Still good service, fair prices. NANCY is my favorite. She does really good pedicures. Very relaxing! Saturday mornings are surprisingly quiet. No crowds. read more

Jen’s Pedispa & Nails - Nancy - Nail Salons Near Me - Waco, Texas

I've been going to Jen's Nail Salon since 2018 and I have never had a bad experience or nail results that I did not like. After going to different nail shops and coming back to Jen's Nail Spa, I can actually say that this is one of the best nail shops in Waco (in my opinion). As long as it's not busy, they'll get right to you and actually take care of you. My last visit, I had Nancy & Nina doing my toes and fingers both at the same time. It was very relaxing, along with the soft music and the interior... and I can't forget the refreshing wine. Definitely worth the money and time! read more

Got a brand new pedicure treatment today using heavenly scented, melted candle wax that was divine! always get treated like royalty when I come and the result is beautiful. love my Jen's Pedispa. read more

Jen's is vey clean and welcoming, and now the only place I go for my nails despite being 30 minutes out of the way for me. To my knowledge, this is the only place in Waco that does hard gel; not poly gel, not shellac, but the hard builder gel. I've been twice and both times the service was impeccable, thorough, and fast. My natural nail health and strength has improved significantly in just 2 visits. They don't have a wide color variety for the builder gel, but you can get gel polish on top if you prefer something other than the natural/nude colors. read more

AWFUL. The lady had no clue how to give a proper pedi or do nail dip. She burned my leg with over heated lotion, cut my cuticles with the electric file. I would rather over pay and get something great than get a good deal. I was here a couple of years ago. It's now run down, dirty, unsanitary. Ugh I WONT GO BACK. PS I tipped her bc she was working read more

Jen is the best...that's it. That's the post! She's fast, efficient and the service is excellent!

Called ahead for availability for two people mani/pedi and have been sitting in a pedi care for 15 minutes now, no water, no service of any kind. The employee that lead us back to the seats snipped at us rasing his voice and rudly told us to go sit, and now completely informing me the rest of the staff following suit. Do not waste your money horrible service and employees. read more

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. MY MANICURIST CURSED ME OUT WHEN HE WAS CLEARLY IN THE FAULT. Had long almond nails and he squared them off AFTER I SAID MULTIPLE times to leave them almond. He didn't apologize and said it's just one nail. Like hello, I only have 10! Manager was rude and took employees side and when I said I will leave, he said fine don't come back. Never seen anyone so rude running a business in Waco. Save your money and your nails. Go somewhere/anywhere else!!! read more

Jen’s Pedispa & Nails - Went for almond/oval, got a coffin tip on my pinky! AVOID LADIES!! Walked out like this, got the F BOMB, and manager didn't care. - Nail Salons Near Me - Waco, Texas

Andrew is the best! my nails always look great and could literally last forever!

I love this nail salon. I just went the day before Valentine's Day to get a mani/pedi. I got the Milk and Honey pedi for $45 and it was the best pedicure I've ever had. The nail tech was so nice and was very attentive to the water temperature and if I needed anything. I got a fill in and polish change on my nails and she did an amazing job. I am new to the area and went to Nail Seasons before Zizi; big mistake. I won't go anywhere else to have my nails done. This place is wonderful. The salon is clean, relaxing, and the nails techs are very nice. read more

Jen’s Pedispa & Nails - Fill in I received. It's one of the best I've had. - Nail Salons Near Me - Waco, Texas

Kevin is rude and cannot handle being asked to fix a mistake he made on your nail. The nails he does are holding up but not all done the the same. I have a large gap at the cuticle on two of my nails but after returning for one fix, the day after, and experiencing his attitude I don't feel comfortable returning. This is luxury for my and I want to feel relaxed when I come in every time. read more

I enjoy visiting here. Some nail techs are better than others, but there is a consistency in quality and a very well run shop. You can't go wrong here. They do aim to please. Enjoy. read more

Jen’s Pedispa & Nails - Beautiful job done by Tommy - Nail Salons Near Me - Waco, Texas

