If not wanted I'd select the Organic Pedicure $50. The space was comfortable, clean, and actively managed with more than a dozen chairs for foot treatments available. My technician had limited English skills, but we still managed to easily communicate where she wanted my feet and legs. Had anticipated the Nail, Cuticle, Callus components, but felts spoiled with the Sugar Scrub, Foot Mask, Paraffin, Hot Stone inclusions. On this Saturday morning the Pedicure chairs quickly filled up so I'd make an appointment. Nothing but positives when it comes to Nail Creations, it's a nice space with lots of onsite parking.

She called the salon and was told they could fix it within 7 days, but she had prior commitments (rush) and couldn't return right away. By the next day, three more nails had fallen off. She called again to explain the situation, but the response was the same--no accommodation beyond their 7-day policy. She had commitments from 6:30-8:30 p.m., making it impossible to come back during that time frame. We had already been warned about this salon, and unfortunately, now we understand why. The customer service was somehow even worse than the quality of the work. I asked if a gift card could be issued so she could come back when her schedule allowed, but they refused and only offered to fix the broken nails within their policy window. Who wants to walk around with four missing nails for a week during rush? More importantly, how does a salon not recognize that four nails falling off within 24 hours is a serious issue? Ultimately, I had her remove the remaining nails. We lost $80, and we will absolutely never return!

Luckily they weren't busy, and to me their prices were very reasonable for all that is included in the service. As soon as I came in, they greeted me, got me seated, and started my pedicure as soon as I chose my color. I decided to go with the milk & honey pedicure and it was so relaxing!! The whole time they had classical music playing, the massage chair had so many options, and the lady that serviced me made me feel so right with how she treated me. She also did a great job with massaging my feet and legs, she had me drifting off to sleep. Besides the massage, I really like the polish on my toes. I recommend them if you're looking for a nice nail shop!

I'm really disappointed writing this because I've been coming to this salon on and off for years. I…read morelive in China Spring, and they've always been convenient and done a good job--until now. I went in on Saturday, March 21, 2026, for a pedicure and manicure as a special treat for myself. I'm pretty frugal and usually do my nails at home, so this was something I was genuinely looking forward to. I walked in, and they asked me to come back in an hour after making an appointment. Totally understandable--they were busy. However, when I returned, I still had to wait another full hour. When I finally got seated for my pedicure, the water was barely warm. Not a huge issue, but definitely not what you expect. The bigger problem came when the technician started working on my toenails. She cut deep into the sides of both big toenails, which immediately hurt. I spoke up, but she continued anyway. The rest of the service felt rushed and careless. The "deluxe" portion--like the towel wrap and massage--was not done with the usual level of care. It felt like I was being hurried through the process. For my manicure, the technician seemed annoyed and rushed, especially when a larger group came in. My nails were only okay--the polish could have used another coat--but I was quickly pushed out. I left with sore toes, thinking maybe it was just sensitivity or a minor issue. The next day, my toes were still very painful. By Monday, after being on my feet all day teaching, I got home and noticed something was seriously wrong. When I lightly touched my big toes, pus came out of both sides. Both toes are now clearly infected. This is not just a bad experience--this is a health and safety concern. I am now having to treat what appears to be infections caused by improper nail care. No one should leave a salon in worse condition than they came in. I hate to say this because of my past experiences here, but I cannot recommend this salon anymore. Please be cautious--your health is not worth the risk!
