It was very confusing and they did a fantastic job of sorting it all out and getting the very heavy order loaded into our truck. Recently, we ordered a mini stick online. It arrives in a huge box without any type of paperwork. Once opened, the stick was clearly damaged. I was very worried about returning it, thinking they would suspect we had used it. They gave us a full refund. The teens at the front desk were extremely kind and the manager was super helpful!!! Much better than average customer service!!!

The manufacturer's warranty states the club is covered within one year of purchase (or two years from manufacture) and instructs customers to take it to the reputable retailer where it was purchased. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Dick's. No one made any effort to help us with the warranty process, and we were left stuck with a defective club. My advice? Buy directly from the manufacturer whenever possible. If customer service and warranty support matter to you, I'd avoid purchasing investment items from Dick's Sporting Goods.

Upon entrance to the club, you are in the shop-which can be overwhelming for a novice. The staff that work here in the shop as well as throughout the entire range are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had a specific instructor assigned to us for our time here, and she was absolutely superb. The gun range itself is well set up with clear safety protocols in place. Any hobby at this time in 2026 is going to be pricey. However, if guns are your hobby, this would be a good place in terms of what you get for what you spend.

Previously…read morehe did something to his reel so I dropped it off at Valley Country for a repair, the staff member was so helpful and knowledgeable of all types of reels, rods, lures, local fishing baits and techniques she totally impressed me. I picked up a new reel since we were fishing the next day at a very reasonable price along with some various other items so the grandson could fish while his reel was being repaired. When I got back in town I headed back to pick up a 2nd rod and the same helpful staff member who helped me with repairs on the first reel was there and once again impressed me with her knowledge of fishing rods. My grandson is 9 and still learning to fish so she set him up with a balanced rod to go with the previously repaired reel. A great Eagle Claw Featherlight, great sensitivity and easy for him to handle, and most of all very reasonably priced. Some poor communication between the range workers and shop where you pay to shoot. I paid inside,…read morewent to the range and realized i have to join a waitlist with a waiting time of "I don't know". Also, i bought a target because they said i need one, and ended up not using it because people left their targets behind, and plenty of targets (I mean plenty). So only bring one if you want a fresh target, because they are used even though they are left behind. On a quiet day, you won't need to buy one I bet. It's frustrating but it's not a deal breaker. Just wish they had better communication skills and management. Update: I asked the wait time again, and the man said "2 hours". I went inside to get my refund and leave. Disappointing. I just got a new gun. My rating is now a 2.
