Picked up a Radian Raptor charging handle. I'm a first time AR15 owner and the kind gentleman(sorry I didn't ask his name) at the shop offered to drop it in for me if I had problems after he literally displayed with his own rifle, step by step how to do it. From here on out this will be my go to store for everything I need because of this encounter and because I respect decent human beings who are professional and courteous!

Went in to get it fixed, they kept it for nearly 3 weeks and could not get it fixed. Rob referred me to another shop, which of course I have to pay for to get his mistake fixed, so I asked to refund the $25. He threw a fit, gave me the money and said some sarcastic comments under his breath, e.g "next time don't rack the slide from the optic" which I told him I never did or do. So now I have a slide with a screw in it, have to pay to get it fixed (hopefully). And left with a bunch of unnecessary attitude. Every time id call to check on my slide, I would receive some attitude from Rob, the gunsmith. His work is questionable, and his attitude, inexcusable.

It was very confusing and they did a fantastic job of sorting it all out and getting the very heavy order loaded into our truck. Recently, we ordered a mini stick online. It arrives in a huge box without any type of paperwork. Once opened, the stick was clearly damaged. I was very worried about returning it, thinking they would suspect we had used it. They gave us a full refund. The teens at the front desk were extremely kind and the manager was super helpful!!! Much better than average customer service!!!

If your product turns out to be defective, don't expect them to help. The manufacturer's warranty states the club is covered within one year of purchase (or two years from manufacture) and instructs customers to take it to the reputable retailer where it was purchased. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Dick's. No one made any effort to help us with the warranty process, and we were left stuck with a defective club. My advice? Buy directly from the manufacturer whenever possible. If customer service and warranty support matter to you, I'd avoid purchasing investment items from Dick's Sporting Goods.

They had my e-bike for 2 weeks to replace broken brake handle. I had parts from Jasion. Turns out the rude guy pretended to be tech who worked on bike. Actual Tech was Super polite and friendly when picked up bike. As I was leaving I said "name " needs to work on his customer service. HE SAID IM "name". The rude white guy pretended to b the nice polite Hispanic tech who did the work. !! Crazy, his own coworker was driving business away while pretending to be poor guy who did actual work. As a guide in Colorado I'm the one who pushes products for these companies. If a person books a trip with my shop the customer wants to know what setup I'm using. I've had 4 and I'll say that again 4 orvis Clearwater rods break within 2 months of purchasing them. I bought a 10ft 3wt rod on 2/25 went and took it out to use it for its very first time on Sunday 2/29 and guess what snapped on my first fish. I bought the rod on the professional program that orvis offered it's still the same exact rod that you get from their website nothing different I took it into the store to try and get it replaced/refunded and guess what they told me I had to go to their online store to "request a replacement piece" or send it in for evaluation a 4-6 week turnaround if I thought it was a manufacturer defect and if they don't deem it was a manufactured defect they get to charge me $60 just to replace the section. to add a note as well if I were to request a replacement rod section it was $60 so for a rod to snap on my very first fish I caught. As a pro guide I will never and I mean never push any orvis products from here on out they claim to have one of the best customer service in the market and it sure didn't show. As a recommendation I only guide with TFO rods have had them for nearly 3 years and not a single one has broke with over 300 days used on each one! Hope this review will help someone!
