By far the best customer service was provided by Gerardo Ayala. He was fabulous when I couldn't remember my password. He was marvelous when I needed a screen protector. He treated my phone just like it was his own. Gerardo helped me downloaded my old phone to my new. This took a while he was patient and kind. We even exchanged recipes... his moms. You don't often get personal service in a I want instant gratification now society. But Gerardo made a personal difference to my and brightened my day. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would Scam waiting to happen. A $75/month phone line suddenly turned into $110/month. I was Charged for a Verizon device home protection, but why? Liz A. charged me for unnecessary charges I was unaware of. Then suddenly our promised "included" and "free of charges" Screen protector, lens protector, and an extra cable suddenly turned into a $317 charge. I came back to get a refund and tried to charge me a restocking fee for something that wasn't my fault. This is very unprofessional and a waste of time. 3 hours of standing just to receive a slap in the face. Never have I ever felt so humiliated with how much advantage this store took of me. read more

Verizon - The bullshit charge I got - Mobile Phone Accessories Near Me - Victorville, California

My niece went into this store and Liz A lied to her about monthly pricing for 1 line and accessories been free. When she realized they screwed her over with all these un authorize charges and monthly fees for services that where never brought up during interaction like Verizon home device protect. My niece returned to cancel everything and they refused to return screen protector back and waive re-stocking fee. Liz just added everything she could to ensure commission pay this is fraud without customers consent. I will take this to BBB this is unethical behavior and quiet embarrassing for Verizon to allow people like this to represent Verizon . read more

Do not buy from this store they are liars and thieves. They took the trade-in from two iPhones and never told me I could not make early payments to pay off my new phones and when did that I was under some 36-month contract I didn't even know about that voided my trade-in. It was not until I went to ask about an upgrade thinking I had paid off any balance on my phones that they told me I had a $2400 balance. Apparently, when I made payments to pay off my phone I lost the promotion. I asked when I traded my phone in the balance would be and if I would be able to make the payments on the balance of the phones there they said yes not a problem. So just stay away from this store unless you want to get ripped off. read more

I came into the store Dec 31, 2022 and traded in 2 phones. The service at the time was wxcellent and Natalia took great care of us. Unfortunately, i have not received the credit for the phones I turned in. I have gone in on at least 3 separate occasions. I was told that the manager would take care of it and was never contacted. Verizon refers me back to Vvitra and Victra hasn't done what they said they were going to do. It costs me an extra $80 every month for the past 6 months. Victra, please respond. Do I need to escalate to the Better Business Bureau? read more

*****Update it's been month close to 2 years that no one has contacted me regarding this matter! Management and Victra have brushed it off and not bothered to even give me back my 2 iPhones! 2 iPhones were traded in and I was promised 600 dollars for both. iPhones were never shipped nor returned to me. If you go to this location and trade in you phone make sure they don't steal them!! read more

I was lied to and told accessories were bundled with the phone to later find out I am being charged for these accessories which I was told they were free with the phone this store is known for lying and scamming customers and I made sure to contact as high as possible to ensure this doesn't happen again I'm very disappointed with the lies i was told and to make It even better when they said they would take the accesories/phone back after I talked to higher managment I was told I need to pay the restocking fee even after this store lied to me. I asked to have my fee waved and I was told excuses this is very unethical and fraud this store has been doing this to many other people many other Verizon stores get customers from this store about the same reasons and nothing gets resolved. read more

Geo, is a 5 star stud. We had a super complex issue with our phone lines trying to get them switched over. And he was patient with us asking a ton of questions. He got us in and out even when our accounts wanted to keep giving him problems. Next time you have to head into Verizon ask for Geo. Try to hire more employees like him. Thanks Verizon . Never thought I would say that. Ohh, and also ask for the 5g internet coming out soon. read more

Super kind and helpful. Thank you Isrrael. Thank you so Mich. thank you fo helping

