This was my go to place for 3 years. All of a sudden the quality just wasn't there anymore. I came back a little over a week ago to give them another shot since I got a gift card for my birthday and they are worse than ever. My nails were done sloppy and are already popping off. My toes are all lumpy because the bottom layers of gel polish were not dry all the way before other layers were applied. And my pedi HURT! Never have I had a painful pedicure. The quality has gone way down and the pricing has gone way up. Definitely will not be back. read more

Had to go in to get two nails fixed due to bubbling of the shellac. They were very nice about it and fixed them, but over the next couple days more of the nails started getting bubbles. It's not worth my time to keep going back to get them fixed, so I will wait until my next fill and go elsewhere. read more

The lady did a great job on my acrylic set but my toenails are awful. I didn't have my contacts in so I didn't realize until I got home. I live about 25 minutes away so it was feasible to drive right back. I'm extremely disappointed after spending $115 which included a $60 pedicure. I could have done a better job myself for sure. I went to t and t nails because my manager told me that's where she goes and she always has pretty nails with hand drawn designs. I work in the restaurant industry so I'm always on my feet. The first time I went there and got a pedicure it was awesome! I got the wax and the hot stones and a massage. But today was even more amazing. I went to Tina this time and it was so worth it. I originally was so excited to get my nails done at T&T because I had heard good things about it. Unfortunately that was not the case for me. First, they had my hands on the table without a towel the entire time and it had shavings and leftover nails from other people on it. I wanted a light gray color and when the man did my nails, one of the clear coats had pink on the brush like he had just worked with someone with pink polish, and so as he continued to use it, it bled into my gray and turned it into a faded light purple. This didn't really bother me until 2 nails chipped within the first week. When I went to get them fixed, they did the right color they looked great, but completely different from my other nails. The second week I had an 2 entire nails fall off randomly and another 2 chip. When this happened, I went in to calmly discuss that I was unsatisfied with my services and asked if I could have a refund, redo, or even fix the 4 that had chipped since I did not recieve good quality for what I payed for. The man at the front was completely rude and refused to help me whatsoever. He went on to make up policies that were never in place for them and raise his voice at me. Needless to say, I am extremely unhappy with this place and don't waste your time. read more
