There are several options on pedicures but I am only offered the gel one. I had to soak in cold water, chair didn't work and the balls or whatever they are were stuck right in the middle of my back. After the lady removed my polish and cut my already short toe nails. Does not once touch my cuticles. She then proceeds to get a very very rough scrubber and put very little oil on it so it rubbed me raw. She then goes in and puts antibacterial soap on a cuticle brush and brushes the tops of my feet then goes back in with that very rough purple scrubber. After that she puts a hot towel on for maybe 2 seconds and then polishes my toes. This pedicure may have lasted 30 minutes and that's being generous. I will never go back to this place.

First off it started off fine…read moreI was offered a drink and told the lady what I wanted. once she glued the nails on she asked what shape I wanted and how long I told her short to medium length coffin nails she told me that short coffin nails don't look good but seeing as I work with my hands I can't have long nails. she then filed my thumb nail down way too much on one side and when I brought it up to her she said it was because my thumb was crooked mind you its perfectly straight never been broken then she tried saying it was just the way I was looking at it which it wasn't and she didn't fix it, she also put way too much acrylic on my nails to where it was piling over my cuticles and falling off my nails and I didn't say anything hoping it would get better but it didn't. she told me to go wash my hands and scrub my nails so I did and saw a bunch of trash and dirty dishes piled up behind one of the pedicure chairs. after I washed my hands I went back to the chair so she could paint my nails and she did horrible. The paint job was messy and looked like a 4 year old could have done better. I paid $70 for this set and tipped her $7 out of kindness, I have never had a bad experience at a nail salon until I came here. I am incredibly disappointed in my experience at this place, save your money go somewhere else

Before I went, I called to see what their prices were and what time would be best for me to stop by. Luckily they weren't busy, and to me their prices were very reasonable for all that is included in the service. As soon as I came in, they greeted me, got me seated, and started my pedicure as soon as I chose my color. I decided to go with the milk & honey pedicure and it was so relaxing!! The whole time they had classical music playing, the massage chair had so many options, and the lady that serviced me made me feel so right with how she treated me. She also did a great job with massaging my feet and legs, she had me drifting off to sleep. Besides the massage, I really like the polish on my toes. I recommend them if you're looking for a nice nail shop!