Really bad service. Came in to purchase 3 watches and upgrade all my 4 lines and the 2 ladies or the store manager was able to connect my watches. Left the store with the watches and had to come back the next day for them to help me connect them again. But still yet they didn't do anything so I asked for my money back that they charge for connecting your device and they refused to give me back my money. read more

You should pick this Verizon retailer to buy your new phone!!! The store is easy get to and park (near Kohl's). The reps are very skilled and patient and will totally set you up with your new device. They will make sure everything is working and that you are satisfied before you leave. Very professional. read more

They added this stupid water protection I didn't ask for, it was 30$. and in fact even said NO to it. They're commission hungry and tried to hesitate giving me the refund for it also. Places like these also charge a 20$ non-refundable fee for activation aside from the 30$ Verizon activation fee. There's a Verizon Corporate store down bear valley you might as well go there and save yourself 20$ too. Forget this place, even as an authorized retailer they don't go the extra mile for you. read more

Noemi is sooo helpful and friendly!! I initially only came in to pay my bill but when she informed me about the current sales I decided to get a new phone along with a cute case she helped me pick out. I'm glad I got a new phone with this great promo, if she didn't mention it I wouldn't have even purchased anything. Thank you Noemi for being very informative and helpful, very sweet young lady! Best location up here! I was lucky enough to be helped by Noemi when I went in last week. Without a doubt one of the best staff members there, she was able to help me get a new phone and plan for a cheaper rate than my previous carrier. Exceptional customer service! Extremely helpful and accommodating. TJ or whatever his name was, dude was courteous and helpful. Professional, but unable to deliver on a few of the promises he made. I'm sure that was mostly corporate bull crap though, so overall good experience at this location. Got my new iPhone tonight along with my husbands, I know we came in late but the sales associate, Daisy, was very helpful, caring and considerate. She answered all our questions and was patient when it came to everything including our toddler running around and screaming! She even stayed late after her shift to help us get everything in order. She even tried to get us tons of discounts that we would qualify for. I love this location and especially this associate! If I could give her more than five stars I would she at least deserves 10! read more

If I could give this store half a star I would. The staff at this location is absolutely horrible. When we took a complaint to the manager Juan about how one of his other workers was rude to us a previous time we were there, he kicked us out of the store. He didn't listen to our complaint, when my mother asked if there was anyone else besides her who can help us he told my 72 year old mother to leave his store. We have been using this location for over 4 years. We will never set foot in it again. Instead of dealing with their horrible service we went down the street to another Verizon location who was very happy to take our business. The manager at that location told us that it is because the other horrible location is privately owned so I guess that gives them the right to treat their customers anyway they want to. Well they can but the customers won't be us. read more

We bought two new phones in February and I recently noticed our bill was no where near what Kyle wrote down. (See picture.) Due to my to Father's terminal illness, I have only just been able to deal with this. This guy guy didn't follow through on anything. He didn't submit the military discount (we gave him a text of my son-in-laws i.d.), we didn't get the autopay discount, he didn't even change the plan! He talked us into two phones we really didn't want and ended up exchanging them for more money. He sold us a Jetpack for the home internet and said yeah you can use in place of your Spectrum. Ha, it keeps dropping our Ring doorbell. When we went in to exchange the phones we heard him talking another elderly couple in replacing his home satellite internet with a Jetpack. Learn from our experience and do not do business with this untruthful place. read more

Overall helpful and good experience at this store. The representative that helped us, Brett, was great. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy at all. He heard what we wanted and helped us do it, looking for the best deals for us along the way. He explained everything very well when I asked many questions, and never showed any annoyance! The iPads at the store were not working well and so the visit took much longer than expected, but that was not the fault of the employees. We did not interact much with the other staff, but they seemed friendly. Geo, the manager, we interacted with briefly, and he was a little pushy but friendly enough. Overall, we got what we needed and Brett is awesome. read more

Geraldo was very helpful excellent customer service 10/10. Store was very clean helpful staff.

