon corporate store lately. I have an authorized diamond retailer practically around the corner from my house...but they are dimwits...so although a bit out of my way, this is my goto store. Today I dealt with a great rep, her name was Nina...I came in because my phone was having issues, and was going to take advantage of my early upgrade. I had an idea of what I wanted and she really took the time to answer my questions. Now I'm not usually swayed by the upsell they always do...but I had my 7 year old daughter with me and she brought out a product I couldn't say no to. The gizmopal. It is by far the best gps/contact device out there right now...and for all the places she goes to with me...it was a must have. My daughter now thinks I'm the best mom on the planet now that she has a watch phone like a super spy...she might even clean her room! I was also looking at adding another tablet to our family and instead of steering me to something super expensive...she pointed out a really nice LG they had an unadvertised special on....it fit my needs perfectly and has the ability to add more storage space. She hung with me the whole time, even when I was using the app to swap all my info from one phone to another. We chatted like old friends. It was a really great experience and if you need to head over there...ask for Nina! read more

Verizon trade in scam share share share! Here is the letter I wrote to Verizon however I haven't found an e mail adress to send it to So I may have to mail it. My advice would be to never ever trade a phone in through Verizon they will appraise it at a higher value and after you send it in will inspect it and claim that it's worth significantly less Because of damage that either they caused or never exsisted. They are duping us customers out of millions of dollars with this trade in program. I repeat never trade a phone into Verizon. You will be ripped off. That phone is less than a year old with minimal wear and tear and has never once had an issue with powering on. Best Buy offered me 150.00 for the same phone, however I elected to send it to you because after looking at my device, which was in good condition, I was assured by the staff at your store that I would receive a higher trade in value and that I could use it towards my balance owed to Verizon. I have been a Verizon customer for many years and in that time I have spent thousands of dollars in your store and on your services. I just recently purchased two brand new I phones on a new plan. I also use you for my business phones. I feel like I have been completely ripped off and mislead by your trade in program, Verizon and the sales people who assured me I would receive the correct value for my device. I would like to know why after sending you a phone in perfectly good condition am I now being told that it is valued lower than the appraisal due to damage that did not exist before I shipped it to you? I did not intend to sell my perfectly good I phone back to you for 37.98.
