Business service are the worst dont believe the sales reps on care concern and follow thru. *** update 1/21/25 Still getting charged for I returned within a trial period back in sept 2024 ( gateway internet boxes ) $300 plus dollars for "early termination " I attempted to returned to store and they stated they couldn't at store and would have to wait for them to mail me return labels then I would have to box and send thru UPS (corporate said they should have taken them that day. ) the store never sent the labels the. I called corporate they couldn't send me labels for the store already started that process and I could now take them to store for the mail process was already started. Etc etc. so after finally I mailed them back after yet another call wait for the store corporate sent me new labels and I sent back. But now 4 they charged me $ 300 for termination. read more

I wanted the pink IPhone 16 they didn't have it in the store so they ordered it for me the sales rep said it would take a few business days to get to the store I go on my app a week and a half later my order was cancelled & I was never contacted as to why it was cancelled they also told me that I would only have to pay tax on the phone but upon checking my app before my order was cancelled for no reason my estimated next monthly bill was over $100 more which they never mentioned to me. The service, or lack of, is ridiculous. I waited over an hour and a half before finally being helped. During all that time, I was never acknowledged by the employees. At first, there was only one employee. About 45 minutes after I got there, a second employee arrived. I understand, they were busy. But to not even acknowledge me all that time is just wrong. BEWARE!! This is a franchise, not an Verizon owned store. They made representations to me regarding promotions and pricing that were misleading and not accurate. My bill increased significantly. Calling Verizon customer service is aggravating on a good day, and fruitless on most days. I am a long time Verizon customer, this was a poor way of treating a loyal consumer. My strong recommendation is to avoid this store and any stores operated by this franchisee. Patronize only a Verizon company store, Best Buy or Costco. I am not at all happy being mislead and lied to. Use my costly experience and free advise. Save yourself a lot of money and aggravation. Avoid this outfit! read more

But I don't believe this is the norm. HERE'S THE STORY IN THE ORIGINAL REVIEW: We added my wife to verizon to take advantage of a promotion. When she had finished, I told the associates I love my phone, its paid off, no issues, BUT if I could get the same trade in and rebate promotion, I'd take the deal. An associate mistakenly promised me the deal too. I waited a week for my phone to come in. When I arrived to pick up they refused to release my phone because my first name was different than the official account name. Because my first name didn't match the account name, they told me to call Tech Support and come back later. Hours later, after tech support helped us, we confirmed our device was there. We returned and used the name reflecting the account. After that, we noticed our bill for that phone went up quite a bit. We also were not properly coached on how to redeem our rebate. And due to unclear wording, I did not know my phone was not eligible for the rebate, which is why I bought it. Protection plans were added on that I specifically refused at time of ordering. I had been on and off the phone with tech support to learn all of this. I wish the associates were more clear. UPDATE: The manager assured me she has spoken to her team about this experience and will work hard to be more clear with their promotions. Again, we have been taken care of and made whole. My family and I visited the store located at 20262 US Highway 18 Ste 320 Apple Valley, CA 92307 on January 14th. Staff was very kind but we left feeling swindled. We started a new plan with 5 phones. All 5 phones were set up in store without being told there was a $29.99 set up and go fee per phone for something we could have easily done ourselves at home. Also we were signing up for the Apple $25 a line promo that was going on but that is not the plan we received we are paying $50 a line ($40 after auto pay). We were talked into buying overpriced accessories.And lastly we were told if we put military discount on the $35 activation fees per phone would be reversed but from I can see they have not. read more

Sold us screen protectors (overpriced) but said you can replace for free. Online cost $13 shipping and handling. Said our activation fees would be waived. Did not happen. This store always has the WORST employees. Last time I was there , the employee lied and conned me into getting a bunch of stuff that a representative later had told me I didn't need. This time (1/6/21 @ approx 11:50am) the female employee with her hair in a bun was beyond rude. First off, we had been sitting for about 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged, and then told to wear a mask. There was none in the box and we told her it was empty and she seemed bothered to have to open a new box of the (useless, as said by the cdc, masks) . When she came to "assist" us, my boyfriend explained the problem, which resulted in his need for a new phone. He said he had a prepaid plan and she said she couldn't sell him a phone there, so I said 'well I have a line, can we add his number from the prepaid line to"... and the she cuts me off with "I KNOW. LET ME FINISH!!!" I was done at that point and I walked out of the store. Come on verizon, get yourself some employees that aren't complete bitches. She's a minimum wage employee with a stick up her ass who thinks she's above it all. I have been a verizon customer for about 12 years now, and this is the 2nd time I've felt overly disrespected by version employees and it was at this same location. I literally wanted to cancel my service and go to a different company who has employees who respect customers. Do your reputation a favor, Verizon, and shut that location down. read more

