My nails look great! The staff were amazing. The price was reasonable and the shop was clean and tidy.

Shout out to Amy who did my nails. The workers were super nice, nails were good, and held up well! read more

Prompt, relaxing and courteous service. Excellent pedicure! Atmosphere was very calming and it was a very clean establishment.

Len does the best massage for pedicures. It's taking me two years to find someone in Waco . I highly recommend him.

Oasis Nails and Jenny are awesome, the spa massage spas are the best I've ever had and everyone is so nice and attentive! Now let me rave over Jenny,, she's also the best nail technician I've ever had, always a wonderful job and so sweet and nice! Yes, the airbrush is a little more, but worth it to add to my happiness .and y'all, ask for an extra neck and back massage.. I've been getting my nails done for over 25 years and never have I ever been so happy leaving a spa! I can't quit looking at my beautiful nails!! I'm moving out of state next month and super sad I can't just take her with me! Lol I'll be coming back to visit family once a year and you can bet I'll stop in for a spa day too! Thanks Jenny....and Oasis! read more

horrible. they did my sisters nails PERFECT and they did mine hideous. All I wanted was a white base and black polkadots. I showed my info pics, and I knew it wasn't going to be perfect, but it looked horrible. The vibe was good but my nails looks like a five-year-old painted them. My nails were shaped unevenly, the dots are uneven, the dots are big and small, they didn't cover my whole nail with the tip, and they did not do a good job at all on doing my bace. They were $80. And yes, I am grateful I'm getting a review, but I'm so disappointed that I spent $80 with the money I saved from allowance to allowance to get those. I'm still grateful that they allowed me to get a free set of nails Like how my sisters look, but it was still horrible. The only thing I can say is when you don't like something that your nail tech does, speak up because it can end up pretty bad like mine. read more

Terrible customer service. Not pleased with the outcome at all. Very rough handling. The salon is also dirty and unkept. Way over priced for their services. read more

I went in hoping to get my dream acrylic nail set. They told me they could do it and it wasn't expensive at all! I am very satisfied with the results that I got from Hanna. She did wonderful!. I highly recommend y'all going!!! read more

I'm not a nail spa expert and feel very uncomfortable with anyone touching my feet. I however found myself in need of a good pedicure. They made me feel comfortable and I actually was able to relax. The place is clean and staff friendly. Being novice to this experience my only complaint was no one explained what each service actually was so I was clueless as to what to ask for. Everything seemed to have an extra charge so I was nervous as to what I was spending when what I needed was really just my nails cleaned up and the callouses taken care of. They have adult beverages available, but at what price? As the lady aggressively worked on my hoofs I sat back in a massage chair. It was an experience that I thought about the rest of the night as a much needed evil. There was no doubt this was long overdue since my back makes it difficult for me to reach, but my feet were actually bruised from this experience. I do however have feet that are presentable and clean. read more

by far the worst nails i have ever had!!!!! I just moved here and I was looking for a place. It was right around the corner, and I was super disappointed. Honestly i could've done these nails myself. I didn't even want to complain, and ask for a discount. I was already having such a bad day. I did ask the girl if she could fix it, she's like i don't see anything. At that point I got annoyed and I just moved on with my day, and paid my fifty bucks and left. read more

Im not from the area but visiting long enough that I made an appt with them 3x. I have had two pedis, one mani, and eye wax. They take their time, do great work and the polish on my toes last longer than any other pedi Ive had. I will go back again when in town. read more

Well I don't even know where to begin. I took my granddaughter in to this salon to get manicures and gel polish for her birthday. All I can say is it was the weirdest experience I have ever had with a manicure in my entire life. They soaked our hands in lukewarm water with no other ingredients, clipped our cuticles and then did the gel nail polish. The person doing my nails only cured one hand and not the other. The next thing I know she got up and came around and grab the lotion and massaged my arm and then did the other arm and a little bit of a massage into that 1 hands. That was it. Extremely disappointed read more

One of the best and cheapest nail salons in the area! I've been coming here for a while to get my nails done. Donnie and his wife Cynthia are the best! They both do really well. They're nice, have free drinks, and always speedy. The salon is always clean and modern. Will continue to come here. Won't go to anyone else! However, whatever you do, don't get Snoopy. He is highly unprofessional. Facetimes the entire time, doesn't even talk to or look at you, texts during the manicures, and doesn't do a good job. I made that mistake once, so did my sister. And we both agreed... NEVER AGAIN! But besides him, we love everything about this place! 10/10 recommend read more

Small simple salon, I was treated very well. Although it took over an hour for normal acrylic coffin shaped nails, I really liked this salon. The only thing is that they seemed a little irritated when I asked them to fix things will return again ! Thanx Kelly . read more

Pedicure lasts a little less than 30 minutes, including the time for a gel polish. Massage was great and staff was friendly. I think $20 additional for gel for a pedicure is too high (there was no previous gel to remove, I think that is an additional fee if there is). read more

I went in as a walk in customer. I gave them a 2 star because the place was clean, I didn't have a long wait and they were fairly patient, with me as my two kids were there. Now as far as the service and what I went there for--I will not go back. My nails are cracked, thick, and they were not even shaped. My 9 year old daughter laughed at me when I came out with these nails. I hate wasting money and I thought I'd give them a chance, maybe get used to it because for one thing I did go to Oasis with bare nails and I had a lot of hang nails from our move. So it thought it might be more appealing after a couple days but now they've started cracking. It's just very sloppy work and I would not recommend anyone to go here. read more

I had absolutely the WORST experience at this place. not only do my nails look awful but the experience was absolutely awful. After i got my nails done I needed my eyebrows done and she made them so small. My eyebrows were fine the way they were I just wanted them touched up. I will never go back. If I could leave 0 stars I would. read more

The staff at Oasis was nice from beginning to end. I'm glad to have found them after moving from Southern California! They did a great job and the only reason it is not a 5 star review is because they soak gel in acetone for 10 minutes, which makes my skin super dry. I'm used to just having them foil wrapped. I will definitely go back though! read more

Best pedi I ever had. Will be back. Ask for Julie. She is great. Was relaxing and nice surroundings.

