The morning of appointment I get a call from Joel who states "I was told you don't want us coming out and your system is working fine." No I never said such a thing I am waiting for you to arrive. Joel argues with me an eventually hangs up on me. When I call Jessica the person who set the appointment up she was rude and disrespectful. As I chat with the corporate headquarters for Viasat I am informed that Joel was the technician that came to my home in 2016 and did a stellar job in assisting me. Not really sure what has transpired between 2016 and 2019 but this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

I kid you not it was a 1 minute interaction. I was not gonna let my NFL Sunday ticket go that easily. I called satellite pros and spoke with Orlando. I told him about my experience and he educated me on not being able to have a line of sight for signal, he asked me some questions about the way my patio is facing and I gave him full detail to the best of my ability. He said that he would have no problem sending a tech out to give me a second opinion. The tech came the following day he was very detailed and said it was a 50/50 chance but he was willing to try, 40 minutes later the dish was installed and aimed at the satellites (apparently there's more then one) he showed me the device he used to aim it and there was all checks which he stated was a good thing the whole job took about a hour and my experience with the tech was great he covered everything and now I'm an extremely happy camper :) Orlando called after the install to follow up, which was a nice touch and shows that he cares and his customer service is outstanding!!!