Went here ti fix an issue with my daughters phone after an insurance claim issue. Anyway as soon as we walked in the door we were greeted by Rebecca and she was super friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond helping us and spent nearly 3.5 hours working on our issue by staying with us as we were on the phone with tech support. Anyway, a long story short Rebecca is very friendly, very energetic, very understanding, and a true customer advocate. Rebecca is very knowledgeable about her job and looked at all options for us and ultimately resolved our issue and we walked out very satisfied. We did not feel rushed like some other places and she was very attentive to our needs. Glad to see there are still great people out there who truly care about their customers. We went to this store to get some EARGO hearing aids. Rebecca greeted us, and was very warm and friendly. I told her what we came for and she had them in stock. That was a surprise...these are hard to find. then we had a difference on the price..supposed to be $500.00 off, but Rebecca didn't think that that deal was still being offered. So, we left to go order them on line; but Rebecca came out to the car to let us know that she had found a coupon for that very same price, so we went back in and completed the deal. I still can't believe Rebecca came out to the car to help us! Wow, nobody does that anymore! What I want to say, is that Rebecca is GREAT!!!!! On 8-13 this Apple Valley location kept my elderly wife who went in for something simple , was worked on for three and a half hours and got a phone she didn't like, a bunch of accessories she didn't want or need, and a Verizon Gateway that its abilities told to us were totally false. We went to another store and changed the phone, case, and some wires, We went to return the Gateway, but they wouldn't take it in the store. they said Ups would send a empty box with a shipping lable in 3-5 days. Still waiting for about 2 weeks. Dealing with Apple Valley Victra Customer Service was Really Frustrating. Go find a corporate location.to get your phone...Not Apple Valley. read more

Very disappointed with this Verizon store and particularly Disappointed in Priscilla. We made the switch from T mobile to Verizon just over 3 months ago. Priscilla told us the promo we can get is up to $1000 per phone for a switching ( which is true) what Priscilla FAILED to mention is you have to have your final bill from your previous carrier WITHIN 30 DAYS.. needlessly to say that is almost impossible. So yes because Priscilla failed to tell us this important FACT, my wife and I are going to have to eat $958 and being on a fixed income this was an expensive lesson.. I'm truly disappointed with Priscilla maybe instead of being so hung up on making a sale and your commission maybe you should disclose some key and important facts...it took us 94 days to receive Our final bill which is a long time, but you will never receive your final bill within 30 days and Verizon and these employees all know Shame on you read more

Do not trust Victra to act in your best interest. I was told I had to upgrade a phone to get unlimited data, which I didn't really have to do. I made an appointment to get a jetpack and was told there was one left in stock. when I arrived i was told the box "was empty" but there was one at their Victorville store, so I had to drive there to pick it up. I could not see any charges in writing before signing up, they said I would "get it in email". when I got home and reviewed it they had added a "setup and go plus" charge of $19.99 per device. When I called verizon about that charge they said it was a store charge, not a verizon charge. This was in addition to the $40 activation fee Verizon charges. I have had Verizon for years and like it. In the future I will not go to a third party store like Victra. read more

I came in with my new iPhone 11 that I had bought from Costco. The guy who helped me was Jordan. I don't know if he was having a bad day or what his problem was but he was a complete asshole from the moment I walked in. I wanted the pictures and notes from my old phone to my new one. The notes weren't a must. He sighed many times, said the f word out loud. But what bugged me most of all is how he had such a problem that I bought my phone from Costco. He asked why and I said because they had a deal going on. He said you know we have deals too right? Okay... what does he care where I bought my phone? He said why didn't I just transfer them there. I said it was delivered in the mail. He needed to know why. (They were out of stock). I came in to transfer photos. It did get done but it was such an unpleasant experience. I definitely won't be returning to this location. He also told me that they needed to charge me $20 to transfer my pictures and notes. For some reason I wasn't charged it. Not sure if that's a new thing at Verizon or if it's cause I bought it elsewhere. read more

I came to upgrade my iPhone 6 to the iPhone X. I was helped out by Xenia. She was extremely nice and extremely patient with me especially since my Apple ID wouldn't connect . She took the time to help me out and set up my new phone as well as setting up the Bluetooth in my car.
