I appreciate the service, and the gentleness of my nail artist. I love that they give you a discount if you're new, and that it's a great price. The only thing that I dislike, is that it didn't last long. Usually when I get my nails done in dip, they last me more than 2 weeks. Literally on my second week. The color was chipping away, and the layer was already coming off.

My first visit was with my sister, she got a gel manicure. Within a day, her gel was PEELING. She went back to get it fixed and within a few days after that, the gel started to peel again. My second visit there I got a pedicure. The polish was uneven and the paint job was just poor. Fast forward to this past Friday, I came in for a soak off and regular mani with no color/just top coat. By Saturday, the top coat started to peel off one of my nails lol and today, Sunday, two more have started to peel. The people are nice here but I won't be coming back. They need to upgrade their products or do a better job at applying said products.

A 10 years olds toe nails are tiny, they don't have any callouses, and I had to ask for her to get started soaking while she waited. When I inquired as to how much a child's pedicure was, I was told it would be $30 and they charged me $35. She did not receive $35 worth of services. My pedicure was about 40 minutes, and hers was 15-20. This is unacceptable. I also am frustrated with feeling like your technicians are in such a hurry and the fact that you all set timers interrupts our relaxation time and makes me feel like they're just trying to turn over in a hurry. I showed him a picture of exactly what i wanted which was super simple hot pink almond shaped nails. he then proceeded to shape my nails very square. i said "oh i wanted them more round, like almond from the picture i showed you." he threw his hands in the air and yelled "why didn't you say something sooner!?" in front of everyone... so he got the drill out to start reshaping them and he cut into my cuticles multiple times on both of my hands. 4 of my fingers were bleeding and he was being very aggressive and sloppy. i told him a few times that he was hurting me and he just mumbled under his breath. terrible experience and i won't be back. if he was the owner, i'm confused as to why he'd want his business being ran this way. if he wasn't the owner, he should be made aware of the way his employees are treating customers.

Just because we are Latinas he has no right to say racist slurs! I also had to go to the bank and get a printed statement for the purchase in order to get him to give me a refund for the nails. If not wanted I'd select the Organic Pedicure $50. The space was comfortable, clean, and actively managed with more than a dozen chairs for foot treatments available. My technician had limited English skills, but we still managed to easily communicate where she wanted my feet and legs. Had anticipated the Nail, Cuticle, Callus components, but felts spoiled with the Sugar Scrub, Foot Mask, Paraffin, Hot Stone inclusions. On this Saturday morning the Pedicure chairs quickly filled up so I'd make an appointment. Nothing but positives when it comes to Nail Creations, it's a nice space with lots of onsite parking.

She called again to explain the situation, but the response was the same--no accommodation beyond their 7-day policy. She had commitments from 6:30-8:30 p.m., making it impossible to come back during that time frame. We had already been warned about this salon, and unfortunately, now we understand why. The customer service was somehow even worse than the quality of the work. I asked if a gift card could be issued so she could come back when her schedule allowed, but they refused and only offered to fix the broken nails within their policy window. Who wants to walk around with four missing nails for a week during rush? More importantly, how does a salon not recognize that four nails falling off within 24 hours is a serious issue? Ultimately, I had her remove the remaining nails. We lost $80, and we will absolutely never return!
