When I entered, I was greeted very warmly and asked if I needed any help. No complaints there. The prices seemed reasonable with a rather limited selection of firearms and/or ammunition. It's a small store, so that's not really an issue. What did bother me is the way the pistols were just thrown into the display cabinets, lying on and against one another. It just feels off to me to see such high dollar weapons just randomly thrown into a case. I've never seen new guns bare metal stacked on one another like this. It gave me the feeling these people didn't care about firearms in the same way I do. I'd be slow to buy from anyone that shows such little regard for their own stock. I've been buying guns for twenty years and I've never seen this, even in low end pawn shops. It sells new and used guns but opts not to do consignments. They are a licensed seller of NFA items like suppressors and they do so through Silencer Shop. My personal preference for suppressor purchases. The staff were inviting, conversational and very friendly. They didn't act paranoid about a new customer as many gun stores do. The building is clean and the display cases and accessories are attractive and well laid out. Parking is simple and right near the front door. Went in to get it fixed, they kept it for nearly 3 weeks and could not get it fixed. Rob referred me to another shop, which of course I have to pay for to get his mistake fixed, so I asked to refund the $25. He threw a fit, gave me the money and said some sarcastic comments under his breath, e.g "next time don't rack the slide from the optic" which I told him I never did or do. So now I have a slide with a screw in it, have to pay to get it fixed (hopefully). And left with a bunch of unnecessary attitude. Every time id call to check on my slide, I would receive some attitude from Rob, the gunsmith. His work is questionable, and his attitude, inexcusable.
