The second time around i got her, no problem there. My experience quickly escalated into something of poor service when i got a older man with a versace watch on and a gold wedding band. His service was extremely rude and he would throw my hand back at me when he was done painting. Luckily they weren't busy, and to me their prices were very reasonable for all that is included in the service. As soon as I came in, they greeted me, got me seated, and started my pedicure as soon as I chose my color. I decided to go with the milk & honey pedicure and it was so relaxing!! The whole time they had classical music playing, the massage chair had so many options, and the lady that serviced me made me feel so right with how she treated me. She also did a great job with massaging my feet and legs, she had me drifting off to sleep. Besides the massage, I really like the polish on my toes. I recommend them if you're looking for a nice nail shop!

I have to say that I'm most unsatisfied, in the end I decided I didn't want the gel polish because I knew I was now going to have to fix them up myself. What's worse is I'm from overseas and have to buy the necessary products. Or I have to go somewhere else and pay again. I asked for coffin shape and got square, there is acrylic still on my skin and the sides are uneven and jagged. There is no apex for strength and my thumbs feel like they're going to pop off. She attempted to fix the unevenness without success. Unfortunately this lady did not have an eye for detail. Not one of the tools she used was sterile and the sanding bands and files were reused from previous clients.
