Got scammed into a contract by the manager around a year ago just so they get that commission and they added a couple boxes and told me they were giving them to me and my wife and don't tell you you are being charged for them more commission money. Once I started having problems I called customer service hours on the phone they never told me I can't have internet for my house at all because of my address and finally the last customer service representative looked up my address and told me I can't have their service at all finally a person that was truthful. I quit making payments on the phone do to a fraudulent contract and they took me to collections on a fraudulent contract how stupid is that. Also if you're late on your phone payment they will text you that you have 40 sexual texting complaints against you and I had to tell my wife what I was being accused of and at the time my wife was on hospice care . Ya I got a hold of BBB let them know what was going on with T Mobile. A couple days later or so the guy in charge of my complaint called me and told me I was not liable for the phone or contract anymore lol. The guy in charge of my complaint told me the way they signed me up at this store wasn't fraud well BBB thought differently lol. This store and almost everyone from T Mobile customer service representatives literally lied to me on the phone never telling me I should not have internet through T Mobile at all. One representative told me it was an Apple problem or facebook problem. Good luck people if you want to do business with scammers fraudsters and liars. A lot more happened but fingers are getting numb from doing other reviews today on facebook of T Mobile advertising. Ya they keep taking them down so nobody can read them but I put my reviews right back up lol.

They were scammed!! I can't believe that one of your employees did that simply because my parents are older. SHAME ON YOU! Luckily I am due for an upgrade & saw that there was all these numbers added onto their billing. Please do not go to this store, & if you do beware of the charges on your bill. If you're an older person please wait for someone to go in with you.

A vendor I had used previously recommended The Sash Company for Bridal Sashes. I went to the website and the price was spectacular so I immediately placed an order. Almost 2 weeks went by (the window I was supposed to receive it was from the 16th - 21st. Today is the 18th. I sent an email yesterday to the email that was included at the bottom of the shopify invoice and heard nothing back. Today, I called the number on the website. The woman who answered honestly seemed like she never heard that they even did Bridal Sashes. She didn't have my email or contact information in and no email to me. I mentioned the email I sent it to and she said "oh well that's why no one checks that email".... Ok so why is it active? Then I mentioned I purchased on shopify and she said "oh that's why no one checks that" WHAT? How are you selling items on Shopify and not checking it? After a hold, she came on an offered a refund. As my friend is excited for this sash, I asked if there was a replacement or anything and that's when she said that they are out of stock on every single bridal sash. When I asked why they are still selling them / the listings are still active, she said she would email and immediately cancel when anyone buys. When I told her that it didn't happen to me, she said "well someone else should've done it but we're busy ok?". I asked to speak to someone else and she refused saying she doesn't have a boss and no one is over her. Honestly 0/10 experience would never recommend and would highly recommend the mega organizations that are using this company to look elsewhere. Right now - I haven't received a cancellation/refund. I will update if I do.

I contacted Mr. Rooter because I had a water leak in my kitchen, which damaged my cabinets, walls, and floors. Richard and his trainee were excellent. They were very professional and all-around cool people. He contacted Enrique for further assistance with my water leak. Enrique showed up, and he was a cool person as well. He said he needed to water jet my sewer lines, which cost $1,500.00, to help him further identify the issue. I was skeptical of this but agreed to eliminate it as an issue. My sewer pipes were not clogged, and water passed through them with ease. They were unable to identify the water leak, so I was told my sewer pipes needed to be treated with a special chemical (I don't remember the name of it) to repair any interior cracks. The estimate for that service was $40,000.00. I decided to pay the $1,500.00 and obtain a second opinion. I contacted a 2nd plumber referred to me by my realtor and set an appointment. Minutes after contacting the 2nd plumber, Mr. Rooter called me back and said they could send out the plumbers again and offer me a discount on the alleged sewer pipe repairs, to which I said no. After carefully evaluating the whole kitchen, the 2nd plumber verified everything Mr. Rooter's staff members did, and he was stumped to not understand where my water leak was coming from. The 2nd plumber returned to basic training, identified the water leak, and told me that the $40,000.00 repair Mr. Rooter wanted me to commit to would not have solved my issue. Not only did the 2nd plumber fix my kitchen water leak, but he also replaced a working water pipe that had no involvement with my original issue for a combined total of $1,200.00. I will not be calling Mr. Rooter again!
