Awesome! I asked her to mail it to me, as I live out of state. She was happy to do so and let me know that it would go out in the next day's mail. Fast forward to a week later and I received the check. I looked at the amount and immediately knew it wasn't right. They sold my gun for $400 - not $450 (listed price). I never received a call to ask about the offer and was very upset that they sold it for a lower price (especially due to it being my recently deceased husband). I emailed them to ask them why they took an offer that I didn't authorize, but the employee (or owner) was defensive and said that the paperwork stated I would take a $400 offer. NOPE. I have the paperwork to prove it. They continued to argue with me over several emails, about their theft and never admitted they were wrong. They are incredibly unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone go here for consignment sales unless you want to support a lying business that will steal your money!

Update: We moved to…read morethe Golden area, and we find it well worth the drive to come out here for our firearms practice. Staff is beyond friendly. I came in today with a new-to -me Glock 21 sf. The attendant (didn't catch his name unfortunately, long haired guy) took the time to show me how to take it down, and he applied some lubrication and made sure it was clean and good to go! Wait times are never that long. We often go with friends who have long guns, while we have pistols. We've always been able to get lanes adjacent to each other and share in the sport. Parking is ample, they've got plenty of rentals firearms and targets for sale. The range floor is regularly swept, and the bathrooms are even clean. My only complaint is the water at the handwashing station is ICE cold. Wish they could heat it. Other than that, we're members. It's worth it if you go twice a month. Whether you've never touched a gun and want to learn how to safely use one, or you're a pro looking for a place to train, you can't go wrong with shoot indoors Buckley.

I'm a first time AR15 owner and the kind gentleman(sorry I didn't ask his name) at the shop offered to drop it in for me if I had problems after he literally displayed with his own rifle, step by step how to do it. Went in to get it fixed, they kept it for nearly 3 weeks and could not get it fixed. Rob referred me to another shop, which of course I have to pay for to get his mistake fixed, so I asked to refund the $25. He threw a fit, gave me the money and said some sarcastic comments under his breath, e.g "next time don't rack the slide from the optic" which I told him I never did or do. So now I have a slide with a screw in it, have to pay to get it fixed (hopefully). And left with a bunch of unnecessary attitude. Every time id call to check on my slide, I would receive some attitude from Rob, the gunsmith. His work is questionable, and his attitude, inexcusable.