Julie gives the best pedicures. They all do good messages. I finally landed in a place to get good service. I was going to Nail Escape since Paul opened his doors. Now that he's booming in his business he treats people of Color like we doesn't belong in there. Well thanks Oasis for providing good service read more

After carefully reading the posted reviews about this place, I decided to make an appointment with Julie for a men's [regular] pedicure. I am a retired senior living in Central Texas for the past 2-years and was very happy with the results. Julie is a true professional and master of her craft. It took 2-years but I can now say that I found the right person for pedicures. read more

A group of us tried Oasis Nails and Spa this past weekend for a treat before a friend's wedding. They were nice enough to take a reservation for the 8 of us and were friendly when we arrived. Every seemed happy enough with their nail services - I didn't love mine. It was clear the girl doing my manicure was rushing because of the group. I'm doing so, she roughly cut/ripped my cuticles off and cut me on four fingers. Also, she filed my nails unevenly and not straight. I've got to go home and file them to fix them. read more

Awesome job, and pleasant experience, very nice people too, be back for sure. Love my nails very much.

I came here in hopes of a good pedicure. I specifically told the nail tech that I wanted to relax , I asked for the organic pedi, lavender, I mean I was willing to pay for an awesome experience. I was very disappointed when the tech had a full blown conversation with her coworker in a different language, through out my whole pedicure. I even had my eyes clothes, I figured this would give them the hint to let me relax. I should know better, it's the same thing in every Vietnamese shop. read more

Me and my daughter went here for a pedicure. They are open on Sunday which was a plus for us. Kim did my toes and John did my daughters. Both were friendly and profesional. They chatted a bit with us but not too much and were attentive to our reactions on what they were doing (my daugher is very ticklish and John made sure he didn't overdue it for her and Kim asked me a couple of times when doing pressure point things to my feet if it felt okay). John took his time a little more than Kim but both did a great job. The place seemed to be pretty clean and none of the workers seemed to be talking about anyone among themselves (which someplaces are bad at :)). We would definitly go back. $25 for standard pedicure, $30 for an upgrade. read more

After my friends ranted and raved about this place I finally decided to go with them, and I'm so sad I did. The worst manicure I've ever gotten. I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact that this place is in business. The man who did my nails did the sloppiest paint job I've ever seen, and he made my one nail bed bleed. Save your money and go somewhere else!! read more

Horrible customer service and poor quality work. I returned approximately 1 hour after leaving when I realized I had black down my cuticles and chips along the side of some of my nails. Kevin's solution was to just file them back. Not only was that painful but it made them look even worse. I asked to have one of them fixed (not all just one) and yelling began. I'm not sure if it was directed at me or one of the poor girls in back. As I was leaving he didn't apologize, say thank you or even acknowledge I was in the room. Needless to say I have to go somewhere else to repair them and I won't be back. read more

If you like to be treated poorly, this is your place! I've been coming in here when I'm visiting family in Waco, but today was the last time. The customer service is a negative 10. I heard the man who worked on my nails say "No" to 3 clients - in response to very normal questions. He ignored another client for 10 minutes letting her sit there and wait, while he argued with someone else about her color. At first I thought he was kidding he was so rude except I've seen his behavior before. He needs to get out of the service industry asap - not to mention I think he's the owner! ??? Please don't give them your business when so many nice business owners out there work hard to make their customers feel welcome! While I'm at it, what's with the yelling between each other and the (TWO) tv's cranked up loud with the news? Relaxing I think not! read more

coming from a big city back to my hometown this place is the bomb. I seriously got one of the best massages I've ever had & my nails and feet feel and look so good that I have no complaints. that's why they get 5 stars. love it. definitely coming back when I visit my big little city. read more

Hannah and Tina are wonderful. They do the best nails and give long massages! Highly recommend.

I had a very good experience here! Everyone who works there was very nice and professional, and the place is very clean. My mom and I got pedicures here. The water was a little too hot for me, but as soon as I told him (unfortunately I cannot remember his name), he fixed it. He kept making sure that I was comfortable and made sure that I liked the color I had picked out once it was on my toes. Someone below complained about the decor... I thought it was fine for the type of place this is. Maybe it is also because they had up some Christmas decorations. read more

I went here twice first time was great. The second was a bust. I wanted a French manicure to go on a cruise, with gel. The polish was so thick it couldn't dry well. The next day two nails the polish gone. It peeled off. When I went back in they had charged me $36 and said they would only redo the two nails. Leaving on a cruise I wanted them fixed to last. They refused, I said if they didn't repair my 10 nails I would never be back. I was told I could get that if I paid again. I ask for a manager, he spoke in Vietnamese to the girl nothing in English. His answer was no. I said you do know I will never be back and will make it my mission to dog this Salon. I am doing just that. Elegant Nails is where I go and and they stand behind there work and make sure you are always happy. NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS. read more
