The guy that was there was an Indian man and was working alone. I can honestly say that I was blown away in how this guy talked to me. The minute I walked in the door he started asking me personal questions like how old was I, was I married. He was saying how pretty I am. He was saying all these things in front of my brother and then asked if he was my husband. I can only imagine how many women have experienced his behavior. I kept asking questions about the phone and my plan on it and he would first answer the question then say something about me or my appearance. I did not get the phone situation resolved and that made me angry. Thank goodness there was another Metro on main st just a few minutes away. They were all so professional there. I hope metro realizes the type of people they're hiring to represent them. No woman wants to deal with a pervert like this. So, this store is closed whenever I try to come in and no one picks up the phone. Ever. Been calling for weeks. I tried calling another store that is out of my way but they cannot help as these are all franchises. It would be nice if they'd put up a sign when they take lunch or close during actual business hours. Would also be nice if someone could answer the damn phone. This store would get zero stars if that were an option.
