The employees are consistently rude and constantly shove past you in the tiny aisles. On multiple occasions I've had employees just look at me while I stand at the register and literally talk to each other while not helping with checkout. To top it off, they never take any of my items. Men or women's. I have all sizes and styles in both. I'm done with visiting this location and will happily drive 20 more minutes north to the Fields Ertel one, where the staff is always friendly and they actually purchase my items.

The company is based in West Virginia and have populated their near-by states with these stores. The clothing is really hit or miss. I've found some really great items here for 10 dollars or less, but you really have to sift through a lot of crap to find it. They have a great selection of sleep wear and lingerie as well as bras and underwear. The sizes however tend to be limited. Often I find something I really like it it ends up being a XXXL and I get sad and give up. I love coming here for their housewares section. I've populated my kitchen with glassware, hand towels, soap, cutting boards, and accessories that I found here for super cheap. It's the best place to go to look for something for your kitchen. If they don't have it, check back because their stock is always changing. Beware of this location's credit card system however. I was there today and the system was down. A lot of customers left not getting to buy what they had selected. Luckily I had cash. They really should have made an announcement to the people shopping to let them know before they spend an hour picking out stuff for no reason. The cashier picking her nose was a bit off putting. All that being said, sizes were easy to find. There was a wide range of shoes in a wide range of prices. Prices were clearly marked. Signage about promotional fine print were posted. Plenty of seating was available for trying on shoes. Those little bits of stockings for trying on dress shoes (I have no clue what they are called,) were plentiful at each bank of seats. At least in the women's section, trash cans were also next to the seats. I was very happy with the shoes I purched, as well as the price I paid for them. They were running several promotions at the time of my visit. One promotion was buy one get one half off. Another promotion was that customers could spin a wheel for an additional discount or swag, with the purchase of three or more pairs of shoes. Points may be earned with their rewards card.

I'll be honest, this place isn't what it used to be years ago. It definitely has good days and bad…read moredays now. Prices have gone up quite a bit over time, but every once in a while you can still find a solid deal or a good brand if you're willing to dig. That said, I have found some great items here. I came across plenty of Longaberger pieces like in the photo, including baskets and an entire set of Longaberger pottery, which is now one of my favorite sets I own. There are also lots of small trinkets and random finds that can be fun to browse through. On the flip side, some of the pricing is honestly wild. Things like used candles being priced close to $10 really miss the mark for a thrift store. The clothing section is very large, and you could easily spend over an hour browsing it, but I would say almost nothing is under $5 anymore, even for basic or worn items. There are a few decent pieces here and there, like some skirts and sweaters I've picked up, but it's hit or miss. They also have a separate rack for name brand clothing that's priced higher, which kind of defeats the purpose of digging through the racks in the first place. Overall, this store has gone downhill quite a bit, but I still stop in occasionally to see if I get lucky. Not great, but sometimes worth a quick check.

Got an easy mask and cape combo, but when telling the Cappel's employee, Stephie, about what the last-minute costume was for, she showed me the "Cheetah Woods" visor hat they had in stock.
