horrible. they did my sisters nails PERFECT and they did mine hideous. All I wanted was a white base and black polkadots. I showed my info pics, and I knew it wasn't going to be perfect, but it looked horrible. The vibe was good but my nails looks like a five-year-old painted them. My nails were shaped unevenly, the dots are uneven, the dots are big and small, they didn't cover my whole nail with the tip, and they did not do a good job at all on doing my bace. They were $80. And yes, I am grateful I'm getting a review, but I'm so disappointed that I spent $80 with the money I saved from allowance to allowance to get those. I'm still grateful that they allowed me to get a free set of nails Like how my sisters look, but it was still horrible. The only thing I can say is when you don't like something that your nail tech does, speak up because it can end up pretty bad like mine. read more

Now let me rave over Jenny,, she's also the best nail technician I've ever had, always a wonderful job and so sweet and nice! Yes, the airbrush is a little more, but worth it to add to my happiness .and y'all, ask for an extra neck and back massage.. I've been getting my nails done for over 25 years and never have I ever been so happy leaving a spa! I can't quit looking at my beautiful nails!! I'm not a nail spa expert and feel very uncomfortable with anyone touching my feet. I however found myself in need of a good pedicure. They made me feel comfortable and I actually was able to relax. The place is clean and staff friendly. Being novice to this experience my only complaint was no one explained what each service actually was so I was clueless as to what to ask for. Everything seemed to have an extra charge so I was nervous as to what I was spending when what I needed was really just my nails cleaned up and the callouses taken care of. They have adult beverages available, but at what price? As the lady aggressively worked on my hoofs I sat back in a massage chair. It was an experience that I thought about the rest of the night as a much needed evil. There was no doubt this was long overdue since my back makes it difficult for me to reach, but my feet were actually bruised from this experience. Well I don't even know where to begin. I took my granddaughter in to this salon to get manicures and gel polish for her birthday. All I can say is it was the weirdest experience I have ever had with a manicure in my entire life. They soaked our hands in lukewarm water with no other ingredients, clipped our cuticles and then did the gel nail polish. The person doing my nails only cured one hand and not the other. The next thing I know she got up and came around and grab the lotion and massaged my arm and then did the other arm and a little bit of a massage into that 1 hands. That was it. One of the best and cheapest nail salons in the area! I've been coming here for a while to get my nails done. Donnie and his wife Cynthia are the best! They both do really well. They're nice, have free drinks, and always speedy. The salon is always clean and modern. Will continue to come here. Won't go to anyone else! However, whatever you do, don't get Snoopy. He is highly unprofessional. Facetimes the entire time, doesn't even talk to or look at you, texts during the manicures, and doesn't do a good job. I made that mistake once, so did my sister. I went in as a walk in customer. I gave them a 2 star because the place was clean, I didn't have a long wait and they were fairly patient, with me as my two kids were there. Now as far as the service and what I went there for--I will not go back. My nails are cracked, thick, and they were not even shaped. My 9 year old daughter laughed at me when I came out with these nails. I hate wasting money and I thought I'd give them a chance, maybe get used to it because for one thing I did go to Oasis with bare nails and I had a lot of hang nails from our move. So it thought it might be more appealing after a couple days but now they've started cracking. It's just very sloppy work and I would not recommend anyone to go here. read more

They did a great job and the only reason it is not a 5 star review is because they soak gel in acetone for 10 minutes, which makes my skin super dry. I'm used to just having them foil wrapped. A group of us tried Oasis Nails and Spa this past weekend for a treat before a friend's wedding. They were nice enough to take a reservation for the 8 of us and were friendly when we arrived. Every seemed happy enough with their nail services - I didn't love mine. It was clear the girl doing my manicure was rushing because of the group. I'm doing so, she roughly cut/ripped my cuticles off and cut me on four fingers. Also, she filed my nails unevenly and not straight. I've got to go home and file them to fix them. read more

I came here in hopes of a good pedicure. I specifically told the nail tech that I wanted to relax , I asked for the organic pedi, lavender, I mean I was willing to pay for an awesome experience. Horrible customer service and poor quality work. I returned approximately 1 hour after leaving when I realized I had black down my cuticles and chips along the side of some of my nails. Kevin's solution was to just file them back. Not only was that painful but it made them look even worse. I asked to have one of them fixed (not all just one) and yelling began. I'm not sure if it was directed at me or one of the poor girls in back. As I was leaving he didn't apologize, say thank you or even acknowledge I was in the room. If you like to be treated poorly, this is your place! I've been coming in here when I'm visiting family in Waco, but today was the last time. The customer service is a negative 10. I heard the man who worked on my nails say "No" to 3 clients - in response to very normal questions. He ignored another client for 10 minutes letting her sit there and wait, while he argued with someone else about her color. At first I thought he was kidding he was so rude except I've seen his behavior before. He needs to get out of the service industry asap - not to mention I think he's the owner! ??? Please don't give them your business when so many nice business owners out there work hard to make their customers feel welcome! Me and my daughter went here for a pedicure. They are open on Sunday which was a plus for us. Kim did my toes and John did my daughters. Both were friendly and profesional. They chatted a bit with us but not too much and were attentive to our reactions on what they were doing (my daugher is very ticklish and John made sure he didn't overdue it for her and Kim asked me a couple of times when doing pressure point things to my feet if it felt okay). John took his time a little more than Kim but both did a great job. The place seemed to be pretty clean and none of the workers seemed to be talking about anyone among themselves (which someplaces are bad at :)). I went here twice first time was great. The second was a bust. I wanted a French manicure to go on a cruise, with gel. The polish was so thick it couldn't dry well. The next day two nails the polish gone. It peeled off. When I went back in they had charged me $36 and said they would only redo the two nails. Leaving on a cruise I wanted them fixed to last. They refused, I said if they didn't repair my 10 nails I would never be back. I was told I could get that if I paid again. I ask for a manager, he spoke in Vietnamese to the girl nothing in English. His answer was no. I said you do know I will never be back and will make it my mission to dog this Salon. I am doing just that. I had a very good experience here! Everyone who works there was very nice and professional, and the place is very clean. My mom and I got pedicures here. The water was a little too hot for me, but as soon as I told him (unfortunately I cannot remember his name), he fixed it. He kept making sure that I was comfortable and made sure that I liked the color I had picked out once it was on my toes. Someone below complained about the decor... Terrible, terrible service. My wife has been there for almost two hours now and she still hasn't had her nails completed. She sat in the foot soak for almost an hour and the water got cold before they even looked at her. They didn't even start her toes because she began to get up and leave. Then the lady stops, in the middle of hers and starts painting someone else's, who got there after her. She will never be going back. read more
