    大大 Just now New…read moreabsolutely adore this company. I was reterred to them a few years ago and have been faithful since. The main reason is of course the internet itself. I hardly ever have issues with it. (Unless I do something to the router). 10/10 for the consistency. Now, that occasion I have that self inflicted error, the customer service goes above and beyond for me. Their customer service isn't the basic "troubleshooting" it's the "how's your family" type service and that's what I appreciate and admire about service. Pricing, the pricing in my opinion is fantastic for the needs of my household. I've been with this company for a few years now and NEVER received a hidden fee or price increase. Consistency is appreciated. Owen, thank you for you dedication and hours you sacrifice to keep us going. Paw patrol may sound silly but there's a little guy over here grateful for that! So thank you Mojave Communications. We'll support your business life time!

We didn't argue because they wasnt concern with our issue I guess. So we went to Wonderful at&t and got our business line within 30 minutes. ... Some door to…read moredoor salesman came by and convinced my roommate to switch over from spectrum because of how much better and faster frontier was. We went from "100mbps" with spectrum to "150mbps" with frontier. Ummm this is false, I have done numerous speed tests (when the WiFi is actually working, which is half the time) and it's about 1/4 the speed of spectrum. We have one device hooked up to the Ethernet cable and that's the only device that seems to work. The WiFi is an absolute joke. It cuts out constantly and my fire stick & ps4 give me error codes and trouble shooting info. The troubleshooting says to reboot modem and if that doesn't work to contact our service provider. Rebooting doesn't work so what do we do? We call frontier. Once we were connected to somebody we explained the issues and were told that it was because we had more than one device connected to WiFi or we could be having issues if the modem is near a microwave. Are you kidding me?! First off the modem is 15 yards from the microwave so that's BS, secondly because we have more than one device connected?!?! That's absolutely asinine!!! We then asked if we could upgrade our modem, and were transferred to somebody else. After 15 minutes on hold we were told that they don't offer any other modem than the crap one they gave us! We then get transferred to customer retention but we ended up hanging up because of how frustrated we were with them. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Don't waste your time or money with this "company". We're switching back to spectrum on Monday. Never had a single issue with their customer service or internet service.     This Verizon location has been around as long as I can remember (the one at Jess Ranch on Bear…read moreValley Rd being my other go to before it closed). I've gone in the activate, upgrade and purchase new phones in the past fifteen years and it's always been nothing but smooth. Parking is easy and never full in a huge shared plaza lot with Us Bank, Vons, Ross, Petco, Pizza Hut, Del Taco, Gator's (2), and much more. Customer service is prompt and friendly and even though I'm not a local anymore - whenever I'm in town and in need of some assistances this is the first Vz store I go to. Currently a Samsung Galaxy Ultra 23 users, not quite ready for an upgrade but inquiring for the future. Plenty of people to answer questions or offer assistances. Accessories can be a little steep compared to deals you can find online, however they are convenient and discounts arised, especially around the holidays. I will note that I'm not an iPhone user by any means so I can't speak to any issues with the 15 or even 16 or issues with Trade-in/upgrade to those devices.

It was clear he was focused on making a sale rather than being honest and helpful. After purchasing three Apple products from this store (a phone, iPad, and watch), he earned his commission, but several things he told me turned out to be false. He promised to waive activation fees and gave inaccurate information about my bill, but those promises were not kept. From the beginning, the staff openly talked about meeting monthly quotas and treated sales like a game, which felt very inappropriate and unprofessional. He told me he would be going on his lunch break when I came back and said he would greet me afterward, but instead he completely disregarded me when I returned. When he did help me, he was visibly upset about missing his lunch break and told me I was basically taking up his time because he had not eaten. This was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Additionally, he added an extra line/service to my account that we never discussed or agreed to. I was not aware of this until I saw my bill and had to call to have it removed. Since then, I have returned to the store three times to speak with him and was brushed off each time. On another visit, I was also spoken to rudely by a different representative. I tried contacting Lamar through his work phone, but he continued to delay and give misleading responses. I do not recommend this location. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I strongly suggest contacting Verizon corporate customer service directly--they were the only ones who helped resolve my issue. I believe the staff here, especially Lamar, need better training in customer service and transparency.
