She proceeds to go to the back and when she returns she says I have to get Internet and tablet and idk what else because if not it will flag the account and get it reported she obviously was coached to say that and all they wanted to do was upsell by lying. When I came back the young lady told me that the transfer was not done yet and it showed that it will take 9 hours which I questioned never having to wait that long for transfer. I wanted to be sure it will work because I need my phone for work and she assured me it will and it was because I had a lot of data. 1 hour and 1/2 later the transfer time was still 9 hours and I knew something was wrong.Went back to the store and dealt with a young and visibly knowing man that fix the problem in 15 mn having my transfer time from 9 hours to 2 minutes. Nonetheless to say my day was very inefficient because of this . I understand things happen but an apology of sort will have be nice because obviously the first time it was done wrong. Of note , I like their dress code which is very sharp and I love the grey and black mix of the outfit.

Parking is easy and never full in a huge shared plaza lot with Us Bank, Vons, Ross, Petco, Pizza Hut, Del Taco, Gator's (2), and much more. Customer service is prompt and friendly and even though I'm not a local anymore - whenever I'm in town and in need of some assistances this is the first Vz store I go to. Currently a Samsung Galaxy Ultra 23 users, not quite ready for an upgrade but inquiring for the future. Plenty of people to answer questions or offer assistances. Accessories can be a little steep compared to deals you can find online, however they are convenient and discounts arised, especially around the holidays. I will note that I'm not an iPhone user by any means so I can't speak to any issues with the 15 or even 16 or issues with Trade-in/upgrade to those devices.

I called them first to get some information before heading over to the shop. I spoke with Martin. I believe he is the owner. He was very friendly, nice, and helpful over the phone. He was even more so in person. Thanks Martin! I initially ordered and paid for an off market phone backing. It didn't take too long until the part arrived. I returned to the shop for the repair. Fix didn't take very long at all... maybe 20 mins tops. After my phone was fixed, Martin shared with me that he upgraded the phone backing to the original free of charge. I offered to pay for the difference, but he said don't worry about it. Thank you so much Martin for your amazing service, ensuring quality repairs, and going above & beyond! I appreciate it. No business card in hand, he tells me (respectfully) that I can go to Zagg store and they won't know the difference and will replace it for me. I still wanted that business card and he went to the back to grab me one. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS HAS AT&T TURNED INTO?? how do you not honor a product you sell with a "lifetime replacement warranty" and not honor it?? I knew better than to go to this location but I was in the neighborhood... this location is HORRIBLE!!! By the way... I googled the "lifetime replacement warranty" and it still comes with the screen protector purchase.... So why was it not honored??!! I can understand new purchases, if you discontinued it, but I bought mine with that warranty!! HONOR IT!! Never will I go back to that location nor would I recommend it... heed the warning.