I went to zizi spa for my third time, the first few experiences are ok, once they offered me wine during my pedicure which was nice. Today I got a shellac manicure. I was in and out in 25 Minutes, that included picking a color! He rushed me through picking a color and kept taking the color cards away from me. It was the most rushed, unrelaxing, harsh manicure I have EVER had. The man doing my nails was rude and not even slightly gentle or concerned with providing a nice experience. I will NEVER return to zizi spa again, and would not recommend it to anyone. It was a horrible waste of my $30. read more

some of them are just so rude, talking way more than actually doing the service you asked for. Being there for over an hour just for a gel polish change, is ridiculous. & having to pay before the service was even finished... NEVER AGAIN! read more

Moms should never cry when getting their nails done. While my sister, mom and I while getting or nails done for my upcoming wedding the guy who did my moms nails was very rude, to the point it made her cry. $180 we dropped in this place and to leave with this negative vibe the week of my wedding really pisses me off. read more

Love this place! One of my favorite salons in Waco!

Should be - The worst! Quality of work pitiful! Atmosphere horrible. The guy that did my nails and toenails was ridiculously grouchy, not personable, barely spoke and when he did grumbled. Never directly spoke to me. I would say!!! Save your money! Go somewhere else!!!! I hope you trust me in this. I occasionally disregard negative reviews...what can I do to get you to heed my warning! read more

I was very disappointed with the service here, which is a shame because they are so close to a few places I frequent. This would've been a nice place for me to go too but I'll continue going to Oasis in Hewitt. It's definitely worth the drive. I walk in and initially ask for an eyebrow wax, pretty simple. They say it will be 2 minutes; I can clearly see the technician has just started putting acrylic on the a customer's nails. 4minutes later, I ask how much longer and whom, I believe is the manager says just a few minutes. I let me know I can go tan first and be back in about 10 - 15 minutes, and ask will I be able to get in as in 15 minutes right away. He says yes. I got tan, come back and the technician is still doing nails. I'm told it will be 3 minutes. I agree and 6 minutes pass. The technician gets up and escorts me to the back room, ASKS ME TO LAY DOWN AND RELAX and lets me know she will be just a few minutes, I say ok and another 3 minutes pass. While I'm in the room I look at the table they wanted me to lay on. The sheet itself is covered in other people's plucked hairs and a few stains, in addition she didnt even change the large sheet of butcher paper, you can clearly see someone else's body imprints where they laid previously. I decide, ITS TIME TO GO and NOW! 1. If a service is going to take 30 minutes, let the client know. Dont say its going to be 2 and expect the client should wait any longer than the 2 minutes. If they gave me an accurate time of when I would be serviced then I would've gone an done a few other things or came back at a different time or even a different day. Please don't embellish time frames to customers to get hem to make a commitment and stay. My time is valuable and I don't want to waste it sitting around when the expectation was set of a waiting time of only 2 minutes. 2. PLEASE CLEAN the waxing areas after someone uses them. Change the sheet each time someone lays on them OR get rid of the sheet and just disinfect the table with a cleanser and paper towel and then pull down the butcher paper so the client has a clean and safe place to lay down. It's just good sanitary practice and show your client you actually care about them. The front entrance looks really nice and clean but when the back areas look the way this did I would not trust any instruments or tools used here. A clean and safe environment is obviously not their number one priority and when you spend money at any establishment, especially an establishment that is supposed to be relaxing, the last thing you want to think about is if they had enough care to properly sanitize the environment. I will not be going back here. read more

So, I went with a friend and we both got a manicure (the woman that did her nails was too rough and sliced her cuticle, making her bleed). I wanted oval shaped acrylics. What I got is very weirdly shaped nails and all different lengths. The man who did my nails didn't talk other than asking what shape I wanted but he wasn't rude, kinda friendly. He was incredibly rough on my cuticles though. And I am a bit peeved that he didn't even cut my nails before starting so I can clearly see my nails under the acrylic. The paint job was shoddy as well. But honesty I'll probably take them off in a few days cause they're kinda ugly. It's actually the first time I had my nails done in years and I guess there was a reason for that because I've never found a place in Waco that offer decent manicures. Everyone was pretty friendly though so I might try going back once more. read more

