I rarely give negative reviews unless I've had multiple bad experiences with a company. However, RockYourGlock meets the criteria. I had two guns shipped to two FFL dealers. One was RockYourGlock and the other Triple J Armory. When my gun arrived at Triple J, I immediately received an email informing me that my AR-15 had arrived and to come over to do the background check. No notification from Rock. I tried emailing them and calling them with no response. Finally, I went over physically (and their hours are limited to 12p to 5p) and they informed me that my CZ-P10 F had arrived. I did the background check application and then went over to Triple J the same day to do my background check for my Ar-15. Three days later, Triple J called me to tell me that I wasn't a felon and to come pick up my rifle. I called Rock, left another voice mail with no response. I went over twice to their shop days and they said they didn't have it back. They said they would notify me when they got it. 8 days later, I went over again and they checked and surprise! They had my background check. I picked up my gun. I had gone to their website and put my name in on a waitlist for a Glock and this week I got an email at 4:48pm that they had one in stock if I wanted it. I immediately called and was directed to voice mail. I sent an email saying I wanted it and would give them my credit card number. No response. I called twice during their hours with no response. I went over after work at 2:30p and of course, they told me it was gone. I think this kind of customer service sucks. Taking my business elsewhere. Be wary! I would give them zero stars but that wasn't an option. read more

Got a Glock? Order here, you won't be disappointed! This was the second part of my "dress out my Glock" quest. Didn't need too much, but if/when I want a new trigger group or sights, I know where to order. Here's what I ordered: Glock disassembly tool. Sure I have a punch set, but having the official tool makes me feel like a real Glock owner and is small enough to keep in the gun case. Think acquiring one is also a requirement to become a certified Glock Armorer. Extended slide release. Much easier to manipulate the slide and is an official Glock part, but wondered why it's not included with the firearm. Easy to install and looks like it belongs; I've seen a couple others that look odd and out of place. Magwell with plug; supposedly makes reloading magazines "50% faster" according to the literature. I also got a Jentra plug that fills the void; installed the Magwell but may switch to the plug. Slide cover plate. Replaces the polymer plate with aluminum. These are also available in other colors or with icons, graphics, symbols or text. Again, I opted for basic black. Order arrived in a week with no back ordered items. You can create a profile for faster check out and have a "wish list" and receive notification when out of stock items become available. Shipping was $5 for five items, shipped USPS first class. Since 2 May 2021, the item is still in Transit. R.Y.G fails to reply to emails, offers no solution or repeat the original order despite the item obviously being lost in the USPS system. Great Shop, Great Service. Went in with my wife, she wanted a G42. She was having trouble racking it because of a bad wrist. The man on duty suggested the G43. She had a much easier time with that. I purchased a Tactical Solutions 22 conversion kit for my Glock from Rock Your Glock. I was concerned about reliability issues and compatibility with my gen 4, so I phoned and spoke with Dan several times before placing my order. Dan was very friendly and helpful, and they shipped my package promptly at a reasonable cost. The first trip to the range I had constant issues with the conversion. I spoke with local armorers and then with Dan again, who suggested some possible fixes. I obtained an additional part and went back to the range, but the conversion still would not work. I contacted Dan again, and he had me send it back for a full refund. Based on this experience I will be avoiding Tactical Solutions products in the future. However I am more than happy to shop at Rock Your Glock again and recommend them to others. Outstanding service. read more

Very disappointed, milling leaves a lot to be desired. The slide melt left bottom like waves (ridges) and when asked tech department, they said that was normal. Also timeline was delayed, customer service kept providing dates which were not met for the first three times they stated and I even purchased the Glock 19 from them. Their supplied screws did not fit the RMR with plate. I had to actually call them to return the plate because they did not even return it. Quality control is terrible and if that type of milling is acceptable to them, I'd hate to see the more intricate milling on a slide would be like. read more

Called in and ask if they sell the g40 with the standard magazines. Tyler confirms that they do. So I called my ffl to have her email her license to them on their generic email. I make the order and paid online. I call them a day or two later, talked to another gentlemen, ask if they receive the FFL, and they say they did not. They told me that it won't ship if I don't send my FFL. I asked them if they check their generic email customerservice@rockyourglock.com? He did not really want to check it for me but when he finally did, guess what? The email from my FFL was there. His lazy ass didn't want to check the emails but had no problem taking 700 dollars of my hard earned money. I go pick up the g40 from my FFL and I got the one with low capacity magazines not the standard. I was pissed, this was on a Saturday, and I went to buy the standard magazine so i can go shooting that day. So I sent an email with this issue and their lack to attention to detail. I am not forgiving especially when it comes to online firearms sales and the hoopla people have to go through. I finally get an email, telling me to send the magazines to them first and they will send the correct ones back to me. No, how about you send the correct magazines in first and i will send you the incorrect magazines back to you once I get the ones I am supposed to have. read more
