    They need to have better customer service they charge way too much. They have no senior discount for senior citizens. No military discount for our vets. Spectrum needs to step up and if you don't make an appointment, you will be waiting definitely over an hour. They always have like only two employees that are actually working. It's terrible you sit and you wait and you wait.

    Rolando the "manager" could not be bothered to step away from the laptop to help streamline everything

    Extremely SLOW employees BAD customer service , please please PLEASE go and look into the way this store operates. There's ZERO help and they need to streamline so many of their operations for consumers. You check in and just know you'll have to wait 2-3 hours to get an employees help. I waited today for 2 hours did not get my router. Manager Rolando was out in the store he did not care that so many people were upset waiting he even laughed telling us "just check in and wait" HOW is that okay? If anything a manager should go out and help whoever is next aren't they TRAINED?

    Internet is absolutely horrible. It's always going out and never works. Really wish I had different internet service in my area

    Hello Yelpers, Soooo I have been to this store…read more A handful of times and have always received pretty good service , but today I had the pleasure of Rosalinda taking care of me. Rosalinda was so professional ,courteous , knowledgeable and truly listened to my questions and concerns . She was not pushy at all which made my experience wonderful and I'm sure your experience with her would be just as wonderful. If you are thinking about joining T-mobile Stop in to talk with Rosalinda about any concerns you have. You won't regret it.

    Update on my review of this store and customer service representatives. 6/2/26 People watch out for…read morethis store not using your true address for the contract. Got scammed into a contract by the manager around a year ago just so they get that commission and they added a couple boxes and told me they were giving them to me and my wife and don't tell you you are being charged for them more commission money. Once I started having problems I called customer service hours on the phone they never told me I can't have internet for my house at all because of my address and finally the last customer service representative looked up my address and told me I can't have their service at all finally a person that was truthful. I quit making payments on the phone do to a fraudulent contract and they took me to collections on a fraudulent contract how stupid is that. Also if you're late on your phone payment they will text you that you have 40 sexual texting complaints against you and I had to tell my wife what I was being accused of and at the time my wife was on hospice care . Ya I got a hold of BBB let them know what was going on with T Mobile. A couple days later or so the guy in charge of my complaint called me and told me I was not liable for the phone or contract anymore lol. The guy in charge of my complaint told me the way they signed me up at this store wasn't fraud well BBB thought differently lol. This store and almost everyone from T Mobile customer service representatives literally lied to me on the phone never telling me I should not have internet through T Mobile at all. One representative told me it was an Apple problem or facebook problem. Good luck people if you want to do business with scammers fraudsters and liars. A lot more happened but fingers are getting numb from doing other reviews today on facebook of T Mobile advertising. Ya they keep taking them down so nobody can read them but I put my reviews right back up lol.

    DO NOT SHOP AT THIS AT&T STORE…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. This store is completely dishonest. They will sign you up for an AT&T Business account without telling you and add on insurance you never agreed to. They'll give you one "estimated total" for your monthly bill and then when your first bill comes, it's DOUBLE what they promised. Once I finally figured out how to log into the business account I never signed up for, I went back to the store to speak to the manager, Robert. He was rude and acted like I was the problem. Told me I shouldn't have a bill since I just opened my account and what I was looking at was wrong. He told me his associate, Jessica T, should have told me that she was signing me up for a business account and should have told me she added insurance. I reminded him that while all of this was happening, I clearly remember sitting there waiting for Jessica to come back from the back office , while he was busy chit-chatting with a couple about how he sells tiny homes , saying he only works at AT&T for a steady paycheck since he has kids blah blah , I even told him I watched him give that couple his contact info for the tiny homes, and his face went completely white when I said it. I also told him I had questioned Jessica at the time because I received an AT&T Business email, and she quickly grabbed my phone saying, "Oh, let me see," and held it for a few minutes now I understand why. Mind you, Jessica was sitting right next to me while I was talking to Robert about her and she had nothing to say. Robert still tried to tell me that the business plan was "the best plan" for me and that he couldn't switch me back to a regular account until I had been with AT&T for 30 days. I was told my monthly bill would be about $65 I logged in today and my first bill was $156. Do not trust this store. They are misleading and take advantage of customers. And on top of all that AT&T has the worst service in the High Desert. It's extremely slow and unreliable. You're better off going with any other provider

I was once told to call the help line and then just today and the attitude was uninterested and rude when I was trying to figure out my phone.
