Update: We moved to the Golden area, and we find it well worth the drive to come out here for our firearms practice. Staff is beyond friendly. I came in today with a new-to -me Glock 21 sf. The attendant (didn't catch his name unfortunately, long haired guy) took the time to show me how to take it down, and he applied some lubrication and made sure it was clean and good to go! Wait times are never that long. We often go with friends who have long guns, while we have pistols. We've always been able to get lanes adjacent to each other and share in the sport. Parking is ample, they've got plenty of rentals firearms and targets for sale. The range floor is regularly swept, and the bathrooms are even clean. My only complaint is the water at the handwashing station is ICE cold. Wish they could heat it. Other than that, we're members. It's worth it if you go twice a month. I went to Shoot Indoors Buckley last Friday, 3/20/26. The staff were very friendly at the front desk, but grossly misogynistic. The front desk automatically puts me on the same lane as my husband due to the stated "assumption" that I would want that. Despite letting these guys know that my husband is not my keeper, they made sure to tell us "Have your husband bring you back for ladies night" as we were leaving. Have my husband bring me back? You've got to be kidding. In addition, I would like to address the intrusive commentary regarding my undershirt from the older adult male seated in the corner of the range, which he made the second I walk through the range door. Although I had on a sleeveless tee upon coming through the door, I was intending to don the long sleeve in my bag, which I showed you and explained after you chose to interrupt my time. **Sir, give people 60-120 seconds to walk through the door and set down belongings prior to calling them over for salty critique.** You guys don't look cool, just disrespectful. read more

The staff here are all friendly and extremely helpful. They possess knowledge about technique and handgun mechanics, and will work with you on the range. After looking all around town I find their location(s) to be very convenient. If you like to shoot more than once per month, join the Membership for $40 @ month and you can go everyday! The rental options for members is free (+ Ammo) and they have over 50 handguns and rifles to choose from. Very glad I found them and I bet you will enjoy it also! read more

We stopped in to complete our range test for our concealed carry renewal and it was overall a great experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and got us right in. Our instructor was very knowledgeable and took his time to help us with perfecting our grip. They have lots of different classes available to help beginners to experienced shooters. Nice, fun place to shoot. The staff are courteous, friendly and funny! Not to expensive for the wife and I to spend an afternoon shooting. The range is small but I've never had to wait for a lane to shoot. Targets for purchase are abundant and inexpensive. You pay one fee for the day which has no time limit. I grabbed a membership and see no need to ever visit another range with worse staff/facilities/prices/hours (Shoot Indoors is open til 10pm M-Th!!). Going to a new shooting range can be an intimidating adventure, i.e. wondering if everyone visiting is as cautious as I am with firearms. Scam way to go about billing. I got a membership sometime last year and used it for a couple of months. In January they tried charging my account and it missed the payment. For the next 5 months they took 40$ out of my account while consistently sending automated messages that the account was delinquent. I called to address the situation and ended up talking directly to the owner(very rude and unprofessional) he told me since there was a missed payment in January it would have to be paid along with late fees even though I have given them 40$ a month for 5 months since then($200) and had not used the membership a single time since then. Owner was more than glad to make me aware of the fact that I paid over $200 for nothing and that I had to give him more for it to stop. As for the range itself it's nothing high tech and not a great range but admissible if the owner wasn't a con artist. read more

Really like this place! It's not a high-end, upscale gun range, but it's plenty functional. The staff are very friendly, the membership fee is reasonable enough, and they sell targets for cheap. I've never had to wait during weekdays (Mon-Thurs), but there's often a short wait on the weekends during popular hours. They also have some really good classes with extremely competent and down-to-earth instructors. I genuinely think that their CCW course with Sam is one of the best in the state. read more

This place recently opened a location in Aurora and I'm glad they did. They use technology to help you see where you hit the target so you don't have to call back your targets until you are finished shooting. There are plenty of bays/lanes. I just visited this new range. It is clean, with new equipment, nice lighting and good air exchange. The prices are reasonable as well.

I have never shot a gun and have felt extremely intimidated by the thought of doing so. My husband, on the other hand, is an avid hunter, owns several guns of his own and is very experienced. We signed up for the free gun safety course (at my request) and ended up staying until the place closed. Rev. Kelly taught the class. He is clearly passionate about what he does and imparting his knowledge and wisdom to others, so it made for a funny and enthusiastic class atmosphere. Not only that, there were four of us that were interested in shooting after the class ended, and Rev. Kelly stayed with us until the place closed. I never thought I'd learn so much when I initially signed up for this class! Shoot Indoors exceeded my expectations in every way possible. My husband even learned a few things, including how to un-jam his pistol when it decides that it doesn't like his ammo. I have to tell you, though, Rev. Kelly didn't just "hang out with us," he allowed us to shoot his personal guns of which there are MANY, and never stopped teaching us during our time together. It was an incredible experience and I feel like we walked away, not only with a memorable experience, but with friends! Thank you, Shoot Indoors! You WILL see us again! read more

We had a great experience being helped by Tim and Glen, who were very experienced with guns and handling that made our first time safe and easy. Today was my first day hearing about the range so I decided to go check it out, Long story short I got a membership after less than 15 minutes of talking to the super awesome, knowledgeable, respectful, and responsive staff! One of the best things about this range is the membership prices and you will just have to log onto the website to see what I'm talking about! When you get into the range they have a instructor come and show you to your highly advanced range! They have cameras where you can watch earshot in real time! And you don't have to press 1,000 crazy buttons to get your target back home! If that doesn't make sense I guess you just have to go for yourself to see what I'm talking about! Also the ventilation system is crazy amazing, I overheard the staff talking about how it pulls FRESH air from outside and funnels it down the lanes of the range so you are continuously getting fresh air! Although I (and all the staff members) wore a mask, I would feel comfortable shooting mask free due to their state of the art ventilation! 10/5 Stars! read more

Ladies, if you are looking for some training on how to handle your new (or old) gun this place is for you! I have taken classes at other ranges, but I have never felt as comfortable as I did at Shoot Indoors. I signed up for the 3-part Women's Handgun Defense class and even though I was the only one that signed up for it this month they still held the class. The instructor's name was Glenn. Glenn was extremely personable and taught the class at a pace perfect for me. After the classroom portion, where I learned gun safety, proper stance, and gun position in my hand we went onto the range. On the range he was right there with me, helping me adjust my alignment and trigger finger so that I hit the target the most accurately than I had ever done before. I have been shooting for a couple of years now but never really felt comfortable with my gun. This class has helped me gain accuracy and confidence. I would recommend this class to every woman I know!!! You should also know that Thursdays are ladies' day and you can shoot half off. My husband and I took a private lesson with Glenn today. It was a real pleasure learning from Glenn, as he had a lot of patience and was a wealth of information. We spent a good deal of time talking in-depth about our specific firearm and safety, and on the range Glenn was always putting us at ease and giving us helpful tips. Months ago I took one group intro class somewhere else - which was definitely helpful and worthwhile - but was a bit too general and I wanted to learn about handling MY specific firearm this time (at the group class I took I was only allowed to use the instructor's firearm even though I brought my own). Therefore I decided to a private lesson would make sense as a next step, and I chose Shoot Indoors Buckley simply because it's closer to my home. Now, I'll continue to go back not only for its close proximity, but also because of the professional and non-intimidating atmosphere.
