They were fun, talented and made the whole experience enjoyable. On both visits, they had staffing issues. Even though I made an appointment, it always seems like they get delayed because they've overbooked and/or don't have enough nail technicians. The first time I got a pedicure with spa treatment done and I watched as people who came in with appointments waited past their appointment times to be seen. A pedicure with spa treatment is supposed to be an hour, but I was there for two to three hours. On my most recent visit, I opted for the therapeutic pedicure. The menu listed it as "60 minutes", so I was under the impression that the massage session would be sixty minutes. It lasted fifteen minutes. The nail technician I had spent at most forty-five minutes with me before moving on and never coming back. I still had the paper towel between my toes. I waited half an hour before having to wave someone down to assist me. One of my nails was not trimmed straight, so I asked if they could snip it for me. Another nail technician (sorry, I forget her name, but I think she's the owner), ended up filing and repainting the whole set. She did a great job and offered extra massage for next time. I brought up the confusion with the therapeutic pedicure session twice throughout, but the receptionist still charged me for the therapeutic pedicure. So long story short, unless you are expecting a fifteen minute massage and spending $20 extra for it, DON'T go for the therapeutic pedicure. In the future, I'll opt for the traditional pedicure or splurge on another spa treatment (rose and champagne is currently my go-to). Also, if you can, book your appointment earlier in the day before they get backed up with appointments and walk-ins.

I want to share my experience so others are aware…read more When I called to schedule a pedicure, I specifically asked if I could have regular nail polish with a French tip. I mentioned this before booking because I know most salons primarily work with gel polish. The receptionist confirmed they could accommodate my request, although they had a limited selection of regular polish colors. She even offered to text me photos of the available colors, which she did. During our conversation, I explained that I have contact dermatitis, which is why I normally choose regular nail polish instead of gel. Even after I explained this, I felt I was repeatedly encouraged to switch to gel. I even said that if regular polish truly wasn't an option, I would consider trying gel despite my concerns. Instead of honoring the appointment they had already agreed to, I received a message stating they would not provide the service because of my contact dermatitis and that they would be refusing service altogether. I completely respect a business's right to decline services for safety or liability reasons. However, what I found disappointing was that my appointment was initially accepted after I clearly explained I wanted regular polish, only for the decision to change after I disclosed my medical condition. I would have appreciated clear communication from the beginning rather than being led to believe the appointment was confirmed.

They use high quality of nail polish and their nail technicians are super pay attention to details. I usually do my nails with Joyce. She's really nice and skilled. The vibe is clean and friendly. Why don't pay a bit extra for a last longer beautiful nails!

I was so overwhelmed by two people trying to figure out how to create a cat eye manicure that by the end of it I did not pay attention to my toes until I go lt home. To my surprise she had left a gap from where the skin is to where the nail polish starts, leaving an outgrown look :( I was so upset!! However, time is of essence and I had to let it be. Four days later my the gel had already chipped, which was incredibly frustrating considering I paid $120.... **One week later** I was in the shower washing my hair and the gel polish kept getting stuck on my hair, I'm not kidding when I say I took the nails off like it was stickers... I attached a photo for reference, I literally took them off in the shower whiteout any issues! I basically paid $120 for garbage. The people working here are shady, and expensive. I would never ever go back and if anybody is thinking about going to this salon I hope this helps, please be careful, save your money and go elsewhere.

Wine and a pedicure, what took me so long, plus after reading my new Community Manager's review I had to check it out. I came after 10am on a Saturday and they were booked and put me down to come back at noon. That was no problem because I had errands to run. I received the basic pedicure for $36 cash. The lady paid attention to my cuticles and filed and cut my toenails. I received a complimentary glass of Merlot. Lee my pedicurist was attentive and friendly. The owner also owns and runs the Fusion Wine Bar next door. They have a soft opening with 20%off.

I was there that day actually and that woman was aggressive and rude, I was ready to throw down for Tammy lol. Don't listen to these negative people, this is by far the best nail salon probably in all of the bay area. I give it 5000 out of 5 stats!