First visited ZiZi and had good service and an overall good experience. I got dip nails and a few days after I broke one badly, totally my own fault. ZiZi repaired it for no charge. GREAT service which is usually lacking in Waco. Would recommend! read more

Great little spa! Friendly and professional staff very courteous. Has a wide range of treatments that is a pro as most places only have limited choices. Highly recommend this place to local Waco patrons. I was visiting family and took my mother here for a birthday treat. Coming from Orange County California this place was better than most top notch spas out there. Worth a try :) read more

I got a pedicure and manicure on two separate occasions by two different technicians. I was not happy with either one. The massage included in the pedi was the only good thing. She cut my toe nails so close they hurt the next day and she rounded them! (Ingrown toe nail just waiting to happen)! The nail polish was sloppy and started chipping off in 3 days. The manicure was terrible. He gave my nails such an odd shape even though I asked for oval. It was an overlay manicure that started lifting and chipping within two days! Also there was no "manicure" included! He did nothing to my cuticles. Just soak, wash your hands and then gel overlay...a crappy one at that! Never again. read more

I usually go to Nails of America and my gel nails last until I go to get another set. I've waited 3 weeks to go and they are still on. I went here and got a set of gel nails and the guy painted them on so thick. They were too thick at two layers and he wanted to put on a third because the polish wasn't even but I stopped him. They were peeling off in a week. read more

Micheal is the best nail technician ever I can't go to anyone but him ! Everyone else is nice too and helpful!

Horrible service rude staff do not go. Over priced nails that break easy

I am highly disappointed, I don't like my nails and I couldn't even tell the lady I hated them because she doesn't speak English, all I did was gel and they are bulky and uneven. It's more frustrating to say thinner thinner and she's like ok and does them thicker. I don't want to try anyone else in the shop for the sake of I can't get what i want. read more

Was very disappointed with the service here. Felt very rushed, did not let my feet soak for even a few minutes. The lady who did my pedicure did not speak any english and had to get someone any time I had a question. Felt their prices were higher than most places in Waco, for the services they offered. read more

Always satisfied and they do a great job on manicures. The eye brow lady needs to work on her game a little bit, but all in all this place is very affordable, they are very polite, and do a great job! read more

I went for a pedicure as a spur of the moment thing. (They accommodate walk in appointments very well). The service was great, I loved that they helped me with color choice since the first one I picked out I didn't end up liking on my toes, and I loved that everything was so clean. I don't think my feet have felt this good ever. For the price, this might be a monthly trip. read more

Best nail place in Waco! Seriously. Been a Baylor student for the last three years and every place in Waco has disappointed. I am now a loyal zizi customer. They put four coats of shellac on my nails! Both the pedicure and manicure looked great. All of my friends love this place now too. They also have the best shellac selection I've seen, so many colors! And it's cheap. $55 for shellac and pedicure. read more

I got a SnS dip manicure and it was a waste of money. My nails were done carelessly. The man that did my nails was extremely rude to me as well. I will never recommend this salon to anyone. read more

WORST pedicure experience of my life! I left with a bloody and throbbing toe! The man who attempted to give me a pedicure began ripping at my toenails and cuticles almost immediately. Moments into the pedicure, I felt a great amount of pulling pressure on my big toe and looked down to see a wide-eyed tech and a bloody toe. He made a look at me as if I had done something!! Quickly after, he began filing over my toenail - that was STILL BLEEDING! At this point, I could take the pain no longer and asked to leave. However, the man would not let my toe go - at this point he was applying pressure attempting to stop the bleeding. I tugged my foot away and insisted that I was leaving. At the front, I was asked to pay $10 for my half-finished manicure! HA! What a joke - great customer service. While I fished money out of my purse, the techs were running at me with this strange bottle of green "antiseptic". I asked for a simple Band-Aid and I would take care of the rest at home. Unfortunately, no one was able to find a Band-Aid. I would recommend they stock up if they continue to cut their customers. No one apologized for my experience, no manager came and offered to correct the issue, NOTHING! I am completely appalled by the whole experience! Never again! read more
