Cute little boba stop in Downtown Davis. The store front is small but there are some seatings outside. You order on the kiosk and it straightforward and easy to navigate. I got the matsu collab mango matcha and it is soooo good I have to go back more for this. I looks like they used real mango in their puree and it levels up the drink so much. I believe ceramonial grade matcha is being used. A very tasty drink I'm still dreaming about~ I do wanna try more drinks from here but it's gonna be hard to not get mango matcha~
Love this location. Order at kiosk. Only outdoor seating. One drink size that you can modify sweetness, and add additional toppings. We enjoyed our drinks. And great that they also offer food.
My first time at this specific T% location and got my usual jasmine milk tea and lychee jelly drink. Not sure why but this specific time my drink tasted pretty off. Not sure if it was the tea or the topping? My friends taro milk tea tasted normal but even he said something about my drink was off. They seemed pretty packed so I didn't want to bother them to remake it:,) Other than that the store is fairly compact but they do have outside seating! Definitely more of a to go spot. I will probably get another drink if I do come back !
finally tried the korean corn dogs with a friend, and really liked them!!! small place but there is seating both inside and outdoors! friend got the cheese potato covered corn dog and i got the half and half! so crunchy so warm, and their drinks are good! the mochinut options are always good too, though we did not end up getting any this time. will be back when in need of another dog. #corny #getlit
Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered the taro mochi with boba. It was ok. I expected something different for the mochi but the boba was good. Love the pink cups. Staff were friendly. There's a few tables to sit outside. I'll have to try their mochi donut & hot dogs next time.

This is my second time here and it never disappoints. The first time I got the Vietnamese coffee and it was delicious! It gave me a stomachache but it was probably because the milk was regular. But next time I will get it with oat milk. I asked the nice ladies behind the counter if it was possible to get oat milk and they were like of course. They were both super nice! They told me to let them know what my order number is and what drink you want to replace with oat milk. I really appreciated it because my stomach doesn't do well with regular milk especially soy milk. This time I got the Matcha Oreo Tonado and replaced the soy milk with oat milk. It was delicious and my tummy appreciated it! This is a perfect mid-day snack or dessert after a meal. This place is one of my favorite boba spots. Great service and amazing boba!
Easy location in downtown area but no restroom inside. It's small inside, seating is only on the street. Inside is mostly the counter where they make the drinks. There's one order kiosk outside and two inside. The drink menu is cold drinks only, I don't recall seeing any hot drinks. Some drinks you can choose ice level or sugar level. Ube taro latte 0% sugar tastes good but you cannot choose the ice level. The jasmine boba has ice level and sugar level for options. They don't have the popping boba. Drinks come out quickly though. We walked across the street to Canes to use the restroom and when we are back all 3 drinks are ready. Did not try their donuts this time but the decorative mochi donuts look cute. Their menu also has rice hot dog that is an interesting item for our next time.
Came here bc I've enjoyed the T% in Sac and Santa Clara so I had high expectations. Ordered a jasmine milk tea w/ agar boba (50% sweet) from the kiosk and got my drink maybe 3 min later bc there were no other customers. The first sip was alright, but then I couldn't taste the tea after that anymore. The jasmine was floral and tasted great (but again only for the first sip and maybe a couple sips after if I took a break from drinking). The agar boba was just like normal agar boba so I still enjoyed the drink. Overall, not my favorite T%, but maybe I'll give it another try if I'm back in the area. read more

This T% has a shared space with Mochinut. It was great, you can get some boba and get a mochinut too. I got a Lycée flamingo. One of my favorites. It was really refreshing on a hot day. My husband got the strawberry overload. That was good too. read more
Street parking available only - in a busy area too so might have to drive a couple rounds before finding a spot T% shares the shop space with Mochinut Menu is a bit in the smaller side but offers a lot of drink variety from Ube Coffee - Fruit Tea - Milk Tea - Smoothies and even a small Ceremonial Matcha drinks category too I ordered Assam Milk Tea 75% sweet -- I went with a safe choice and turned out to be better than I thought ~ yum and I did enjoy it -- it might resemble your typical neighborhood milk tea but it's definitely stronger in flavor here and not watered down, not grainy and doesn't taste pre-made either Will be back when I'm in the area to explore their menu a little bit more Definitely check it out if you're in the area and wanting boba read more