Gerardo was very helpful. Due to issue with switching my at&t line over to Verizon and the quantity of data I had to transfer over to my new phone he spent most of his shift working with us. He was very upbeat and if he didn't have the answer he found it (ie how to screen shot with our Pixel 3 phones). He also didn't pressure us cause we changed our minds several times on accessories. read more

Verizon trade in scam share share share! Here is the letter I wrote to Verizon however I haven't found an e mail adress to send it to So I may have to mail it. My advice would be to never ever trade a phone in through Verizon they will appraise it at a higher value and after you send it in will inspect it and claim that it's worth significantly less Because of damage that either they caused or never exsisted. They are duping us customers out of millions of dollars with this trade in program. I repeat never trade a phone into Verizon. You will be ripped off. Here's a link to many other customer horror stories about this trade in program so you can see for yourself a small percentage of the customers who have been ripped off. Keep in mind that Verizon edits these forums. https://community.verizonwireless.com/search.jspa?q=Trade+in+scam I recently went into your Verizon store in Victorville Ca to get help to send my phone in for trade in. The employees at the store walked me through the entire process and I was told to wait for a box to arrive in the mail that I was to use to ship the phone back to you. After initially being told by your employees that the phone was appraised at 211.00 dollars, you inspected the phone and sent me a notice informing me that it was valued at 37.98 "because it does not power on unless it is plugged in". That phone is less than a year old with minimal wear and tear and has never once had an issue with powering on. Best Buy offered me 150.00 for the same phone, however I elected to send it to you because after looking at my device, which was in good condition, I was assured by the staff at your store that I would receive a higher trade in value and that I could use it towards my balance owed to Verizon. I have been a Verizon customer for many years and in that time I have spent thousands of dollars in your store and on your services. I just recently purchased two brand new I phones on a new plan. I also use you for my business phones. I feel like I have been completely ripped off and mislead by your trade in program, Verizon and the sales people who assured me I would receive the correct value for my device. I would like to know why after sending you a phone in perfectly good condition am I now being told that it is valued lower than the appraisal due to damage that did not exist before I shipped it to you? I did not intend to sell my perfectly good I phone back to you for 37.98. I was completely mislead and given wrong information by the staff at Verizon and I need this issue resolved as soon as possible. Your Customer, xxx read more

Wondering why it took 2 employees to help one customer while I waited. Great customer service starts with an attentive staff. When it became my turn...While I was being "assisted" their was no attempt at conversation which made the experience seem like it was taking forever. She never explained what she was doing at all which was strange since she was very conversational with the customer who was already in the store when I showed up. Makes you wonder what the difference was that separated me from that customer...dare I guess. Wasn't the fact that we were both women. Not pleased with the service I received, could have been way better and I did not feel welcomed as a customer in their store read more

First: It's a cell phone store, the experience is almost never perfect. Corporate, Reseller, etc. has never been a fun experience for me at Verizon. Ordered a phone, took some time to get instock. When it arrived there was a $20 setup fee... Okay, gotta pay the employees something... Fine I'll accept that. IPads apparently have some issues with Verizon POS (OMNI)... Then it arrives... So we get the process started. "Hey, why is the price $30 more now?" "Oh that is our phone price." (Juan) "But on Verizon it shows $xxx, you want $xxx. Why?" "That is our price." So we cancel that order, because now at this point they are $50 more than going to the corporate store or just ordering from website. Easier said than done... Welcome back to OMNI, the Verizon POS app is named appropriately: POS. Two calls to verizon customer service, finally get my old phone reactivated and the upgrade removed. My experience with the rep (L) was very pleasant, and she was very friendly and personable; the only reason this is not a 1 star! The managers are not very pleasant on the phone or in person, perhaps they hear a lot of complaining and it is their new default. Regardless, I could not recommend going to this location. Every phone has a premium added to the Verizon corporate, website and even Best Buy price: $24+ over suggested retail. read more
