The hot tub itself is everything we hoped for--energy-efficient, durable, and incredibly comfortable for two people. The hard cover design is a game-changer, making maintenance easy and keeping the heat in, which helps with energy savings. The E2 model is really the only model that would work for our small patio. Beyond the quality of the spa, we were extremely impressed with the team at Eco Spa West. Update! We have now owned our Ecospa for 5 years and we couldn't be happier!! It looks and operates just as good as the day we purchased it. Our salesman, Mickey was great. He took the time to explain the benefits of owning this particular type of spa over the the competition. The tops flip open for use. When you're done they fit snugly over the unit. Occasionally we have strong winds here in Southern Utah with sand and dust but the water always remains crystal clear because of the unique design. It's a no brainer! After having a love/hate relationship with most spas and hot Tubs out there for the past 25 years I may have found the perfect spa. We went to the Pomona Home show around the first of the year to just get out of the house, with no intention on even looking at spas. I just happened to glance over and seen these spas/hot Tubs with these I ingenious lids, so I had to inquire about them, that's where I met Mickie. He began telling me everything I needed to hear how EcoSpa had addressed all the issues most people hate about spas for their home. I couldn't really find a down side to these spas but I told Mickie I wouldn't want Chlorine or a Bromine water in my spa, and he even had a solution to not needing to have those chemicals in the water. He told me about a product (Pure N easy) that basically turns your spa into mineral water with little or no harsh chemicles. I've had an E5 for 1 year now and my wife and I love it. I looked at over 10 brands before purchasing the Ecospa. The warranty, single piece tub, and cover sold me on this tub. We live in an area where we can get a lot of snow so a solid cover that can hold up under a couple feet is snow was a great benefit. The way the tub seals makes it very economical to operate. The easy way the cover opens and stays attached to the tub makes it very easy to operate. The company has been very easy to work with and post sales support has been excellent. As an engineer that researches everything before I make major purchases, I found this to be the best tub on the market and after a year using the tub I'm even more confident with my choice. So I really enjoy my hot tub. It's super clean and easy to use. It could look a little more fancier to my taste but it's functionality beats any other hot tubs out there (after having multiple jacuzzis and fixing them every year). I love the simple maintenance eco spa requires and it's always ready for me to use. The lid keeps the water always hot and sparkly clean so I don't need to use harsh chemicals. The clamps can be easier to maneuver but it keeps a tight seal over the whole unit. Would definitely recommend to all of my family and friends. read more

The Best Spa I have ever had since 1981. My 6th Spa and most powerful and relaxing jets and most Economical too. Runs on regular 110 home voltage and I keep it at 102 degrees 24/7 and uses minimum electricity as it is so well insulated and we keep it covered 24/7 when we aren't in it. Got a great deal from their sales staff at a "Home Show" in Antelope Valley- Lancaster, California. Mick the owner of the company was extremely Gracious and let me make payments on it. Today I had the pleasure of putting a deposit on an Ecospa, even though I won't be able to enjoy it till early summer. I'd tried out my neighbors one and was sold on the solid construction, design and especially the integrated hard top. I've owned two other spas and was fed up with the throw-away vinyl-covered styrofoam (environmental horrors) covers they almost all use. Great, great spa. Easy to clean, easy to run, easy to maintain. Even though I have the chemicals for PH up and PH down, I don't use them. Just adding a few little scoops of Chlor Brite Spa Shock weekly does the trick. Always in balance. I just have to add water periodically to keep the jets covered. Amazingly the quiet little motor has worked constantly since July 2015 and no problems. Only once have we changed out the water and that was when we moved the Eco spa to a different location on our covered patio three years ago. Let me add, easy to move (when empty). Talked with Mickey he said my SPA is out of warranty purchased it a few years ago not a problem he told me he could call someone up where I live or I could call. my issues is my SPA will run it's jets for about 15 minutes then turn off I will have to wait for an hour or so before I can turn Jets back on, It is a great SPA would buy one again, will keep you posted on what happens? read more

Love my Echo Spa. Best of the other three brands I've had in the past. However there's one downside, and that is with the rotating massage jets. After 9 months the jets stopped rotating. After an inquiry I was told that the cause was not maintaining the proper pH level. I'm more inclined to believe that the rotating surfaces are of the same material and will gall after a while. read more

I was with my partner who is also a male and latino. They were very rude and did not answer my question. Instead they asked me what type of credit card I had. This is a nice piece of equipment. I bought this spa 9 months ago and have only missed a handful of nights. The lid keeps the water temp up so its ready when I am. I've had about a $20-25 per month electricity increase using the 220 option. Well worth it! Haven't needed any service cause its been flawless! Looking forward to many years of soaking in the suds Mickey was dedicated about getting our spa to us on time due to an increase in orders and factory back log. I have owned an Eco Spa for 3 years and absolutely love it. This is my sixth spa and my favorite of all of them. What I like the best is the ease of removing the cover. When I use it by myself, I can flip open just one half of the clam shell lid. The cover swings open and rests on arms at the sides of the spa so I don't have to lift a heavy, waterlogged piece of foam, which just molds and has to be tossed after a few years . This hard cover should never have to be replaced. The controls are easy to use, and the spa material is a snap to clean. I start every day with coffee in my Eco Spa hot tub!