T% is a solid spot to grab a drink. The menu doesn't feel overwhelming with options. You have your milk teas, matchas, coffees, teas and smoothies and a solid number of toppings. Pics attached! They even have mochi as a topping. TBH, it's not for everyone. My sister said it feels like she's drinking up snot and I'm not gonna lie, kinda accurate description. But personally, I don't mind this as an option when I want a topping I don't have to chew. It was a warm day so I opted for the Mango Tango. I reduced the sugar to 80% and it was perfect. They use real mangos so you get mango fruit chunks in the smoothie. I added some cheese mousse on top and man, the balance of the fruit with the salty cheese was just perfection. My BF went with the Taro Mochi, so that's how I was able to try the mochi. He also went with 80% sugar and it was sweet enough for both of us. The shop is tiny. You walk in, self order at the kiosk, and then wait for your number to be called. They have some seating outside but none inside. Aside from drinks, they do offer mochi donuts and korean corn dogs!! I just had lunch, so I wasn't in the mood to pick up any snacks but def will give it a shot next time we're around. read more

Do not order the "rice hotdogs" here!! It seems that their focus is mainly the drinks, but do not waste your money on the food. I got two Korean corndogs here last week and both had raw dough on the inside. I tried to pinch off the dough to maybe salvage the hotdog inside, but it had a green spot on it? I ordered one with the potato fries on the outside and only about a quarter of the corndog was coated. Wasted my lunch time and money. read more

Stopped by T% in downtown Davis for a refreshing treat on a particularly hot day. The line was relatively long and we had to wait about 10 minutes for our drinks around 5pm. The shop inside is small, you order from tablets and there are a couple tables outside. We opted for the Strawberry Overload, which was the perfect sweetness! My family enjoyed the Mango Green Tea and Lychee Flamingo. A great option for boba in downtown amidst the many other options. I've been to their Santa Clara location on multiple occasions and would also recommend their Black Sesame Smoothie and Thai Tea! read more
I never thought a would praise the addition of yet another tea place in town, yet here we are. And it's a good one!!!! They have an extensive menu. In addition to amazing boba milk teas, they have Vietnamese coffee and a variety of others. They even have rice hot dogs, which I'll have to try next time. Service was friendly. They were crowded but we're still got right in and out. Ordering is done in tablets--love it! Our drinks came put quickly. We'll be back! read more

It was my first time trying T% and I was sadly disappointed by what I had gotten. I ordered a taro mochi drink with 30% sweetness but the taro tasted different, almost artificial like compared to the taro drink I usually get at teaspoon. I was also surprised how sweet the drink still was for being 30% sweetness. I may try another flavor at another time but for now teaspoon is still my favorite boba place in Davis. read more

I love T%. One of my top choices for boba places in Davis. My favorites would be the Taro mochi, Tie Guan Yin milk tea. However, the store is a little small, with limited seating outside. The service is great, friendly staff. read more

You can order at a self-serve tablet, so I can't say much about the service. Sitting tables are only available outside. Otherwise, there is just a counter and a small space in front to stand. Drink was great. I recommend their boba as it is soft, chewy and sweet! read more
Review for drink only. Very small place. Expect to go in, make an order on one of 2 ordering pads, and your drink will come out quickly. You won't be sitting in here or hanging out, it's loud and was crowded when I was there. I got a jasmine milk tea and was surprised at how nice and strong the tea flavor is. It tasted like quality tea. I'll have to try the other drinks, so far impressed though. They have mochi donuts, etc and not sure how those are. read more

Not a bad place, but yelp reviews will be deceiving because besides Tea%, this small establishment has two other businesses in their menu (Mochinut and I am Yogarts(?)) Got a s'mores mochi donut. It was pretty good. The chocolate was solid with graham cookies and toasted marshmallows. Got the creme brulee milk with the drinkable mochi. It is not vad, but very sweet with the caramel settling at the bottom. But they actually brulee the top, which was nice, but not enough. It was lightly brulee read more
Definitely my new favorite boba spot in Davis! I love the drinkable mochi topping they have here as is like liquid marshmallow. Recommend trying it for yourself. This spot is both T% and mochinut, so you can grab some mochi donuts or Korean corn dogs while you're at it. read more

