MC Repair has super high ratings and reviews. I thought I give them a try. So very happy and glad I did. They are located at the Park Centre in the City of Victorville. I called them first to get some information before heading over to the shop. I spoke with Martin. I believe he is the owner. He was very friendly, nice, and helpful over the phone. He was even more so in person. Thanks Martin! I initially ordered and paid for an off market phone backing. It didn't take too long until the part arrived. I returned to the shop for the repair. Fix didn't take very long at all... maybe 20 mins tops. After my phone was fixed, Martin shared with me that he upgraded the phone backing to the original free of charge. I offered to pay for the difference, but he said don't worry about it. Thank you so much Martin for your amazing service, ensuring quality repairs, and going above & beyond! I appreciate it. Stay away from this place!…read more I brought my son's phone in for a screen repair on June 4th. The manager replaced the screen, but shortly afterward the phone began glitching and malfunctioning. I returned on June 6th to have the issue addressed, and they replaced the screen again. Unfortunately, the second replacement screen was also defective. When they handed the phone back to me, I tested it right there in front of the staff and immediately noticed the same problems. Their solution was to order yet another replacement part and attempt a third repair. At that point, I no longer had confidence in the quality of the parts or the repair work and requested a refund instead. Despite receiving two defective screen replacements and the phone still not functioning properly, they refused to provide a refund. I paid for a repair expecting my son's phone to be fixed, not to make multiple trips back for repeated repairs with faulty parts. Very disappointing experience, poor quality parts, and poor customer service when it came to resolving the issue. Save yourself the time, frustration, and money look elsewhere for phone repairs.
