Did a great job and took their time. My only wish would be to paint as close to the cuticle as possible as well as some lotion. But overall great 1rst experience. read more

Every time i've taken my girlfriend here she is dissatisfied not only from the quality but is far from what she originally asked for. This last time it seems like they used Gorilla glue to keep them on... tore her entire nail off and it's cracked on a few other ones. Definitely would recommend not going here... read more

The experience was less than luxurious, one of the nail techs had on a vulgar T-shirt. I didn't want to let that be a bias, but as the appointment went on, I felt uncomfortable. The techs were unfriendly and not helpful. They seemed annoyed when I asked for help with a color. My granddaughter has ended up with an infection on one finger and is on strong antibiotics and had to have the infection site drained. The salon is unsanitary and it's definitely not professional. read more

Came in on Valentine's Day and got a full set of acrylic nails nothing extremely fancy simple yet elegant and figured I would pay around $50-60 but was absolutely blown away when the total came out to $85.00 I am not sure what the price entailed but if that's the cost of nails nowadays I won't be getting them redone. Service was great even being Valentine's day I was seated in about an hour and the product came out really nice I do love the work they did just not the price they charged for them. read more

Lots of services to choose from. Quality of their building is good I have gotten a few different nail techs and they have all seemed to be good. The last time I went pretty recently. The lady seemed to cut my big toe cuticles a little bit much so my toe is a little sore but overall good vibe. read more

Made a quick stop here on a Saturday afternoon looking to get pedicure spa for me and my daughter. We were greeted right away and got us settled in. They were really sweet and communicated well with us. Overall, I was very satisfied with the service and so was my daughter. We will definitely come back here again. read more

I had been a customer for some time. I had a regular lady that did my nails and pedicure. Went with someone new because she was not there. She ended up rushing thru my manicure and it was not as good as it could have been. I thought to myself everyone can have a bad day so I went once again. I will never again allow that same lady to do my nails. Between globs of polish in the corners and thinning in the front. The gel polish actually wore off the ends of several nails within a couple of days. Not impressed. At all. Will have to find someplace else to get my nails done. As it was I didn't wait 10 days to take the gel off myself. Very disappointing. read more

Waco Mail spa was so wonderful. They had really nice people and the service was great. I thought it was going to be really expensive but they did so much to my feet for only $45! It was reasonably priced for everything. Me and my wife both got a pedicure. It was really clean in there. If you have a lot of dead skin I recommend you should go there. read more

My wife was going to get her nails done by Tiffany who's done her nails for years . I tagged along as I have two ingrown toe nails and callus's on the bottom of my feet . Kim took care of me and I just might become a regular customer. My feet feel a thousand times better . read more

Got a classic pedicure that's $35 with gel. I know gel is an extra charge but ended up being $60 just for someone to paint my damn toes. Didn't file my nails or even get the dead skin off my feet. THE WHOLE REASON WHY I WENT. The paint it self is nice but that's ridiculous not to file the nails or even get dead skin off for $60 damn dollars. So tired of paying over priced things and not getting the service you paid for. Please don't get me wrong, I don't mind paying $60 but for actual service that you actually are paying for. I didn't want to spent $60 just for paint on my nails. If so I could have done that myself. read more

I went on a whim to try out a different salon and have gotten two pedicures so far. Both times I had fantastic customer service everything was very clean and the staff made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My first pedicure was gel and second was regular polish. Both stayed chip free for weeks and color selection was large. read more

Rude rude rude and did horrible on my nails! The gel polish is way to expensive so I asked for regular polish and the lady just kept piling later on layer and it was bubbly and thick. She had to keep fixing then told me regular is NO GOOD so I was like just do gel I didn't know it was that hard. The lady next to me had a rude nail tech as well. Idk my nail tech name she didn't tell me or speak to me. Tiffany was next to me and she was rude as well. The owner ended up fixing nails. I still had to go back because the gel peeled completely off my thumb nail in one day. read more
