My nails were lumpy, bulky, thick, and uneven. She applied the chrome with her own fingers!! I've never seen anybody do that. I tipped because I tip for services received, and I'm not a professional nail tech but I know this was not a professional job on my nails. I feel like I was ripped off for $70. I feel like they are advertising professionalism and don't have professional staff available. I was very embarrassed of my nails, and can't believe I trusted this establishment with my body!!! I did reach out to inform them of how unhappy I was with the service I received. Someone did reply back, saying they were the owner, and would like to fix my nails for free. So I told her I needed a fresh acrylic set in the email and I have yet to receive a response back. She offered to fix them for free, then ignored me like I'm looking for a free nail job!
