My mom and I have been going to T and T since 2018. Todd and Tina are running a true small family owned business. Their own son and daughter in law, Michael and Tammy, are also nail techs. Not only do they take their time and make sure you are pleased with your results, the prices remain competitive, and even slightly cheaper than other places in the area. They even offer a discount punchcard. My mom is 78 and very active. This takes a toll on her feet. Todd goes above and beyond to trim down excess caluses to keep her feet virtually pain free! I really do like this nail salon but I think it has gone downhill a bit. I usually walk in, I am either waiting for 5 minutes or 30- no in between. Very friendly people inside. I had been a client here for years and even followed them when they moved locations. Sadly I will no longer be back. After the last three times and my nails being disappointing because they would get loose or break off after a week this time I was impressed that they had held up a lot longer until one of my nails broke off this morning to reveal I had contracted some type of fingernail fungus from their establishment. So I will no longer patronize this place. I went in yesterday for dip nails and the lady Tina kept telling me to also get a pedicure, which I didn't need because I just had one. I've been here on many occasions and I'm a HUGE tipper so it's puzzling that on every visit they don't even care to know my name & they treat me like they don't know me at all. I realized yesterday that my nail tech who also kept asking me to get a pedicure the entire time she was doing my nails charged me $15 more because I didn't get a pedicure and because I'm black! I still tipped her $7! On all of my visits my nails & pedicure would cost around $70 and I leave them a $30 tip. So to be mistreated like this is horrible! I've even stayed at their shop to make sure they were safe when a man was hanging outside for no reason since I'm licensed to carry. Also my dip nails are so thick and fat. None of her tools were sanitized and after using them on me she just put them right back in her ready to use again drawer. Unacceptable!! They lost a really good client due to greed and racism! So it doesn't matter if you pay and tip them well, if they don't like your kind, they will show it! read more

They did such a wonderful job and kept things super clean with our current circumstances. Masks, constantly wiping things down with Lysol and then had a separate Dip container for SNS nails. You have to make an appointment because they limit how many are allowed in the salon at once. Great job!! read more

I came to this establishment because the Salon I frequent, JNails, closed for a weather related emergency. I remembered seeing T&T nails on Watson, I was in that area and decided to give them a try. I requested a specialized pedi and a mani, both with gel polish. Nail tech Hannah did my pedi, no problem there. While getting my pedi, the older gentleman started working on my nails. Then more customers of a certain persuasion, which i was not, came in, he rushed me out the chair to a nail station. He literally left me sitting there and told me after the UV lamp go off start it again and I would be done. I never received the cuticle oil treatment nor the hand message. I woke up the next day, 6 of my nails had air bubbles and the polish began to peel off. I returned to T&T, showed the older guy my nails, at his request, while he was working on a customer. He spoke in his native tongue and the nail tech, Hannah, beckoned me to her station and repaired my nail polish. No one apologized for the inconvenience, showed no care for the terrible nail job and the older gentleman looked at me as if, I had done something wrong. I would give this place zero stars if i could, but needless to saw, I'll never patronize this place again. read more

Extremely relaxing. The soundtrack and visuals on the were TV soothing, not much commotion or talking, and the massage chairs were nice. The two techs really took their time with our pedicures. Their massages were gentle yet firm. I also got my eyebrows cleaned up and they did great with that as well. I feel relaxed and my feet feel amazing. Horrible nail salon! Rude, didn't even say hello when I walked in. Nails look horrible. Pedicure guy wiped stuff under my toenails on the top of my foot. Dip nails on display showed a white with purple sparkles. I received a colorless/clear with white specks/splotches. Looks terrible, all uneven and took several hours. Worst part is they charged my credit card an extra $14! I signed for $54 after tip and I was charged $68! BEWARE! Don't go here- I never will again. read more

Tina was my cousins nail tech. She was very disrespectful and unprofessional. My cousin did not like her nails and Tina was so offended and thought that my cousin was trying to leave without paying, so she snatched my cousins phone and ran away and tried to lock herself inside the building. My cousin was a regular at this salon which is so confusing as to why she let the situation escalate so badly. After the police was called Tina up charged my cousin $10 more. I wouldn't recommend her as she was yelling racial slurs and rude remarks such as "is this what black people do? They don't pay!" Very rude! I went in for a manicure on Monday and they had to remove my dip. They definitely drilled too deep because my nails are red and sore. It hurts to do anything and they filed my Skin. The polish was off by the next day as well. They charged me $30for this...not happy at all read more

Clean and quiet. They are always busy with three technicians on duty. For a pedicure beware that the water is scalding hot. On more than one occasion I was nicked so I have decided it is no longer the place for me. The services are reasonably priced. Walk-in rarely waits more than 30 minutes. Parking is abundant. Just found out my wife has been accused by this establishment as having "altered" her gift certificate to supposedly change the expiration date from 2015 to 2016. The gift certificate is posted for all to see with her name displayed and a comment that she owes the store more money. Only problem is that I bought it for her right before Valentine's Day, 2016 and she used it a couple months later. Naturally I paid cash so I can't prove when I bought it and didn't save the receipt. I thought about calling the store and complaining before posting this message, but figured that since they didn't contact us before slandering our name for all to see, I'd offer the same courtesy. If you want to be falsely accused of fraud/forgery, I recommend this store. Otherwise stay far, far away. read more
