I wasn't offered a drink like many of the other clients, and I wasn't told there would be a $20 charge for gel removal and reapplication until I checked out. I also paid for a 50 minute pedicure, but the entire service took less than 50 minutes and the massage was under five minutes. My technician was on her phone talking during the whole appointment, which made me feel ignored. To top it off, it's only been about two weeks and my acrylic nails have already lifted and cracked. I will not return and do not recommend anyone coming here.

She called again to explain the situation, but the response was the same--no accommodation beyond their 7-day policy. She had commitments from 6:30-8:30 p.m., making it impossible to come back during that time frame. We had already been warned about this salon, and unfortunately, now we understand why. The customer service was somehow even worse than the quality of the work. I asked if a gift card could be issued so she could come back when her schedule allowed, but they refused and only offered to fix the broken nails within their policy window. Who wants to walk around with four missing nails for a week during rush? More importantly, how does a salon not recognize that four nails falling off within 24 hours is a serious issue? Ultimately, I had her remove the remaining nails. We lost $80, and we will absolutely never return!

My technician had limited English skills, but we still managed to easily communicate where she wanted my feet and legs. Had anticipated the Nail, Cuticle, Callus components, but felts spoiled with the Sugar Scrub, Foot Mask, Paraffin, Hot Stone inclusions. On this Saturday morning the Pedicure chairs quickly filled up so I'd make an appointment. Nothing but positives when it comes to Nail Creations, it's a nice space with lots of onsite parking.
