After our third cancellation at 7pm, I received a call from Thumbs up, that they were coming to our rescue. They kept us updated on their arrival time and drove well out of their area to come help us. They were courteous, told us exactly what they were doing, and for everyone's safety, checked our ID's to make sure we were the ones who were supposed to be at this car to be opened. We'll I have one but I know he is not the owner because after continuously calling asking to speak with the real owner this employee crashed out at me and said "good tell the fucking owner, I hope that douche fires me so I dont have to keep dealing with assholes like you" after damaging my brothers car so bad we could not even move it from where he dropped it. I will be taking legal action and a second police report has been filed. This man rummage through my brothers car as well and laughed when asked about it. To my surprise, Mike said he had the same Platinum AGM battery with 3 year warranty in his truck! The price was only a little higher than the local auto retailer AND he "quickly" installed it right then and there! Was well worth it! Will request Mike the next time we require roadside assistance.
