I went in on Saturday, March 21, 2026, for a pedicure and manicure as a special treat for myself. I'm pretty frugal and usually do my nails at home, so this was something I was genuinely looking forward to. I walked in, and they asked me to come back in an hour after making an appointment. Totally understandable--they were busy. However, when I returned, I still had to wait another full hour. When I finally got seated for my pedicure, the water was barely warm. Not a huge issue, but definitely not what you expect. The bigger problem came when the technician started working on my toenails. She cut deep into the sides of both big toenails, which immediately hurt. I spoke up, but she continued anyway. The rest of the service felt rushed and careless. The "deluxe" portion--like the towel wrap and massage--was not done with the usual level of care. It felt like I was being hurried through the process. For my manicure, the technician seemed annoyed and rushed, especially when a larger group came in. My nails were only okay--the polish could have used another coat--but I was quickly pushed out. I left with sore toes, thinking maybe it was just sensitivity or a minor issue. The next day, my toes were still very painful. By Monday, after being on my feet all day teaching, I got home and noticed something was seriously wrong. When I lightly touched my big toes, pus came out of both sides. Both toes are now clearly infected. This is not just a bad experience--this is a health and safety concern. I am now having to treat what appears to be infections caused by improper nail care. No one should leave a salon in worse condition than they came in. I hate to say this because of my past experiences here, but I cannot recommend this salon anymore. Please be cautious--your health is not worth the risk!

First off it started off fine…read moreI was offered a drink and told the lady what I wanted. once she glued the nails on she asked what shape I wanted and how long I told her short to medium length coffin nails she told me that short coffin nails don't look good but seeing as I work with my hands I can't have long nails. she then filed my thumb nail down way too much on one side and when I brought it up to her she said it was because my thumb was crooked mind you its perfectly straight never been broken then she tried saying it was just the way I was looking at it which it wasn't and she didn't fix it, she also put way too much acrylic on my nails to where it was piling over my cuticles and falling off my nails and I didn't say anything hoping it would get better but it didn't. she told me to go wash my hands and scrub my nails so I did and saw a bunch of trash and dirty dishes piled up behind one of the pedicure chairs. after I washed my hands I went back to the chair so she could paint my nails and she did horrible. The paint job was messy and looked like a 4 year old could have done better. I paid $70 for this set and tipped her $7 out of kindness, I have never had a bad experience at a nail salon until I came here. I am incredibly disappointed in my experience at this place, save your money go somewhere else

Before I went, I called to see what their prices were and what time would be best for me to stop by. Luckily they weren't busy, and to me their prices were very reasonable for all that is included in the service. As soon as I came in, they greeted me, got me seated, and started my pedicure as soon as I chose my color. I decided to go with the milk & honey pedicure and it was so relaxing!! The whole time they had classical music playing, the massage chair had so many options, and the lady that serviced me made me feel so right with how she treated me. She also did a great job with massaging my feet and legs, she had me drifting off to sleep. Besides the massage, I really like the polish on my toes. I recommend them if you're looking for a nice nail shop!