I've been here many times because I used to work in Downtown Davis and T% was close by. The boba is good, not the worst and not the best I've had. The shop is very small, basically standing room only. It often gets really crowded since there's not much space to wait for your drink. Service is okay, not particularly friendly. This time we ordered 3 drinks and the wait was long given there was only one group ahead of us-- 20 minutes. My boyfriend and his brother received their drinks and we had to wait even longer because mine hadn't come out yet. We asked the staff about my drink and they said I should've already gotten it. Nope, I didn't get my drink and there were no drinks that were done on the counter. The staff said to each other, "Okay who stole their drink??" I think the group ahead of us had stolen my drink since the staff confirmed they already made it. It's not T%'s fault that another customer stole my drink, but maybe they should change their practices so that orders aren't just placed on the counter for people to take. You don't have to confirm your order number with staff when you pick up an order, so it's very easy for anyone to just come in and steal someone else's drink/food. I got the jasmine milk tea with boba and it was alright. Not worth the wait and hassle. read more

T% has been a go to spot for me when visiting sacramento, so having it in davis now is a blessing :')) This location is a joint store with mochinut; when you order with the self-kiosk, you can order from both stores. It's pretty small in there with no seating so it is a grab and go type of place. My fav drink is the lychee flamingo! I always add lychee jelly since it goes together so well. It's a really refreshing drink that kinda has a consistency of a slush. All of my friends really like the matcha tornado and recommend it to everyone. read more

P A R K I N G plenty of free street parking available! 5/5 S E R V I C E all orders are done through 2 kiosks for both mochinut & t%! the workers and service here is also pretty good! -- 4/5 F O O D / D R I N K S I got the strawberry overload the first time I came here and loved it! I believe you can only adjust the sweetness up to 75 or 80% though. it also has some (yogurt?) in it but I still liked it! I got the lychee flamingo the second time and it was just the right amount of sweetness! My only qualms with their drinks is that on the menu I didn't see what the drink was/included! The hot Cheetos half/half was honestly better than I thought! In the half/half the cheese is the top portion with the hotdog in the bottom (thought the cheese would engulf the hot dog) The potato half/half is by far my favorite though!! it pairs AMAZINGLY with the honey mustard and I honestly enjoy it with the habanero as well. For mochinut, the donuts are good but aren't fresh at all! :( compared to Mochill where I've eaten them fresh it's a little disappointing. The ube, chocolate churro, and strawberry monster are all delicious! Ordered the Oreo Matcha Tornado drink and ended up drinking matcha with PIECES OF PLASTIC. Will be reporting to health inspection. Still spitting out plastic and feels like there is one stuck in my throat, 20 mins later. read more
I'm so sad I'm making this review. Genuinely am. Because I absolutely love the EG & Midtown Locations and I was so excited to have one in Davis since I'm always here. I went here during soft opening & they didn't have boba available. It sucked but I understood since it was probably a busy day. Second time they had boba, but they forgot to add boba to my drink only. My significant other had boba in his & mine did not. Honestly I'm scared to try a third time because I've been disappointed twice already and I don't think theres a boba shortage going on right now so I don't know why this happened twice. I ended up ordering boba at another shop in Davis after that disappointment unfortunately. read more

T% is conveniently located in the same shop as Mochinut, so I always swing by whenever I want to pair a high quality tea with my rice dog/mochi donut in Downtown Davis. T% makes the BEST ube Vietnamese coffee I've ever tried. I also love their ceremonial grade matcha series, especially the strawberry matcha latte (50% sweetness). Service is usually fantastic and efficient whether I order via food delivery apps or kiosk. Alternative milk options are available as well. I can't wait to return for another delicious drink soon! read more

after being disappointed at t%'s sac location, i was hesitant to try the relatively new one here at davis. im glad i did try it though! i have tried three drinks, the mango matcha latte, thai tea tornado and the tiger brown sugar latte (from a friend). i would say the mango matcha latte was my favorite (very refreshing!) as the other two are good but a little too sweet for my tastes, so adjust the sugar level accordingly if you're used to less sweetness. overall, if you're in downtown davis give it a try, the price ($~7 plus tax) can be justified with the relatively large size. read more

It's the T%!! Opened another one in Davis and still the same taste! Got the Tiger Brown Sugar Boba this time. Yummy. I always try a different flavor each time! It's pretty popular which is typically a good sign, by the way you can customize your drink with self order at the checkout stand!! Faster and easier! read more
