Scott and his wife have built an outstanding business and reputation, and on top of that they are a great part of our community. I've taken multiple cars to Scott's, with multiple issues ranging from basic maintenance (brakes, oil changes, etc.) to major issues (collision repair and the like) and I would never bring my car anywhere else. I also have a 1972 Chevy Nova that Scott has worked on over the past 5 years. I brought it to Scott initially based on word-of-mouth, and I'll tell you that I've never met anyone that knows more about classic autos, let alone autos in general. That car is like a baby to me, and I wouldn't bring it anywhere else. At this point, I hand Scott the keys and tell him to do whatever he thinks needs to be done and I'll bring the check when he tells me he's done. Not only is he extremely fair (I actually told him several times he's too fair!) but he treats the work on that car and my other vehicles as though he were doing the work for himself or his family. With extensive damage to the front and rear of my vehicle, I was nervous about getting the car repaired at all (versus written off), knowing vehicles are never quite right after an accident. Those fears were quickly put to the side after talking with Bryan, the owner of the shop. He gave me a call right away, telling me his approach to the business and plan for the car. As a side note, I find it hard to find anyone who really cares about their quality of work these days, and it was immediately clear with Bryan that he stands out from the rest. I literally can not say enough good things about this business, but here's a few highlights of my experience. - Called right away to talk me through the process and give me a timeline - Literally spent an hour going through all that was repaired - Extremely communicative and responsive throughout the process - When they said they would do something, they followed through exceptionally well, and without me having to bring things back up - After there was a delay in getting the car done due to unforeseen circumstances, they did everything they could to make it up to me, including and certainly not limited to offering a rental at no cost, working after hours (which I can attest to), and dropping the car off at my home.
